Got into a bad motorcycle wreck. Was very injured and ended up moving out of town because of it. Was told by head mechanic not to worry about bike, they will store it until I was better.Few months later I called because I was driving 1200 miles to Melbourne to pickup bike. Was informed they were charging me $3,000 for storage. Scum bags. Don’t use this place, they take advantage.
Service was good. We went to enquire about a scooter and got the exact information we are looking for.
I love the service, tires, and prices👍
This place is awesome! My son and I went there to kit him out for his first motorcycle. We got lots of great advice and tips, and they ordered a helmet and jacket for him b/c they didnt have his size in store. When we went home and looked at the manufacturers websites, they actually had a significant price drop. Thank you so much!
Frankie is a real one, answered all of my questions without issue and made sure I was fully aware of the process to get new tires of my bike. Definitely will be back again.
Outstanding customer service at the retail shop on Babcock street
This two that work in the retail store are the nicest most helpful people you will ever meet I have been going there for over year now and will continue going there definitely if you have the chance stop in and check this place out for your motorcycle needs
Swift response from those, fixed the issue in no Time.I highly recommend this place for any kind of Repairs.
Beware of the owner of this business. I contacted Gerald before I spent 2 hours on the road to get to his business. I asked if the Honda helix was available and if he had a clear Florida title, he said yes. I then drove to his business, took it for a test drive and then while making an offer on the bike, he said he doesnt have the title! The bike had been listed for at least 1 month and he doesnt have the title! A complete waste of time and money!
A1 service all the time I highly recommend GP BIKE to any motorcyclist who is in need of a oil change tune up Dino even a light bulb or just questions these guys knows there stuff and they recommend the best tof the product and attention to your every need .... big shout guys
Great Service.! They Replace and use OEM parts. I am completely satisfied with their work.
Everyone there is helpful and very professional. It is a great place to do all your motorcycle business!
When there are so many OTHER.... bike shopsTheres only ONE. AND THATS GP BIKES INC.AFFORDABLE, QUICK, ATTENTION TO DETAIL.I dont trust anybody to work on my bike except for GP BIKES Inc.
Been to G P Bikes multiple times and never had a bad experience. Frank up front is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things properly and get you what you need, no matter how small.
I was out driving my Yamaha FJR1300 for about an hour when I reached Cocoa Beach (A1A) and picked up a large screw that pierced my rear tire. I walked to a tire shop close by but they were closed so my options were few. Bike weighs around 640 lbs so not very mobile with flat tire. I ended up trailering the bike back to Melbourne and brought it to PJs and they were phenomenal. They ended up replacing both of my tires, reset my engine codes, and loaded the bike back on my trailer. I cant say enough about the owner and staff at the shop. I tried giving the guy that worked on my bike a $20 tip but he refused saying it was against their policy. I will always use this shop in the future. They are so sharp and friendly!
Superior service and knowledgeable staff. Friendly and they go above and beyond to assist you. Highly recommend using their services
Ive known Sharkey for 25 years, purchased two used bikes.from him and was and am currently happy with them. Im riding a 2000 R1 that he sold me and the only thing Ive done in the three months that Ive had it is to put gas in it, change the oil and put a rear tire on it. Straight up honest and funny as can be Hes my go-to guy for motorcycle parts and advice on any motorcycle I own. Thanks Sharkey and crew.
Super helpful and will give you great gear for amazing prices.
Amazing staff and service. Everything was a great deal. I cant recommend this place enough. Both the service center and the parts and accessories store are top of the line. You wont find more helpful and trustworthy staff. Just ask my 2009 Yamaha FZ6R.
Nice business, staff are courteous
I just purchased a 2006 Honda Metropolitan for my wife, which needed a tune up . Sharkey and gage took great care getting her scooter up and running correctly in less than 24hrs. These guys have a real passion for what they do. Stay away from the big name stores and trust GP bikes for all your motorcycle/scooter needs. Thanks again guys for making the wife smile👍🏻😎keep up the great work.
My uncle has always gone to GP to get his bike worked on, they are the best with price, best with customer service, and Ive never seen people so passionate about bikes. I will never go anywhere else! Here is my story: I had first went to Honda power sports of Melbourne to have my FI light checked to see why it turned on. The guy at Honda was in a rush, came outside and started taking off my fairings without notifying me, and then (by putting his ear to my seat) told me it had something to do with my exhaust. Said he had to charge me a $50 diagnostic fee, and sent me on my way. I had gone to GP to get a second opinion and they not only started to help me out as soon as i walked in, but didnt even charge me to fix the issue. and it took them all of 10 min!I had then needed a new chain and sprocket. i decided to call Champion Kawasaki in Cocoa and they were trying to over charge me for not only a higher labor price (because the bike is stretched), but also were trying to sell me an off brand set, that they were charging 350$ for. I felt like they were honestly trying to steal my money. I went back to GP after talking to Gage on the phone and he got me a Vortex set with a 530 chain, and paid under 380$ for it all, and i couldnt have asked for a better product and performance. Thanks a lot guys, you will always have my business!
Gage and Sharky are awesome at the work shop. Ill never go anywhere else. I dropped over 3K with these guys for performance work on my R1,,they dialed it all in. Dynod, power comm V, valve adjustment, 3/4 exhaust system...much more. They saved me a few bucks where they could, honest, hard working guys...totally satisfied.
Really Great Service from GP Bikes!
Sharky and cage are outstanding mechanics, they know their stuff. I wouldnt trust any other spot to touch my bike. Frank in the front also recommends the best parts and service for your needs. Hands down this team had made me feel at home, they treat you like family. Highly recommended!
Very helpful and friendly staff here. They beat the price on a helmet that I had been looking at online, and it only took a couple days to arrive at their shop. I can see myself becoming a loyal customer of this place, not only for accessories, but for future work done on my bike.
Excellent service and great prices. Highly recommend this shop. Definetly the BEST independent owned bike shop in Melbourne. Thanks for the great service GP Bikes.
Great prices. Great owner and employees. Been loyal to them since I first stepped foot in the door and they continuously earn my loyalty
Loved this bike shop. The owner Sharkey is the best friendliest guy whos very knowledgeable about what hes doing the other mechanics are really professionals who will fixing anything and everything in your bike. The garage was nice enough to let me use their tools for free to work on my bike in their garage, you really cant beat that service!
Purchased a used Kawasaki Vulcan 900 and some accessories. Frank answered all my questions and provided excellent friendly service. They also have a large facility close by for repairs. This is my one stop shop for accessories and repairs.
Awesome experience and great staff. Went in to get a helmet, they helped me find one in the correct size, style, and color I wanted. Got in an accident the very next day, without the quality of help I got here, I doubt I could type this review.
Best place in town for a bike anything for your bike and gear!
Amazing place. Amazing people. Thought I was gonna have a $1000 fix, took the guy ten minutes and charged me $10. Ill be going here till the day I stop riding.
These amazing men blow my mind every time I drive into the shop they stop everything their doing to help me and make sure I’m on the road safe and sound I haven’t had customer service like this anywhere else and I’m glad i can count on them . !.
I love my bike so much, my husband wanted one for his birthday.
Great support and trouble shooting over the phone would highly recommend.
Me and my family have been coming here for a very long time and every time weve had a problem with our bikes, we always go to GP for assistance. Phenomenal service and not your everyday bike shop. They also helped me pick up a new bike after I had an accident and Im in love with my new set of wheels! So if you have any problems with your bike, need servicing, parts or equipment, gp is the place to go.
Called Sharky from Hawaii for some bike help. He was able to diagnose my bike and help me fix it over the phone. Best shop Ive ever been to!
Bought a Wolf EX150 a few months ago...I have had many scooters in the last 12 yrs and have dealt with alot of different scooter dealerships...GP Bikes is the first ones to honor the warranty that came with scooter without any extra fees or having to wait weeks or even months to get scooter back in some cases...Starkey and his boys at GP Bikes have taken time the 3 times I have had to come in without appt asap, as in 1 hour at the most...I am personally going to be a life long customer and recommend if you are looking to buy a motorcycle or scooter check out GP Bikes...You wont be sorry... God Bless the guys at GP Bikes Inc....Sincerely Jessica Ruszala🙏💜
A great shop to take your bike for routine maintenance or catastrophic failure. Its one of the few places that your actually talking to the guy thats working on your bike.Keep it up gp and ill never take my r6 anywhere else.
Top-notch customer service and brilliant new showroom with the parts I needed in stock. I have officially given up on the stealership. Thanks guys.
The store is neat, the employees are helpful and knowledgeable. I had something ordered and was in the next day. The employee even told me how to install my purchase.
Has to be the beat hike shop I know of, I wont bring my bike anywhere else but here. Great customer service, match prices, great deals, and most of all EVERYONE knows what they are doing if you come here you KNOW you will be in good hands
The staff are friendly and honest. GP Bikes does top-notch work.Highly recommended.
My Harley Davidson had a bad back firing problem and I brought it to a few shops around town and the problem was never resolved. I was told to go to a shop that had a dyno and GP bikes was recommended. When I arrived at their shop near downtown Melbourne I was impressed with the size of their facility and the variety of bikes I saw they were working on. There were 2 different types of dynos and they simply removed my seat and put my bike on the yellow one and hooked up a reader, changed some settings and ran my bike 3 times and now the back firing is about 90% gone but it rides smoother and accelerates better. I was very satisfied with not only the service but my experience there. You can really tell that the guys are motorcycle enthusiasts and passionate about bikes.
The only place I trust with my motorcycle, they are always honest and trustworthy.
Was greeted and educated on helmet types, prices, protection standards, etc. Great prices and helmet selection.Thank you for helping me choose my first helmet.
Best bike shop in Melbourne. Sharkey, Scrappy and the gang really know their stuff. You want it done right, and get good advice, go here.
I love looking that motorcycle and helmet.
These guys are awesome. Sharky will not stop until he has successfully completed his task. Highly recommend you visit them.

Great experience.very fair deals on quality...
Best bike shop in town in my opinion just one reason why as of this weekend.my bike is my only form of transportation, I brought my bike in at Saturday at 7pm to have my fork seals replaced. At the last minute they stopped so I could have my bike done by 2am that night, just in time so I could make it to work on Sunday.
Sharky and the guys helped me out in a pinch with a bike fix! Great guys that have been around bikes for decades! Thanks
Wont go anywhere else . Have a 2002 gsxr 600 and brought it here to have my chain and sprockets replaced and these guys did more than just that . They made sure my tires were the right psi . Checked my bike over and pointed out a few things I would have never noticed . I highly recommend over any shop . Gauge and sharky really know what there doing 👍

Great Service Everytime I step in the Building. Thanks Guys
Unfortunately we dont remember the job about the GIXXER. As we work on motorcycles from all over the country. But it sounds like you phoned us and described the damage over the phone. And you may not be a professional motorcycle mechanic as you brought it to us to have it repaired. So it may as well be that you misdiagnosed the damage. And thats why the quote went up. And we are sorry for any inconvenience, but Im sure if you would have called and talked to us before writing a review we could have come to some compromise. Hopefully there is no hard feelings. As we value our customers more as friends. And we would gladly like to rectify the problem if we can come to an agreement. We are always ready to compromise but Im sure with everything you were fairly charged.
Sharky the owner and gage cheif Mechanic have done wonders for me. Come in the shop you feell welcomed but next thing is the knowledge. These guys back up there work to if you have an issue after repair bring it right back in with no excuses. These guys are so good it made it hard for me to move because its hard finding reputable mechanics. Thanks GP for the experience will ride back 1.5 hours to get repairs done....u can bring any bike there i happen to have cbr1000
Great place great people great prices!
Gp bikes has not always been my bike shop but i have been going there for the past 3 yrs and havent gone to a different shop since the 1st day i walked i, and ill tell you why. my 1st bike a 1986 KZ550 LTD i was taking to a small shop by my house and i needed a lot of work done to it. Not once did i get a discount or whole sale parts or advice on how to fix a issue. it was always Oh thats gonna be 120$ and when the work had been done it came out to be more then said..regardless of the job. then i got a 05 636 a yr later and was looking for a new shop and Gp was next on my list so i take my new to me used bike to Gp and they had known the bike from the past owner ( They had proof it was that bike) told me a few things they would fix and a few things i should do on my own to save some money. a few yrs and a few bikes go by till yesterdays visit..i had gone down on my 09 r6s and ordered all my parts online from ebay and big box websites...i just got the bike back together and i thought i had a coda being thrown at me and a check engine light was on so i call gp and ask how i see what code it is..they tell how over the phone but im still not seeing a code so they told me to bring it up to them..instead of putting it in my truck i decide im going to ride it up and see whats going on and give it a test ride...well on my way up both my breaks go out and i cant stop and any red lights or if i car cuts me off...well i finally make it up to gp and Sharkey meets me at the door (Sharkey is the owner) and seys hello and starts looking over the bike..well i had installed the rear rim wrong and it was eating my breaks caliper, i had also forgot my ram air..well Sharkey noticed that i got all my parts online and asks me where id take my bike if i didnt provide local businesses with business.. then he starts fixing my bike and sends me on my way home with no check engine light and all my breaks working. needless to say gp has gone far out of there way for me a lot of times and i cant thank them enough. Shop small and do our economy a favor and Gp.
They are friendly and the workers are very patient and helpful.
I AM JULES LUPOWITZ OF MELBOURNE FLORIDA- GP Bikes in Melbourne is owned by we all call Sharky, His lead mechanic is Gage. The GP Bikes crew has been nothing less than fair. Any motorcycle rider will see great deals and be satisfied there. Ive been riding and dealing with light repairs since 9 years old; from Stella through Hodaka, all main Japanese brands, HD, Euro and austrailian brands id hope to believe I can tell a great repair shop from a putz mechanic. Sharky, Gage and the crew at GP bikes know what theyre doing and charge very fair pricing. Now at 53 after riding internationally Jules Lupowitz, after some international fame (my silly 911 episode to alleviate a ticket) decided to mount my Valentine1 radar & lazer detector. Riding a Buell 1125R, with almost no normal mounting location Sharky advises a bar end mirror to fasten main unit to. Minimal as this may sound the exact location is crucial for snagging radar traps. Gage picked out the solid aluminum billet part (adjustable bar-end mirror) as the main units platform then wired the remote audio and concealed video display just under the top fairing lip. This mini speaker and readout is 1 to 5 inches from my face shield. No wires are detectable. Perfect, professional job with quick release and rain protection to boot! This professional job took Gage under an hour to install: $35 bucks + the mirrors cost.So I Jules Lupowitz of (I think?) extreme bike riding, automotive (and several other) experience must graciously recommend GP Bikes of Melbourne, Florida for any/all repair, customizing, parts and some great deals on machines.
The only go to shop youll ever need to go to. Best advise, best service, best prices, best shop period.
Asked three times for a quote on the price of a upper and lower fairing and case covers for my Gixxer after I wrecked. Each time, Sharkey assured me the price would not be more than $600 and would probably be well under that amount. I brought the bike up to spend the weekend with my girlfriend and only had $950 with me. When I went to pick up the parts, Sharkey told me the bill came to just over $900! How the hell do you miss a simple quote for parts by 33%, especially when the customer asked no less than three times for an accurate quote? Never again! Screw GP Bikes.
Friendly Staff. Good values
Friendly and helpful, with convenient hours and great prices.
Nice small shop, good deals.
Great place amazing staff
Best place to get bike parts
Good service! Nice people!
Great place sharky the man
I dont know you either, when I get charged $36 for a pint of brake fluid and one bleeder bolt and having to stand in the rain because youre understaffed, is not the type of business that will get a decent rating from me.
Bad customer service. Aggressive employees
