I’m a glutton for punishment…. High hopes when I walk in… upset by the time I walk out. I’m a very understanding person when it comes to employment in the US workforce. But this deli… is beyond a joke. Waiting for over five minutes for assistance as 2 people are in the deli working… never acknowledging a customer. Then when asking for help the employee days or that person doesn’t come in until 10a. It’s 9a, I didn’t realize the deli was closed even though the store has been opened for a few hours…. This experience is typical and is why I do my best to go to Publix deli.

Clean and organized. Great fresh cut fruit options, would like a few more pre-made salad options. Easy choices when staying at a hotel and need breakfast / snacks.

Great supermarket with a super friendly staff. Extremely well kept, very clean, and well organized. Very large store, it had formally been an Albertsons so it has plenty of interior space. Nice wide aisles. Nice departments. Attractive displays throughout the store. I highly recommend a visit to this location...

They recently completed a renovation of this location and it looks excellent! Other than the looks I’m still very skeptical of shopping here due to how many products (dairy products) I have come home with only to find out that they have been expired for well over several months and still sitting on their shelves.

We are from out of town and stopped for produce. It was perfect. Wish we lived closer. The store was spotless and the produce was VERY fresh!

Live the new store layout so much easier to get around. I think we will be shopping here more compared to the other grocery store chain Beachside. The prices are much better for the same items and they seem to keep everything in stock. Just wish they carried our favorite cheese that they used to.

They charged my wife $11 dollars a can for grizzly long cut wintergreen. That’s over $4 a can more than anywhere else in bereaved. I’ve never paid that much for dip in my life. I called to verify and they said yes that is what they charge. Sounds petty, but that is a crazy markup compared to everywhere else.

Went to the grand opening this morning. Was a nice looking store. Fresh, clean & the shelves were fully stocked with anything & everything. Everyone was very chirpy & dressed well.

Visited twice while on vacation in Florida. Store was exceptional clean, stocked and employees were helpful and friendly. Store has all of your grocery needs while staying in a local house or condo.

Honestly its pretty gross inside. Somehow Winn-Dixie gets remodeled every few years, but each time it only makes the place look 10 years older. I actually worked at this location as a teenager, and it was a much happier, more colorful, cleaner place back then. Now its just so sad. I dont blame the people that work there, its the leadership that doesnt know what theyre doing. Prices are all tied to a stupid card so they can track your habits and serve you ads, etc.

The gentleman at the Deli counter clearly does NOT want to be there. Very unpleasant and had an attitude when I asked him for 1/2 pound of ham. I still needed a 1/2 pound of salami too but opted not to order it because his demeanor was worsening.Other than this one employee, all the others always greet you with a smile and a hello. I do love shopping at Winn-Dixie the new set up and the isles are easier to maneuver.

Store is clean....selection on fresh fruit and veggies cannot compare to Publix. ...however, there is a cool cheese tasting and wine tasting counter....it was closed, Im sure, due to Covid....look forward to that reopening. I used the Winn Dixie app and saved approx. $27.00 with online coupons which is great for those of us who refuse to cut out coupons.

No adherence to COVID policies. Too many people without masks in the store with zero enforcement in spite of many signs as you enter saying masks are required to shop. Definitely will not shop here again!

Its really nice since they redid the entire store and parking lot liquor store included. Of course everybody gets frustrated when they move things around after a remodel especially if youre a regular shopper but the place looks fantastic in the service is pretty good.

I absolutely love Winn Dixie. I shop their for customers as a Shipt shopper and they are imo very traditional and nostalgic. I like their products, promotions and prices. Staff is extremely helpful and courteous and the store is laid out in a manner where I can complete my customers shops in an efficient and timely manner. I just wish I had one close enough to me, so I could shop there for myself.

Could be a great little park if the city took some pride in it. Very dirty and has a number of homeless living there, but the view is pleasing.

Im not giving you any stars thats how bad it was there. We visited all departments and everyone was rude. Two people were nice, one went out of his way to be extremely polite and helpful, but the rest of the workers were awful. They acted like it was a hassle to do there job. We were spoken to very rudely and all for nothing. We spent over 250 dollars there, you would think that they should show politeness to their customers. We will never be back and neither will are friends and family. Good luck to that very polite young man in theseafood department. Horrible experience

Cashier was very pleasant and had a welcoming vibe! It’s amazing how one employee can make or break your shopping experience. A+ for this stores selection in hiring.

Another shocker. This Winn Dixie is the cleanest well stocked. And well they are the beef people and have every right to boast about their Quality AND Price$$ They make a pretty good effort to acknowledge you and helpful.

Larger than other Winn-Dixies Ive visited. Most staff is friendly and helpful. Their frozen seafood is great. I always stock up when its on sale.

People were observing the Safe distance rule on all the aisles. There was only one thing I couldnt find and I got an employee to help me find that . All in all it was very pleasant. Even the customers offered to help

To many homless people on premises, do not feel safe in parking lot.

Very clean, but pricey. Walmart larger quantities and comparatively lower prices for the same items. Walmarts self check out more advanced and improved user interface.

Great sales, decent prices and liquor

The Winn-dixie butcher, a pretty big and friendly guy, led us to a special offering of a whole beef loin. He was quite informative and we bought the loin.It was fabulous. Carefully cutting tendons and other connective tissue, the rest yielded tender and delicious cuts. Thanks Winn-Dixie.

I have always loved Winn Dixie. Great place to get good deals on BOGO coupons. However, there was one day that I completely jammed my toe on the shopping cart ... and the gentleman in the produce section did not care when I told him and preceded to cut me off when I mentioned it.Meat selection has always been pretty good and the prices are great.

Rediculous getting in and out of the parking lot. On average more expensive than publix. The deals on shelves are obviously not good if you just do simple math. Its actually worth the two minutes drive down to publix to get better prices. Of course,were there a walmart market on beach side that would be a moot point

Wonderful selections. Fair prices. I really like their butcher counter. Able to get some good cuts of steak or filets of fish for good prices. This grocery store is a little further south for us than the other major grocery store in the area but we do most of our shopping here because we like this store so much.
