Refreshingly helpful and knowledgeable. Great selection of vegan protein’s as well. Only complaint was they don’t offer vegan mass gainers.

Ive used the Vitamin Shoppe a few times when looking for something specific or uncommon to general department store supplements and vitamins. They have yet to let me down, always have what I need and usually at a fair price. The staff is knowledgeable and able to direct you to locations to fine your item and answer simple questions. Nice place.

Mostly I get great service but depends on who is working. I like that I collect points with my purchase, and than I get a coupon that I can use on my next purchase. Also they can look up my account by my phone number so I dont have to find my card. Thats a great plus for me!

You can find almost anything here, and if for some reason they dont have it just ask the super friendly staff, who are also very knowledgeable. Not only vitamins, you can find a selection of protein powders and various workout supplements, pre and post workout. They also carry meal substitutes which are loaded with nutrients, and even have plant-based options.

Staff was very helpful and very well informed about the products I was looking for. Showed me exactly what I was looking for and made some suggestions for other supplements. Great customer service experience.
