Overall a very nice experience. I’m out of state, helping out my friends and just wanted to check outA bike . It turned into buying one ! Eddie, who took care of me was very kind and went out of his wayTo help me in every way, seriously . In Mississippi I couldn’t even get the salesman to call me back let alone be helpful .Super stoked to start a new journey, and learning how to ride has been a dream for a long while . It’s now a reality thanks to these awesome folks . Highly recommend them! Proud owner of a CBR300:)
I have always loved Honda’s and always owned Four wheeler’sAnd I just wanted to upgrade And Called around every where( I live in South Carolina) I called and Talked to Eddie at Honda of Melbourne,Fla and he told me what they had and we talked back in before for 3day’s .Eddie he has been awesome throughout the whole process Thank you !!! Eddie you have made this the best purchase even better.Jo Jo
I love riding and wanted a bike but settled for an adventure on 4 wheels the talon utv is sick and the best thing for off road. Robert the sales rep was on point and upfront about pricing and very kind with especially me being a women shopper. They gear was priced below market and the offers they had were below market. I look forward to many more years of business. The shop was also spotless and they even had non Honda bikes there. Just love this place kudos to the team in the clothing area and helmet they fitted me right. I highly recommend them.SincerelyA.MeloNational gold Medalist Photographer and local guide google guide#badassbikes #hondaofmelbourne #womenshopper
I would never go to Honda of Melbourne. When I confronted them that they are hiring a thieve, (Steven Walter), they did absolutely nothing. No reply, no actions, nothing! If they hire thieves like Steven Walter, expect to get robbed. Plus, you get better deals at Honda in palm beach. But seriously, Steve is a conniving thieve, and should not be trusted.Honda’s the best, but Honda of Melbourne, must be desperate.
Good service and reasonable prices. Reliable staff who call and keep you informed. Took good care of my 2003 Honda Goldwing. Showroom is fully stocked with low/no pressure sales staff. Great place and thankfully close to home. Best place for my baby!
This place was awesome. Rob was extremely helpful with the side by sides and motorcycles. Very professional answered all the questions we had and didnt push a sale but did his part ad a sales man. Will be returning to purchase from him shortly, i highly recommend this place and Rob. But all workers there were polite and ready to help in any way.
Great, fantastic, above and beyond experience at Honda of Melbourne. Mary was absolutely amazing! Very enthusiastic and friendly. Willing to help you find the perfect fit for you! Made me feel like a part of the Honda family! She worked with me until we got the bike we wanted for a very reasonable price! The people at Honda of Melbourne are not there to be sharks! They enjoy seeing you ride 🏍🤙Please check out Honda of Melbourne and go see Mary. She will work with you every step of the way. Very humble environment.
I recently purchased a honda foreman. I live two hours away so majority of the deal was done through the phone and Will made it so simple and easy. He’s a great salesmen that really works with his customers to get them into something they love. Tommy did the financing and he made the process so easy was in and out in no time and was not pressured into anything. Thanks once again!
Very BAD customer service! As an establishment you should want to try and turn a one star review into something more. However, due to a previous review we got a message to call and speak to a manager so we did. When we called he said “I can’t believe you’d post a 1-star review over #$”. The reviews were not over the extra amount. It was due to the lack of respect we got when there and if you need to add something dealerships are supposed to call for consent before doing more than what the bike was originally there for, They did not. We signed on a certain amount and they increased it without informing us over the phone that something else needed to be done. They agreed on the phone to take off the extra charge, then went back to the service department and told them to charge full price because of the review I had previously left. As someone who worked in customer service and someone who works for a dealership that is not ok. They just lost life-long customers in me, my family, and my fiancé’s family. We will take our money somewhere that treats us respectfully. Hope everyone else has better luck here than we did. I hear Harley has better bikes and better customer service since they are all American and not Chinese like Honda so from now on Harley will get my business
Every dog has its day, so after an unsatisfactory experience I wanted to see what others experiences were like. Looks like a lot of this dealerships low reviews arise from poor customer service, bad communication, and lack of trustworthiness. What seem to be snide responses to many of the 1 star reviews might be indicative of their problems. Even the less snide responses just offer empty apologies with few, if any, solutions. The general manager is often mentioned as a source of remedy for reviewers complaints. Thats almost amusingly ironic since he seems to be at the root of the problems. Rudeness and arrogance are not elements of a good business model. Though Honda may be a great company, its unfortunate that theyre sometimes represented by less than stellar managers. There are too many other places to go to instead of dealing with this nonsense.
I bought my Honda 650 here in this dealer not 2 months ago well and already my engine broke the engine, a 2021 engine with 0 miles. I go to the dealer and I explain the situation to them, they keep my motorbike and then they call me that the warranty doesnt even cover it because they dont know if its a factory problem ... like a new motorbike or miles in less than 2 months it it can break your engine! I call their central office and they agreed to solve and nothing, even the dealer has my motor and when I call nobody knows anything and neither do they do the diligence to do something ... I am not going to tell them that Honda is bad but in this dealer or part of the staff here do not know or do not have ethics to properly exercise what they have to do.
In April 2019, I purchased a new 2019 Goldwing from this business. To protect my investment, I decided that only trained Honda mechanics would service my motorcycle. With my motorcycle now at 10,000 miles, Ive only had it serviced at Honda of Melbourne and have always been treated with the utmost respect. To date, Ive had oil changes, new fog lights installed, 12-volt adapter installed, a new luggage rack, and todays service (7/25/2020) included a full synthetic oil change and new front tire. My contact with the Service Manager (Frank) and the sales staff has always been one of trust and friendship. I will not hesitate to recommend this place to my family and friends or hesitate to bring my motorcycle here for any type of service or repair. This place is Top Notch!
If I could rate less than a star I would. They have TERRIBLE customer service. We went in to replace a tire and an oil change. We come back to check on the bike 4 hours later they are not done and say there were spark plugs hanging and also say the other tire is flat when neither of those problems were there when we dropped it off. They keep increasing the price every time we talk to them. Do NOT go there to get service in tour bike done. Will not be coming back in the future.
Awesome display show room..Rep R Borrelli was professional and so helpful.
We went a saw Danielle for our new fourwheeler it was the best experience! She explained everything and got us approved with in the hour! Best costumer service if you are looking for a bike go see DANIELLE!!
I went into the dealership to check out side by sides. I was greater by Will (salesman) at the front desk. I provided him my price range and what I was needing it for. Not once did he try to sell me something that was too big or out of my comfortable price range. Will was very knowledgeable of their products. He was able to answer all my questions without hesitation. I asked if I could come back to put a payment on one and he talked with his boss. I came back and was able to get everything done. Very happy with Will, Tony and Tommy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking. They did not push a sale on me. I definitely will be going back for upgrades.
I went to Honda of Melbourne to get a bike I have been wanting to get and they had exactly what I was looking for. From the minute I walked in Will (salesman) took care of me as true professional. He brought me over to the bike, we looked it over to make sure it was the one I wanted and he made sure I was going to be happy with the bike based on how I would be riding it. The purchase process was “no hassle and no pressure”, we agreed on a price during our first conversation, could not have been easier. The entire staff was very friendly and professional. They even delivered the bike to my house for a small delivery fee. Awesome experience with Honda of Melbourne. Highly recommend this dealership. Great job all around !!
Pick another Honda dealer...Went to buy a bike from them, kept asking about the price and negotiating. Kept getting brushed off and because I was financing they just asked what payment I wanted. I said I don’t care what the payments are I just wanna know the out the door price . “Oh will discuss that once we figure out financing”, sat down at the Financial desk about to sign the paper work when I see the price that we did not discuss. It seemed very weird and the manger was rude because he said I agreed to “3,899 +++” but I wasn’t told what the “+++” was before stepping foot in the finance office.. turns out 3899+++ was $5664. Turned off by the whole experience I don’t even want a bike anymore. And to make it even clearer how over priced it was I called RC Hill Honda of Deland and they quoted me an out the door price WITHOUT negotiating of $5200... that’s 11% of the value of the bike difference . I was willing to pay at 5200 but they wouldn’t work with me and the manger completely turned me off of ever wanting to do business with them . Bright side mary the saleswomen was nice as well as the Financial manager
This was truly the easiest car or motorcycle deal I’ve ever done. Rob Meister was the sales rep and after doing my homework on how this industry in Florida comes to the bottom line I made an offer that was forwarded to Tony Swaim and in minutes shook hands. Both men were great. In about 1.5 hours I was on the bike riding home. Educate yourself as to the process, know what your limit is and hopefully youll be as happy as we are. Great job Rob and Tony.
I see their lies about how untypical it is to make a full deposit before a test ride but that is completely completely typical of a Honda or any Japanese bike purchase. You do not test ride unless you are expecting to buy THAT BIKE. Period. You do not test ride Hondas anywhere or Suzukis or Kawasakis or Yamahas without paying for the bike before the test ride. How can this dealership lie and say thats not typical when it is typical. Theyre lying to potential customers. They will not let you test ride a bike except to determine that there is something wrong but you do not test drive a goldwing unless you expect to buy that specific bike. They will not let you test drive three different Goldwings or three different models of motorcycle!!! and this lie their telling people. Try it. Test them. See if its a lie I guarantee it is. Theyre lying to us.This is completely completely typical that you cannot take a test drive without paying for the bike up front. Its always been that way with Japanese bikes. Why are they spreading this lie that thats not typical.Only Harley will let you test drive a bike because only Harley will sell a bike with any mileage on it as new.Honda riders will freak out if theres 30 miles on a bike. That is NOT new.Honda doesnt have test ride models. You test ride the bike that you are going to go home with. You can only test The bike youve already paid for to see if theres something wrong with it but Honda doesnt let you test drive bikes like this dealer is lying about.Go ahead call them up and ask them for a test ride and see if they dont tell you the same thing they told this guy (that you have to pay full deposit) and see if theyre not lying about how untypical this is. Test them. That is if you can get through to them. Try to get through to some department other than the sales department. Try to get them to respect you after the sale.
Will was an awesome salesman He helped us every step of the process from picking out a side by side to the financial processes. He is a great asset to your company. He was awesome. Great personality and made us feel very comfortable with our purchase.RegardsPatricia Osborne
Extremely friendly. Will be going back when I need a new bike.
See Eddie in sales, great service
Nice dealership with low dealer fees. They had exceptional prices on a couple of brand new bikes at just over half the retail price. My son ended up getting the one he’s sitting on which had used with low miles and was an amazing deal. We will be back for more bikes for the rest of the family. Motorcycles are such a low cost and fun option for both transportation and recreation! The service guy was extremely knowledgeable and offers very reasonable prices for his level of expertise. The sales guys and finance manager were very reasonable too and finance will negotiate if you push him a little.
Bought my new Honda fourman today the whole crew was wonderful. Would recommend this dealer to everyone!!
Went to buy a Gold Wing. Very different experience than Harley Davidson dealership. Called to Rob early on that I want to test ride a bike as I am looking totally different bike to ride (I own HD Night Rod Special). Upon reaching at dealership I was told to agree upon numbers before test riding. Personally i think a very bad business model. I just cannot agree upon something I do not know if I will buy. Why would I waste my time going through numbers before riding a Bike. I got a bit traction of sales person when I told him I own Tesla Model X. This one start is not for a sales person but for the policy, If you need a deposit of full bike value let us know that is fine with us, but dont force us to waste our time to agree upon numbers before even having a riding experience.
Ordered a speed sensor(speedometer) sensor for my Honda shadow. part was delayed. Showed up to pick up my part once it came in. All they had was the speed sensor bearing. NO SENSOR, this little black box that attaches to the spindle that comes out of the bearing. So not having time to argue, due to a pre-arranged activity with my friend. I left and said,F it Well, good news is that the bearing needed to be replaced anyways due to it being fairly worn down. So I have that going for me at least.Bring a picture or the actually part you need and show it to the parts guy, he needs it apparently. FYI google 2003 Honda shadow 750 speedometer sensor, it is the first thing that pops up in images.
Worst dealership to deal with. Called and had been speaking to Luke for about a week and said product was in stock. Called before leaving the house for over an hour drive. Spoke to GM and they were not willing to stay open 5 minutes after six and then proceeded to tell me the side by side sold, after Luke just told me it was in stock.Don’t waist your time they suck.
It was a pleasure working with John at Honda of Melbourne! He went above and beyond to get me and my family exactly what we needed. From negotiations to delivery, he got it done! I highly recommend calling John for any of your ATV / Powersports needs! Thanks Again!!
I had an awesome experience dealing with this Honda dealership, took my four wheeler to have a repair and it was done the same day! Everyone there is so nice and easy to work with! Frank, he was so good and easy to work with when it came to repair my Honda. He had direct communication about modifications that needed to be done. Highly recommended.
Excellent experience at Honda of Melbourne today thanks to my sales person Eddie and the GM.Also very smooth transaction with the finance manager sorry about the $20s. I bought a new rubicon a few months ago in cocoa but was definently worth the trip to Melbourne today. Thanks again everyone at Honda of Melbourne.

I had taken my 2018 Goldwing to the dealer in Orlando where I had purchased it due to the check engine light coming on. I was told that it was a charging issue and possibly needed a new battery, I was charged $50.00 even though the bike is still under full warranty. They did not repair it and sent me on my way. I took the bike to this dealer, met the service manager Frank, he was respectful, considerate and caring. They diagnosed my bike in an hour which it turned out to be a major problem where they had to get with Honda before the repair could be performed. They repaired the bike and the service was excellent. I will now ride the extra miles to get my bike repaired and serviced at this shop. Great job guys!
Recently bought a new bike from Honda Melbourne. Had a few issues with the cruise and brake light macro switches. Was introduced to the service manager Frank S. Frank provided the best service with constant contact and updates on parts ordered and had the bike in as soon as they arrived. The tech took care of the issue quickly and all is resolved. Good to know Frank the service manager has your back and will get things taken care of - nothing better than genuine concern and courteous service. Many thanks to the service department and Bill at the check-in.
Very reasonable dealer, I brought them what I had and they made it happen to fit my budgeting. In and out within a hour ! With a Brand new Honda Atv coming with me !
I haven’t purchased any UTVs or ATVs from this location yet, but their service department is top notch. I have had my 2019 Pioneer 700 worked on twice by their service department. Both repairs were covered under the manufactures warranty. We even went through the dreaded cannot duplicate problem. However, Frank and his team persisted and now my Pioneer starts better than the day I drove it off the lot!
Had a great experience with Tracy, I wanted a side by side to fit myself, husband and all my kids on and we found the perfect fit! On top of my baby running around the store while we waited, they were very accommodating and didn’t mind what she did, so she sat in her own side by side and watched YouTube while we did paperwork, we left the same day with our beauty. Now my dads going back today to see Tracy and get his own! Thank you for everything.
Recently purchased my Honda Shadow Phantom from this Dealership and couldnt be happier with the whole process, Eddie (our sales rep) was fantastic from start to finish of the entire process, I originally came in for another bike that was much older and rough and eventually after some light negotiations I settled on a near new honda at a much better price and I have been riding my motorcycle nonstop, big thanks to Eddie and the sales team at Honda of melbourne for never pressuring me into somthing I didnt want or couldnt afford and made me want to come back for my next bike
Long distance deal with Rob. Easy from the start. Wouldn’t hesitate to make the drive again. Made sure I was comfortable every step of the way.
Zach was honest, prompt, and friendly. When I contacted Honda of Melbourne via email and asked the OUT THE DOOR price he gave me a good price via email and stuck to it. The price on the webpage listing is NOT the OTD price. This is the manner in which dealers work. There are dealership fees, tax, and registration. Zach also made sure that I knew how to properly operate the scooter. The manager was polite and professional in our paperwork.
This is hands down the best experience ive had purchasing a vehicle/bike. I was working with Will and he handled everything professionally with no hastle at all. I didnt feel pressured at all throughout the whole process. The financing was super simple and was very quick. Will did an amazing job in finding me the right bike and he even drove it to my work to drop it off for me in no time. He did everything possible to make sure this was a great experience for me. Thank you Honda and Will for everything. 10/10 would recommend visiting Honda of Melbourne to anyone interested in purchasing a bike.
The staff was amazing. Treated me decent. Was there for my son to make a decision and Rob treated him like every other customer.Great service from beginning to end.
I left the store paying over 5k on a $3400 bike, I made the choice so its not their fault, although its frowned upon to overcharge, I know they scammed me for a few hundred, which isnt the worst part.I expected salesmen to be knowledgeable on the product they sell, I communicated my needs for the bike, that I plan on cross country riding, asked what the difference was between the 18 and 19 was, he responded with changes to color options.I did some research and found they did extensive redesigns including a fuel injection system as well as lowering the price. As you know Florida is at or below sea level, I used a specific example of planning a trip to Colorado, which would require routine jetting changes during the trips, which a fuel injection system would alleviate. The salesman directly influenced my decision to purchase the wrong bike for my needs, this is the problem I cannot accept. They just wanted to sell old inventory, I called back 2 days after the purchase and was told that I could wait and trade it back in at a steep loss. He also discouraged and distracted my girlfriend from taking pictures and looking up reviews which I didnt notice or would have been a red flag.Again, this review is by someone who made a purchase. To compare, I made another purchase a few days later on a much better bike, a ktm. My second experience was a total opposite, staff was extremely knowledgable and gave me a free hat and jacket with the purchase, they tracked down a 6 days edition which is extremely rare, did it within the week, and gave me a very fair price. The shop is called cycle sports center of Orlando, a facility that moves a much higher volume of higher quality machines than Honda. All I was looking for was an exchange of my 2 day old purchase to the newer model which was my original intent, or even any kind of solution. Please shop around, look up reviews, check prices, check what the new models have to offer, and look at other shops. Its sad that you cant rely on the knowledge of the salesman anymore, but trust me, I made a purchase a week after this one and had a much better experience.Reply: Like I said, I accepted the price, the reason I said scammed was I couldnt find a better word, but its hard to deny you made a little extra based on a quick search on what other dealers charge out the door for the bike.It is not my opinion that your salesman sold me the wrong bike based on my needs and lied to my face about the changes that were made to the newer bike, it is fact because that is what happened. Period, and this just compounds my review, you have no solution to offer, anything except Im sorry your experience sucks. Your salesman gave false information which led me to buy the wrong bike for me needs based on what benefited you, by getting old product off the floor.Your practice reflects poorly on Honda reputation, which I know corporate does not appreciate.
Fantastic! What great people to work with! Thank you Eddie Otero, Tony and Dakota in parts. They really know there stuff.
Great customer service. They work with you. Highly recommend this place if youre planning on getting a bike.
Bought a 2020 rancher, sales person was really nice. good transaction otherwise. But I did not get the $500 incentive as shown on Honda website. they say it was part of the sales price but was not shown anywhere on the invoice as credit. only reason for 3 stars.
Will did a great job helping us by our side by side! Great service all around, we will definitely be back.
Rey the service manager really went way above and beyond my expectations installing Tire Pressure Monitor sensor stems at my request that were becoming apparent that they were of questionable quality and potentially unsafe. He came up with a great out-of-the-box solution on a very busy day that would keep me safer on the street and address my specific accessory installation needs. Much appreciated!
Im not a Honda guy but the guys in service did a great job on my pops gold wing . Thanks Frank and your guys. Everyone was helpful and great to talk to in the showroom. If your in to Hondas go here for sure
Was not treated as a respectable person and they all tried to play coy the whole time. I asked for a baseline price 7, I repeat 7 times before I got an answer and even then they were still not straight forward. My bike is a 2020 bought it dry from the show room, yet it has rust on the exhaust and some of it is in a splatter pattern, doesnt make sense it must have been outside and riden for that to be the case. The offered price was an additional 3000 compared to online. The bike itself is amazing but the prep and customer service was nothing more than trash. None of my qualms were remotely address. Completely unacceptable. Plus I was told a break in oil change and filter was included now its not. Get real will not return and anyone I speak to will feel the same. Just go to Orlando.
I went in because I was interested in getting a bike. I made it very clear that ALL I WANTED TO DO was test drive one of them to see if I liked it. The salesman(ROB) showed me three different bikes and I narrowed it down to two. Again I asked if I can test drive them becauae i was looking to get one within a week or 2. He left and came back with some papers which is what i thought i had to fill out in order to TEST DRIVE the bikes. We talked prices and deals and i kept telling him i just wanted to test drive. He then brought someone else to persuade me into buying one same day. I kindly said i just wanted to test drive and he then answered with, Well we already ran your credit. That is NOT what i asked. That made me highly upset to the point i dont even want to do any type of business with them AT ALL. I go in for a test drive and they take it upon themselves to run my credit and also tell me that the tax, tag, title, and assembly will be an extra $1500. That doesnt sound anywhere near right. Pay for them to assemble the bike im buying? Very bad experience!!
Dont buy a Honda Talon from them Im having issues with my transmission. Honda will not back their product they told me even if I had a warranty it wouldnt be warrantied
What a great experience we had with James as our sales person. We purchased a 2019 Limited Honda 1000, 2 months ago . He was very knowledgeable, an a answer for every question we had. Just took it in for the first service check and oil change. The Service guy Hugh very nice . We where in and out in one day. Supper polite staff . 👌😀
Rob and Tommy were able to get my boyfriend in and out with a brand new 2019 Honda pioneer. Would recommend them to anyone looking to get something fun to ride. I myself have been going there for the last 3 years. I will always get my off road vehicles there. Thank you guys ♥️
Worked with Will and they gave me a great price on my bike.
Good time buying a new Talon 1000x. Staff was awesome and i got a great deal.
Had a excellent experience, staff was nice n helpful. Was purchasing a bike for a relative n they worked with me more than iv had at any other store. I would recommend 100%
Was very impressed with the service department. Although I ride a Kawasaki, they got my bike in and out in 45 minutes for an oil change and inspection.
I bought a Pioneer 500 from these folks- sales team was awesome. I needed some repairs done on said SXS about a year after my purchase and can confidently say that the service department is incompetent. They installed my main bearing improperly resulting in 3500.00 worth of damage to the engine. Please be advised to avoid any mechanical work here.
Stopped in to check out some new rides, very nice, friendly and helpful staff. I wasnt pressured and will be coming back for my future purchase.
Go to champions. Honda of Melbourne will try and draw you in with a low price to get you interested and then will jack the price up after youve sat down. Service department apparently cant return calls and charges 325$ for first service on your bike plus the oil change on top of that to where champions does complete service and oil change for 186$
Just bought a 2020 crf 250 from a gentleman named John, he was awesome he was a great negotiator and took care of me, they are a great dealership all around .
Eddie and the general manager were great to deal with, Highly recommended this place!
Great service and wonderful staff! Keep up the good work.
Had my PCX150 in for some maintenance . Frank and the guys in the service department did a fantastic job and were a delight to deal with.Highly recommended.
Bought my second bike from them today. Lou was my salesman. Informative, low pressure, and good deal. Their service department is also very good.(Few years after my initial review) Took my bike in for warranty work. Dealt with Frank Silva, service director. Excellent service! Frank Silva was a pleasure to deal with. Prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable.
Last visit was great. Previous visit my mechanic failed to reconnect some exterior light cables after removing my side panels.
I recently purchased a 2019 Honda Goldwing tour, my experience at the dealership was awesome great service kind and caring people. I look forward to doing more business in the future thank you
Went out for a morning ride and found the back tire on my Goldwing totally flat. I located and pulled the nail, put in some plugs, but still had a small leak. With a ride coming up I figured it was time to meet my local Honda dealer (Ive only had the bike for 2 months) so I called and asked about getting a new rear tire put on.The Good: Everyone was very friendly and helpful, they got my bike into service immediately, and I was in and out within an hour. The Bad: Paid 50% more for the tire than 20 miles up the road! $100 more! Now I understand their emphasis on my agreeing to their price. The REALLY BAD: The next morning when I was checking the bike for a ride, I find that the new tire had 55 PSI in it...spec is 41 PSI. WTH?! Im glad it was a short ride home. Now Im thinking that I better take it to a different Honda shop and make sure the wheel is torqued properly!!The greatest thing needed of a motorcycle service place is trust. I trust that youre going to properly service the bike and not do something that can harm me. I trust that you arent going to reward my loyalty by gouging me on price. In my first (and probably only) interaction with your dealership you have managed to wholly destroy that. I sorry, I can not trust having my bike serviced here again.
Honda of Melbourne are the best in the business. They really help me get the best deal. Beautiful Christmas bike. I highly recommend them. Sales person Lou and the staff was top notch.Thank you Honda of Melbourne.Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. God bless
Great job.... Dropped off my front wheel for new tire tube and was done in one hour. Thanks Honda Of Melbourne
My grandson just bought a GROM, Ron was amazing. Well lets just say everyone we came in contact with was overly friendly and helpful. Best experience ever. Definitely would recommend Honda of Melbourne to everyone!
EDIT 5/18/2020: We got the bike back from the newly managed Honda of Melbourne. This experience was so much better, this guy really cares about his customers. He has been a great communicator and his team was able to repair our bike and it is running well at a reasonable cost. I left the old info here so everyone can see what he had his hands full with. I once said I would never go here again but the new manager, Frank, and his new team of mechanics have proven that they are truly customer focussed and we will definitely use them again if/when needed. Thank you Frank, and please thank your team!EDIT 5/12/2020: The new manager, Frank, called me as he is coming in and cleaning house..... He promised to rectify the situation and they picked up our bike free of charge. Changing 1 star to 3 star and will re-evaluate once we see what happens. I am hopeful they will right this as the guy sounds truly invested in getting this place turned back around to what it used to be.March 2020: So maybe you guys will respond this way? Multiple calls/messages after you guys having our bike (Schlip) for weeks. Spent $1000 and got the bike back and it wouldnt go a block without dying. Breaks not working. Sent it in to have issues corrected and no call... My calls not returned. Spoke to manager finally and said multiple issued needed repaired that we werent told about first time. Would not have invested 1k had I been told of all issues up front. Still have our bike and still not calling us back. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau if this issue is not corrected come Monday. This is no way to run a business.
My salesman was Lou morrical, frankly I havent met any one so passionate about what they do. He worked extremely hard in finding the perfectly fitted bike for me as a first time biker, as well as working with the financing department to best meet my budgeting needs. He was very informative about the many, many questions that I had also had great tips. He was extremely courteous, accurate with the entire transaction, but most of all went above and beyond to insure that I could leave to my home that same day completely satisfied with my bike. I also had some interactions with the parts rep Dakota, he was a huge help in answering all my questions and with the items I was I need of, he was very informative. He adjusted to my needs rather then work me for as much money he could get from me, very experienced especially as a biker himself. All the staff that Ive interacted with had top notch service and I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a bike to go to Honda Of Melbourne. Thank you guys very much, if I could give more then 5 stars i would.
Ken and I are so grateful that honda of Melbourne was able to fix our goldwing and done it quickly and very reasonable, thank you, thank you❤😁
Very positive experience from first phone call to delivery. Everyone from Tony (floor manager) to Jose (delivery) was friendly, helpful and polite. Beautiful showroom and super clean service department and of course, wonderful quality Honda products. Highly recommend!
My husband and I had a great experience. We came in one night to just look around and see what we would be interested in. Lou greeted us right away and showed us around with no problem informing us with all the questions we had. We came back today for our appointment to make our final decision and we ended up getting a great deal on our new 2017 Honda Pioneer 700 Deluxe. Thank you so much Lou for all your hard work!
I am in sales and have been for a long time made lots of money and lots of great loyal customers by doing the exact opposite of how I was treated today. It’s businesses like these guys are why true sales professionals have a hard time. I am not in Melbourne so I wanted to have the deal done before I made the 3 plus hour drive. Could not get a straight answer never received a written quote just double talk over the phone and then they blow up your phone when pass on the BS. Heads up Honda of Melbourne you are out of business with your current style you just haven’t fell over dead yet
Enjoyed the experience of buying a new trike today. Very nice people to deal with. I would recommend the to anyone
Bought a quad here. They sold me the wrong parts to change the oil. They installed a snorkel that was not hooked up properly. Water sucked into my engine. They are rude and unhelpful. They dont have your equipment ready when promised. Terrible. Terrible. Do not do business here. Not a honda problem. Its a problem with this dealership.
10/29 bought a 2017 Goldwing!!! Great bike. Lou was very knowledgeable and helpful. The whole team was excellent. Got me financing and everything! Thanks guys.I’m in today to have service put on all of my accessories. I’m very happy with the quality and personal service.
Honda of Melbourne is a top notch dealership with great staff and great customer service. We drove 4 hours each way because of the professionalism and courtesy that we received during our initial call. Upon our arrival, we were warmly met, our 2 scooters were immaculately prepped and the paperwork was very quickly completed. They actually gave us a better deal than we agreed to over the phone! These guys rock and I would not hesitate to recommend them or purchase here again.
Good service Lou is a great salesman. I love the bike and they have great deals. Very professional staff and the manager Mike was able to work with my monthly payment. Highly recommended!
Four years ago I bought a bike from Honda of Melbourne and was very satisfied with my experience; today I bought my second bike from their dealership and was equally, if not more satisfied than I was the first time. Their service is unmatched. When you tell them what you want in a bike, they offer exactly that, without trying to sneak you into a more expensive product that you cant afford. My salesman, Lou, did an outstanding job of listening to what I was looking for, and finding that for me, all while keeping my price requirements in mind. I went home today with a brand new motorcycle, but rest assured, I will most definitely return to Honda of Melbourne in the future if I decide to purchase another!
Great place and great people. I went in to get some Kuryakyn parts (better prices then online) and the manager gave me two Kuryakyn (large) tin signs off the display wall for free (just because I asked and offered to buy). Just good people, no hassle to walk around and have a look..... Thanks again Honda of Melbourne.
Wait here looking on the information about a side by side found out everything I wanted to know from them little more money than I want to spend on that kind of a play toy but very knowledgeable very nice people I may be going back and not getting a side by side with a four-wheeler instead but well see when the time comes but had plenty of time to talk with me answer question show me different models and educate me felt very comfortable talking with them and had a very pleasurable experience
Super easy ! I made the plans to get a bike within a week and Eddie at Honda of Melbourne hooked it up! I didnt expect to get a bike so fast but it was super easy and Eddie got everything set up for me and my dad I definitely recommend going to him if you want a great deal and good laughs! Thanks again for everything Eddie at Honda of Melbourne
Lets just say I drove 200 miles each way to get this expectacular customer service. I had been shopping for a bike around my area that most dealers had in stock. However i wanted the best deal and value possible. Right as I was about to commit to one near me I decided to take one last look at cycle trader and saw one that interested me. Only problem? Its 200 miles away. I picked up the phone anyway and spoke to Lou...... 3.5 hours later I was shaking his hand and thanking him and his entire team. Lou was a shark at getting the deal I wanted and and making sure my drive was well worth it. The atmosphere was incredibly friendly the dealership immaculate and even the techs came out to tell me about my new bike. Just unbelievable. THANK YOU LOU!
Knowledgeable and helpful staff in both sales and service. Unlike most powersports dealerships they still treat you like a customer even after you buy a bike and follow through with what they promise. No smoke or mirrors, just straight forward pricing and financing. I recommend Honda of Melbourne to anyone seeking that thrill ride toy purchase!
Awesome place. Rick in the parts dept. Really went out of his way to help me find jus what I needed.
Great dealer and buying experience! Staff is awesome and will do their best to make customers happy. Recommend it 100%
I loved walking into the building everyone was so friendly especially Tony the general manager.. Tony took the time with me even though he knew I wasnt buying today. I will definitely go back and buy a Honda from them because I love the Warranty Forever!!! I did buy a pair of Oakley sunglasses.
My wife and I went in last weekend to look at a new bike. Shawn and Tommy were excellent to deal with. Superb communication, professionalism, and hospitality. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new bike to go visit them!
Received a e-mail telling me about a sale going on, so I contacted Lou Morrical, a salesman there & was able to work out a great deal via e-mail. I had a bike to trade, & live 100 miles south of the dealership so this was very helpful. I saved $700 over another Honda dealer, so it was well worth the drive, plus Lou had the bike in stock. This is my second bike purchased at this dealership. Great people to do business with. Very smooth transaction. Give Lou a call, you wont be disappointed.
Awesome service and friendly staff and they matched a lower price wouldn’t buy from anyone else ask for Tracy in sales very knowledgeable and takes his time to explain everything Thanks!!!!
