11 years ago, we purchased a patio table and 6 chairs. The webbing deteriorated and needed to be replaced. Going back to Palm Casual we ordered repair for the 6 chair’s webbing. When they were returned they came back like new. The staff are very helpful. Today I went back to thank them. Speaking to Hutch, he told me the unsung staff were those in Orlando who replaced the webbing. My daughter asked if we had bought new chairs and how much it cost. After answering her questions she said the workmanship was amazing and the price reasonable. Thanks Palm Casual

If you are looking for great quality and good prices this is the place ..i like how the set we chose has a much higher back when sitting back compared to the home depot set ..,you pay a bit more but worth it .. Cant wait to order from them ..

So for starters the staff is excellent and extremely nice. Warranty is great on their merchandise amd the furniture is beautiful. Only down side is the price, seems a little over priced compared to similar quality merchandise at other stores. Warranty may make up for the price difference though.

After years of living in Florida and having to replace patio furniture from the big box stores, we decided to visit Palm Casual. Our friend has had her set from there for over 20 years. It came with a lifetime warranty and has withstood the Florida elements and test of time with a family.We visited the new Melbourne location on 192 and Carter assisted us in choosing the PVC set we wanted. We chose 6 seating table, rectangular. He explained the fabrics to us, and even said we had thirty days to switch if we didnt like it!! Who does that?I chose the right fabric on the first try, and they had the set built in their Rockledge location. For THIRTY dollars, they delivered it to my home, and set it up on a Saturday. I love it.As we were chatting with the driver, I noticed a nick in the table top, and a scuff on the leg. The driver advised he will make a note and bring us a new table. I called Carter, just to be sure and also advised my chair had a blemish. They came out that Monday afternoon, replaced my table and chair. Not fixed, REPLACED. That is service.We are thrilled with our new set. I recommend this place to anyone looking for durable, outdoor furniture.They have a large selection too. I cannot speak more highly about this company! I was confused about what pieces to order for my outdoor entertaining space so I sent them pictures of the area. They evaluated them and recommended the perfect set! I love the set we ordered and the compliments we get from our guests never stop coming!! My existing table and chairs needed cushions for the seats. I ordered what I thought to be the right ones, but when they arrived they did not fit. When I realized this and contacted them, Palm Casual was gracious enough to accept the return and send new cushions with a rush shipment to arrive in time for my 60th birthday and they fit perfectly. I recently purchased the pvc pipe furniture. This furniture is absolutely awesome ! I called the Melbourne FL store I told them what I wanted and what colors I needed to see in the fabric. In 3 days I had the samples in the the color tones I needed .Everyone I talked with was so helpful. I really appreciated all their help.My Mom has had this pvc pipe furniture at least 30 yrs. it still looks great ! We love our outdoor furniture. In fact, we purchased the same brand of furniture for our boat over 15 years ago. We still have it, and even after years in a marine environment, it is perfect. We never thought we would find comparable furniture. But we found it at Palm Casual. It is perfect for our beachside Florida home. We know, based on experience, this is a quality product!But the service is what really stood out to us...EVERYONE was so helpful and exceptionally kind. Carter was our salesperson. We arrived at closing time, and he spent an hour with us after hours! He showed us everything and helped us make a selection. My husband and I were looking for faux wicker outdoor furniture last weekend; we looked at several places on New Haven Ave. that were WAY overpriced, and another place didnt have any selection at all. A 4th place had good prices, but their furniture wasnt comfortable, and they didnt have what we were looking for either. When we tried Palm Casual (which is now open on New Haven Ave.), we found they had a great selection, VERY reasonable prices, and very high-quality faux wicker furniture, with over 100 options for cushion colors and styles! We found a set we liked but as we are tall, I wanted taller back cushions than what came with our set. The great folks at Palm Casual allowed us to change to a taller cushion at no cost. And when the furniture was delivered and the back cushions on the chairs werent the taller ones we had ordered, they took them back and their store manager personally delivered us the correct cushions later that week. They are awesome!

Carol Anne, Sales, was absolutely amazing! She spent a lot of time finding out exactly what we wanted. We found the perfect package for our pool area, but intended to wait before finalizing the order due to the pool completion date. Two days after our original visit, I ordered $1000 worth of seating that is created elsewhere and takes longer to manufacture. Last week, we went in planning to ensure that the remaining items were exactly what we wanted before finalizing our purchase the same day. After some thought, we discovered a back cushion that provided more neck support. When the manager was asked about the change, he intended to charge us $75 per chair for items that they create frequently (the company IS the warehouse), so that someone could pay enough attention to ensure the items were packaged correctly. He did not say that the larger cushion would cost more to make. He did not say that either cushion was special order. He did NOT say that the materials would require more money to ship (they are all created and originate from the same place, they ARE the warehouse). He DID say that because of the SKU, someone would have to take the time to ensure the product (normally shipped in a different pairing), was gathered and delivered to us correctly. This SKU would cost us $300 in addition to the $1000 we had already paid for a different item plus the $4000 we intended to pay that day! After failing to get Carter to lower this cost, we left without making the purchase. When we got home, he had left a voicemail with a rushed message that we had to listen to 3 times to hear that he felt bad and was willing to charge us half. To be honest, we were fine with paying $150 for four taller, yet more narrow, and not as densely filled cushions. However, we felt like the manager failed to acknowledge our argument of the charges in an intelligent, respectful manner. The product quality and warranty should justify the prices. No one should feel such pressure or feel sold to. Carole Ann must be the saving grace at that location! We went to the Rockledge store and made our purchase. See my separate review there.
