Staff is hit or miss honestly. But good deals and discounts. It truly is the only real smoke shop in brevard and I have had some truly amazing experiences with the staff. They are super knowledgeable and will find answers they do not know.

*Excellent Place & Service*First off let me start off by saying the place is very nice and clean everytime Ive entered there👌🏼.The young lady Jaylee is a awesome worker there. She is very sweet, always smiling and gives a great customer service and experience at this establishment🙂. She convinced me to get the Sippin Syrup Brand brownies and I must say I loved them. The brownies taste great and I have purchased some every time I came. She showed me alot of products that was available and even told me about the stickers on the wall 😁😁 and showing some of the cool ones that was there which made me get my Captain America lol. Definitely the best vape, smoke shop on that side and whatever they dont have Jaylee will try to get it there.. Will be back there again when I go to Florida for sure..🙂👌🏼😁

I’ve always had such a great experience here with the staff and the products. I’ve been a long time customer and have given this business well over $1,000. Unfortunately, today I just called them to ask a question about one of their products. The owner answered the phone.. I was asking about pricing and quantity of one of the products and in the middle of our conversation, not much of a conversation I guess, the owner quite rudely cut me off and said “I have customers in here and I’m going to help them right now but you can come in and see if you want”. The tone he used was very agitated and irritable, like I was bothering him because he had to do his job. He could have said hold on I have to help these customers who were here first, and put the phone down for a couple of minutes which I would have totally understood... but to hang up on a long time customer who has given this business a lot of money and time... Not even just a long time customer, a customer in general who has a question about the products !!! I will not me contributing my business to this establishment anymore. Very unprofessional and upsetting.

For all those who had a bad experience need to go back and see Jaylee! She’s the only reason I return. This store has everything you can think of. With amazing selection on glass, Kratom, vape, cbd, And D8. I was blown away by the amount of things that were in this store. It’s rare you find a shop that has a selection like this one. But the real thing that makes this store truly shine is Jaylee. For the most part the employees are somewhat knowledgeable, but whenever I have a more difficult question the other employees always call for her. She takes her time in explaining the products. And she makes sure that you get exactly what you need every time. I find that every time I see jaylee there I leave with more knowledge than when I showed up and in a better mood. She really cares for her customers and you can tell she loves this store. And she really takes care of her regulars. She remembers you by name, and what you get. And whenever I need a little time to vent she’s always there to listen and to give advice. I went in after I hurt my back. I was having a horrible day and I will admit I was in an extremely bad mood and I was being very difficult. She was very patient with me and she even talked with me for awhile and really helped me. As someone who’s a disabled veteran with a lot of issues it nice to see someone have so much compassion for a complete stranger. The store is great. Jaylee is AMAZING. And when you can’t make up your mind ALWAYS go with her suggestions. She doesn’t try to push things to make the bigger sale. She tries to push things that will truly help you and what you truly need. And the they offer a military discount! Please don’t just base your experience here off of the older gentleman who I assume owns the store. He lacks in customer service skills and sales. But Jaylee truly makes up for that. As long as she’s there I’ll be returning.

This morning was my first time here and I can say I will continue coming back. Customer Service was excellent. I came in looking for a special gift for my daughter and the gentlemen working offered to assist me by displaying the items better so I could make the best choice for her gift. When I was done shopping for her gift, I took the opportunity to explain that I am trying to quit smoking but I am unsure of the vape device I was given. At that time he extended an offer for me to come back in with it and maybe he could help get it going for me or advise on products they had in the store to help.Finally @ Check-out he informed me of a way to collect points that add up to savings for future visits. All-in-all, top-notch customer service in a simple neighborly way! Thank you, I will be back in soon. :-)

Great customer service and a friendly attitude

Pushy staff and all their products are either completely defective or dont last long after purchase.Multiple vapes purchased, lost count of how many different coil types at this point, each whole contradicts the prior, etc.But they got your money first, right?

Awesome shop to stop into, I went in wanting to get a new piece and the employees there were very helpful with me choosing what’s best for my needs, I even picked out a very pricey item and they show me one that they thought would work better for me that also was not as expensive, that is a rare trait in the sales world for someone to talk doe a sale to fit your needs and I tell you what it’s the best way to do it because I left that shop happy to the fullest! I will have to come back because I broke my glass banger as soon as I got home 😂 they will have me a customer from no on and I’m clumsy so they will see me often 😝

Every time I go in here its terrible. Employees dont actually listen to what you want. They push the products they like the most. Regardless of what the cost to the customer is or how many times you say no. They push too much.

I have found my favorite vape place in town! They actually have cotton candy vape and BANG (like energy drink) but vape. I just got gummy bear 2000 hits $15 after tax! Their intelligent about products, and also have other things too like incense, etc.. Love this place!

Very cool shop and super friendly staff. Theyve got a pretty decent selection of imported and American-made hand-pipes and a huge selection of water-pipes and accessories.

The staff is generally nice, however I was sold a fake product at a real-product price. Be wary when purchasing items that are known for being counterfeited. If anything, open them in store. Even received an extremely old product on our first visit not long after they opened.

Excellent array of quality items at a reasonable price sold by kind, knowledgeable staff. Lots of loyalty rewards, giveaways and discounts. I highly recommend coming in!

Edit/update. Ive been back to Melbourne several times since my first review. Bohemian lair is always my first stop when Im in town. Ron is a super cool guy. I appreciate you guys, keep it up!Im visiting from out of town and I wanted to pick up some kratom. This place had good reviews and was conveniently located. The gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and he was very knowledgeable about the products. He gave me a great deal and even offered me a full dose for free to try it out. Theyve clearly earned all those positive reviews. Ill definitely be back the next time I visit. Thanks!

I was driving past and had to turn around to get a peek inside when I walked in I was greated with a warm welcome and was blown away at the selection that they had to offer I was pleasantly surprised to see they had an extensive display of hand blown glass by known artists as well as the other cleaners and accessories I had seen online but not actually in other stores! Id highly recommend bohemian lair to anyone looking for vapes, cbd, and glassware
