Absolutely blown away by what they pulled off in my back yard! The salesman that came to my house was so friendly and patient with me. He showed me many samples, pictures, brochures. I enjoyed his company and honest feedback. He even called to check in with me after the fence was installed to see how I liked it. I had the fence put in not long after deciding to go with them, just in time for my sons birthday! I was given so many compliments on it from friends and family. Professional job all the way!! Grant and a Kevin did a great job on my new gates and hardware. The installation looks beautiful and is very sturdy. They cleaned up after themselves and were very respectful of the property. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Installed a 4’ vinyl fence for over $5000 to keep my dogs in the yard. The vinyl panels were cut so short my 7 month old lab could tap the pickets and pop them out and walk outside the fence. They came out and tried to fix it and the crew was actually laughing about how it would not help. The next day I called them and it’s been 3 + weeks and I have no response? I will take them to court and please stay away!Update 05/03/21: they called about 6 weeks later and said they would fix it properly this time. The 2 guys that came out thought it was just 1 - 8 foot section of fence to be fixed. When I explained it’s all the fence he laughed and said they didn’t have enough supplies and I would get a call. They never called back or showed been weeks since then.

Although it took 9 weeks, the job was well done with meticulous attention to detail. Very professional job !

These guys are knocking it out of the park as far as I am concerned. The crew showed up today early to begin. It was a 3 digit heat index at mid morning, super humid. This did not rattle them. I made sure to keep the well hydrated with Bai Water and Gatorade Zero all day. They were so appreciative. As much as my husband and I appreciate their hard work. In early afternoon another gentleman from the company stopped by the work sight to make sure all was well. Asked if I had any questions or concerns at anytime. Thank you!

Cut my gas line when installing my fence. The installer apologized and assured me they would pay to have it repaired. Installer called the office and they also assured me they would make it right. After speaking with the owner he told me “that’s not my problem”. Apparently there is some language in the contract that says they can damage your property and aren’t responsible for repairing it. The staff was nice, but unfortunately the owner isn’t willing to take responsibility.

David and Daniel did a fantastic job on our fence! These guys are hard workers, as well as polite, and professional. David explained everything, answered all our questions, and then started to work, and continued to work hard all day in the 90 + degree temperature. We were very impressed with their workmanship, and the end result of the fence. I would recommend these guys to anyone in need of a fence installation. We had our Vinyl installed In June, 2015 and we have enjoyed it ever since. The fence provides the privacy we always wanted and needed. Having the new fence inspired us to beautify the whole back yard with a new vinyl 5 swing, planted many plants to attract butterflies, birds and all. We also installed walkways around the yard using step stones and gravel. These past three years have been a whole new life change for us. After completing my Due Diligence in checking out companies to install the fence surrounding my property, contact was made with Ben Borer with Superior Fence and Rail.During the course of our planning, had to stay within my budget but still get a fence that was great, the type of fence and the length of the fence changed several times. Ben was very patient and worked with me as changes were made multiple times.Once the final plan was in place a estimated date was set. Because wait time was a couple of months requested that if there was a cancelation to call me.While waiting for date decided to remove old fence myself and called Ben again. Both the management and Ben were willing to make the changes which reduced the amount of cost substantially.Out of the blue, Stephanie from main office called and there was a cancelation the next day and she wanted to know if I wanted the slot. Agreed immediately.The next afternoon, Reyan Innis and Jerome arrived somewhere between 1400 and 1500. Hot as blazes. It did not stop them or even slow them down. Both men worked hard and long, not leaving until sundown.Rey took great care in measuring distance, placing fence posts, making sure everything looked great and was where I thought it should be.There was communication between us.The next day both men showed up on time, finished the fence that afternoon.They also walked around and picked up all of their trash which is somewhat rare for some contractors.Before leaving Rey asked if it was up to my specifications and if there was any changes they needed to make.It looks terrific.Even the inspector thought it looked great.During the next several days, most of my neighbors commented on how great the fence looked.Superior Fence did a terrific job. Quality of work is outstanding.It changed the whole picture of my home.

Great Job! This company was excellent to work with. They installed a 6 board on board pine fence connected to 4 foot aluminum as well with a 45 degrees connection. I had a huge tree with large roots that concerned me. and I was so worried that the aluminum fence was not going to look straight across. They carried through! They did an outstanding job making the fence even and as straight as they could! Todd and the fence installation crew worked magic. I fully advise anyone to go with them. Very trustworthy and worth every penny!

Everyone that took care of us, from getting us the quote and measuring the backyard was amazing, respectful and knowledgeable. The whole fence was put in place by two gentlemen. Extremely respectful, they had obviously worked together because the synchronization was worthy of watching. They didn’t have to talk they just got everything done in the amount of time they said they would accomplish it. It was storming in 3 different occasions in the two days they were working. And still, they remove the old one and put the new one in just 2 days! When I need anything else again that is related to the fence it would be no one else but Superior Fence and Rail.

The Installation was fast and looks good They cleaned up so except for where the posts were put in the ground, you could not tell they had been there, except the fence looked nice.The gate was re-enforced so there would be no sag.The two men were courteous and very knowledgeable about what they were doing.They cleaned up the old fence material and hauled it away.Overall I am very, very satisfied with the work that was done, and would (and already have) recommend Superior.

The work was done earlier than expected and the two men that came out did a great job minimizing any gaps my dog might try to slip through even though my yard is not exactly flat. Superior did a great job on breaking down my old fence and installing the new fence. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that the original plan was not correct (it was my first time having a fence installed) and they missed installing my second gate so I had to reschedule to have that done. Overall I would use them again, I would just be more clear on the contract up front.

Ben was great with the quote! Stephanie did a great job answering our questions. The two guys that did the install did good work but had difficulty mounting a gate to the wall and to the seawall. This cost me a day and a half of my own time on a fence that cost 14k. The reason for the 2 rating is over $40 worth of finish parts and the labor to install them. Kevin refused to order the parts and finish after about two months of trying to get an answer out of him. He finally told me it was not in the list of parts I gave him. He/they are the experts, I have never installed a fence you would think they would know what is needed. Over $40, unreal.

Ben’s proposal was a fair price. John & Chris were excellent with the installation of a vinyl privacy fence with gate. With a corner lot in the subdivision entrance, it was critical that the fence be 100% level from end post to gate. Spot on! Two guys came out and put up vinyl fencing for my backyard. They needed to match an existing back fence that was in place. They did an excellent job!!! Even when they apparently had inadvertently received a couple wrong pieces to do the job, they made sure to do the job right and take the time even though it took longer to get the correct parts. Still all was done in one day! So happy and the price was the best among all the estimates I had received. Highly recommend!!!

Had an excellent experience with this company. I went through Home Depot to build my new vinyl fence and they chose Superior as the contractor. The whole process was seamless - from the sales rep Derek who came out to give us our estimate, to the installation team Ray and Rob who arrived on time and got the job done quickly and professionally.The whole process, from inquiry to completion took only two weeks, and the install (180 feet of new vinyl fence plus haul away of old wood fence) was done in less than eight hours. Ray and Rob did a great job on the install and everything looks fantastic. Assuming it passes inspection in the next week or two, I have nothing but positive things to say about this company.

These guys did a great job with our fence. We were having the yard fenced in after having an inground pool constructed. They came out before the pool building process was to start and gave a fair estimate. They agreed to start work as soon as the pool completed. Ben kept in touch during the pool building process and made sure we would get the ball rolling as to not hold up the final inspection on the pool. Once the pool completed, I called them up and they were here within a few days and completed the fence installation all within a days work. They were diligent about ensuring the fence was within the property line and it came out great. One of the gates were not closing/latching due to not having enough tension on the spring but they came out and resolved that shortly after I made them aware. Overall a great experience and the fence looks great.

Nico and John did a truly impressive job. It was an 8 tall fence, stretching over 240LF through a stretch of massive Pine trees. They were there every day early, kept a clean job-site the entire time, and even worked over the weekend to get my fence done in a timely manner. I appreciated how professional they were at all times, and willing to answer any questions I had. The most impressive aspect however was before they started putting up the horizontal boards, I expressed concerns about the final design, and the next morning, I had a representative from there company there, and he spent 30 minutes working through a design that truly met my expectations. We had an estimate done in February and the salesman was great. We felt that this company was the company to go with. Today, I called to see when we could get the fence installed. The total is a little over $4,000 for our installation. The woman who answered the phone was a complete turn off for us. She sounded less than thrilled to answer any of my questions and was not inclined to really help me.I am let down by this, and now we are thinking about using a different company because of how she treated us today. I know that everyone has their good and bad days but you really have to contain it and put things aside.ETA: Superior called and did apologize. We decided to still move forward and have them install our fence. They installed it quickly, and it turned out beautiful. We have enjoyed having the fence for the safety of our children and pets. Thank you so much!

The guys, Ray and Robert were very nice. Ray seemed to be the one in charge and was very polite and professional. They finished the job in the dark. They missed a few spray painted bolts, however, it was dark when they left. I tried to keep them happy with water and snacks.I am very pleased 😀Thank you,Jeanette Smith

Great job getting me in so that I can utilize the back yard with my dogs who were coming soon. Thanks to Michelle, Stephanie and the guys who did the great job.On another note, I need the gate adjusted, as you can not close it without lifting on the bottom of the gate. Simple fix Im sure.Thanks

The price was fair, the responsiveness and friendliness of the staff (especially Kevin Orlando) was great and the installers (Chris & Tommy) were careful, respectful and extremely efficient. Everything went amazingly well from the beginning of the process, getting the estimate, to the end, installation of the fence. Very professional and definitely experts in their field. One item I discovered after their departure was a broken sprinkler system pipe. But those things are to be expected.

Great experience with this company! They came out sooner than their estimated time, instead of 12-16 weeks my beautiful fence was up in 8 weeks. They were at my home by 8:00am and the project completed by 3:00pm just as it started to rain! Very impressed with the professionalism of this company and quality of work! Thanks for everything!
