Unprofessional. Obviously don’t care about losing customers. Took off of work and had an appointment for an on sight estimation. Got an email an hour before postponing it a week. Um. Excuse me? Thanks for reaching out and asking first. Called and the guy didn’t seem to care at all or have an explanation as to why it was canceled. Then stated they could do an over the phone estimate, even though last week they said they didn’t do those. I guess we’ll just do it ourselves, thanks for nothing.

We are so happy we went with Fence Outlet to complete our project. We have 3 large dogs and our new construction home did not have a fence. Appointments for estimates were 2-3 weeks out but with new house delays this actually worked out for us. They were able to get us an estimate right before closing. Andrew explained the process in great detail and answered all our questions via phone and email while we completed the paperwork. The installation team did an amazing job. Very professional and great communication. Installation was complete in 1.5 days. With wood pricing being outrageous right now, our only option for privacy was the pvc but it is very beautiful and sturdy. We are very happy with our purchase. Have already recommended others.

We are very happy with the salesman, however the office leaves something to be desired. I signed a contract and put down a deposit and waited and waited and when I didnt hear anything I called and only then found out that the permit was denied. They were still holding on to my deposit and when I asked for it to be refunded they said it would take 1 to 2 weeks! After 2 weeks I had to call again only to be told that it wasnt even requested until 5 days after my previous call. I still dont have it back yet, only the promise that it will be a couple of more days. What they should have done was notify me when the permit was denied and issued my refund then.

Scott the Operations Manager is a stand up guy. He communicates coming changes. I deal with Alex and Danielle locally. Their job seems to be a revolving door, but they have hung in there and do a great job for me and my business. The company as a whole needs to recognize their efforts. The company also need to recognize its consistent customers and do a better job at acommodating them.

This was my first time installing a fence. After finding most materials on back order from the big box stores I looked at my other options and found this place. They were super responsive and helpful from the beginning. The process was very easy. I sent a drawing with measurements of my plan and they calculated everything I needed. I ordered on a Thursday or Friday and everything was delivered on Monday. I had lots of questions and they gave me quick and thorough responses. I have followed their instructions and we’re almost done with the project. I will send anyone I know to them.

I broke the gate on my fence and needed parts to repair it. They were very friendly and helpful, had exactly what I needed at a reasonable price.

I blew a few holes in my neighbors fence by accident with my pellet gun. They had the pickets Cheep! I thought $5 each was great! Matched perfectly and only cost me $20 to fix his fence (yes I told him right away). Good customer service too. AND, the installed our fence a few months later. Were happy!

He knew his product and answered all of my questions immediately.The installers arrived and installed my fence all in one long day. My only minor issue was one of the installers could not speak English so all communications had to go through one guy, but everything was done just the way I expected and wanted after a few changes were discussed that were not quite clear on their paperwork.We love our fence and we’re glad we had The Fence Outlet install it for us.

This was a great experience and I am very pleased with the finished product. I didnt take the option of getting the solar post caps at the time, so went to the store and picked up 6. They were easy to do. Take the old caps off and replace with solar. It provides enough light to see what youre doing if you should need to put something out after dark. I would and have recommended Fence Outlet to several neighbors.

Received quote. Paid for my permit. Contacted them on the status of my permit. It had not been submitted because the salesman forgot to turn my survey into the office. I promptly emailed my survey. Again, I waited, heard nothing, sent 2 emails, no response. Called the office, after a long hold, was told my permit was denied, because of faulty measurements. I was told I would be contacted the same day, to arrange for measurements to be redone. No one contacted me. I went with another company for a far better quote. Their permit was approved in 2 days. Terrible customer service. I also lost the $150 that Fence Outlet changed for the permit.

I am a DIYer. I go to Fence Outlet for all my fence supplies. They have everything I need at a great price and they are very accommodating! I can order online or over the phone and they will have my order ready for pickup by the time I get there. I dont shop anywhere else for fencing supplies.

Well I must say I was installing a vinyl fence and needed some extra parts to finish installation.. I called and they were very pleasant and knowledgeable on the phone and pricing for these items was in line .. They had the stiffener for the gate post and finish pieces for the slats on the fence in stock... They practice social distancing and had sanitizer on the desk also for customers.. Inside showroom had various styles of fence displayed with some accessories also...They even helped load up my truck ... I ended up going there on 2 separate occasions and left store felling grateful...

Quoted back in September and signed a purchase order with estimated time around 5-6 weeks. Called in late October and was told permit wasnt ordered and would need to resend survey. Called again after Thanksgiving and was told the ball was dropped again and to resubmit survey. Called again the third week of December and was told the purchase order was lost. At that point we backed out of the agreement and moved on. Very unprofessional and unresponsive unless you tried multiple days and emails. Surprised the GM would allow this type of bad business to go on with this company.

I would have liked more dirt filled in around the fence. Some gaps were left. I would have liked more follow up. Overall it is good and I like my privacy fence.

The company came on time on the day they scheduled the work for and got the work done when they said it would get done (in one day). The fence they installed looks OK, but their compressor broke down before they even started the job so I let them use the one I have in my garage so they could proceed with their work. One thing I would suggest is that you mention you dont want the extra dirt they dug out of the ground spread all over the top of your grass. This left a big mess in my yard. I learned later on that they will remove the extra dirt from your property if you notify the installers before they start digging the holes.

This will be my second fence purchase with Fence Outlet. My first fence survived through two hurricanes, and is still standing on my previous home. Now on my new home, I just met with Kevin Carnes who was extremely friendly and professional and got me a good deal, so I am so far very happy and would recommend!

Fence outlet did a very good job at installing our fence. Minus our yard being a little messy after but thats to be expected as they have to dig into the ground. A few rain storms to wash away the mud and were pretty satisfied.

First off, we are happy with our fence install. The installers did a great job. BUT the teams infrastructure appears to be having difficulties keeping up. We had difficulties confirming our install date. Repeated calls to the scheduling number went unanswered. Finally, a voicemail to the store manager resulted in a call-back but/and had to call the billing department late on a Friday in order to confirm our install on a Monday.

Would recommend fence outlet to anyone! Not only is the install very quick but they do all the legwork. We received our estimate and had all the necessary documentation to submit to our HOA in the same day. Once we received HOA approval, they handled the City of West Melbourne and within a week we’re installing our fence! Super easy process and great customer service!

Installed aluminum fence with them spent $9k 3month ago wanted to add another 70 feet they wanted to charge me more than double because the job is too small ($2400) they don’t care about repeat customer. I am going with Mossy Oak have much better prices and quality

Fence itself is about the only thing that is good with this company but you can get a good fence from a lot of companies! Customer service on the other hand is horrible and I will NEVER recommend Fence Outlet to anyone! I had to leave a star rating but they dont even deserve 1 star!Jan 18th, 2020 - my husband and I met with their sales rep and were so excited to get the fence rolling as we have young kids and a dog that we wanted to let play in the yard without worry of them running into the street. So we signed the contract and gave them a check for our permit to be pulled, we were told it may take 2-3 weeks for the permit which was ok.... Jan 23rd we signed a revised contract as we had some issues with the location of our drain field so had to make some changes... all ok so far! Feb 3rd I called Fence outlet to check on the status of permit and they said they were still waiting on the building department…. I called the building department to find out that Fence Outlet never even applied for our permit yet ?! So of course, I called Fence Outlet back and they said the girl in office would go submit the permit that afternoon or the next day…. Feb 4 Fence Outlet finally took our permit to the building department to get submitted and now we would have to wait about 2 weeks for them to get permit…..Feb 19th I emailed Fence outlet about status of permit and install date… no reply backFeb 21st we were told that our gate was a special order and they were waiting on it to arrive before they could give us a install dateMarch 5th we called again for an update and then they proceeded to tell us that they are now waiting on our fence posts as they too haven’t arrived…..FINALLY, on March 12th they came out to install our fence and then finished the install of 16’ gates on March 13th…. We called right after getting home to let the manager know we were not happy with the install of the back of the fence as there was a HUGE gap from fence to gate and the fence was not level at all like it was supposed to be on contract….. waited about 3 weeks for them to finally come out to fix this! At this point we thought everything was fine…. BOY WE WERE WRONG!April 21st I looked up our permit and seen that it never passed final inspection so I emailed our contact about it and never got a reply, my husband got a call a week later saying they had a problem with the back of our fence as it was supposed to be 10’ off our property line and it was on our property line so the building department wouldn’t pass it… (It clearly says on the permit that fence has to be 10’ off property line, so Fence outlet failed to follow directions by building codes)My husband called building department and was able to get them to approve the back fence staying on our property line as long as we agreed to it having to be moved if they ever had to access the drainage pipe that ran through the back of our property so my husband saved Fence Outlets butt on that expensive because it would of costed them money to move our fence 10’…. Another week goes by and Fence Outlet calls my husband with another problem…. The building department will not approve the side of our fence as we are on a corner lot and the side fence must be 20’ off our property and it is 16 from property lineSo we went over what we wanted with Fence Outlet and have now waited another 4 weeks with NOTHING from them! June 25th, they finally called my husband with options.We came to an agreement on July 13th they sent us a new contract to move the fence and are only charging us cost for the material. We signed the new contract and paid them that very same day….. Today is October 19th and we ARE STILL WAITING!!!! We have called 5 times since signing the new contract and every time it’s another excuse as to why our fence is still not fixed!This is the short version because Google only allowed so many words

When the first shipment came with the wrong length rails, the local team made me the proper rails within two hours so that my project could stay on schedule. Jennifer provided excellent customer service to me when I was looking for fencing materials to enclose an air conditioner and sprinkler pump to shield it from view. She helped me draw a diagram and estimate the amount of fence I would need. Once we determined that, then two different estimates were loaded into the computer system and all the materials were itemized and final total was given. So I knew exactly what was needed and how much it would cost. This company seems to have it together and is customer service oriented. I recommend them for fencing.

After hurricane Mathew in 2016 it gave us an opportunity to drive around and see whose fences were still up. We chose Fence Outlet!!! Irma blasted through the entire state of Florida (9/2017). Our fence remained in tact!! (We did add the metal beam through the top piece to help keep it from sagging). The only thing we list were the gates. Its because we didnt secure the bottom of the gate well enough and he hurricane force winds caused if to snap. We took the pieces to The Fence Outlet and they rebuilt them for us. We picked them up the same day we dropped them off! Thank you Fence Outlet for a job well done!!! Appreciate you!

We replaced a small section of fence with a gate for my in-laws and Fence Outlet was great. Prices were reasonable and the staff very friendly. We had a problem with getting the gate to open properly and the Manager Scott came out to take a look and give suggestions as to how to stabilize the gate post. We implemented the suggestions and it still wasnt quite right. Scott then sent one of his installers out (Steven) to fix the issue. They went above and beyond to assist with this DIY project. We are very pleased with our experience at Fence Outlet.

I was able to get what I wanted in the plans and am happy about the gate placements and sizes...plus I can pad lock them on the inside. Michael was a great listener and communicator. Awesome store for the DIYers. A contracted fence company wanted $4000 for a black aluminum-extrusion fence running down our left and right property lines. We have remodeled our house ourselves and were able to buy the list of materials for $1000 and save $3000 by doing the labor ourselves. They have tons of panels/items in stock, are super helpful, and very easy to either buy what you want quickly, or kindly take time to build a Bill of Materials for your project. I will never go to the big hardware stores again for fence supplies, wooden, metal, or vinyl.

Quick fence installation, but be sure to get all quotes itemized and double check everything.I got a total of 4 estimates from Fence Outlet Online from the same estimator. Every time I did, the pricing was wildly different. This was true for my neighbor as well.I finally opted to do just gates to connect to my neighbors and the price was almost as much as doing 100 feet of fence. I asked for itemized breakdown after I signed the contract and noticed the company charges a $450 trip fee for making an trip for small jobs under 100 feet of fence. My gate was installed at same time as neighbors fence that I was connecting to. We went round and round on trying to waive the fee and in the end they did not. The trip fee was 50% of the total cost of getting the single gate installed. They also have been non-responsive on addressing issues with the height of my fence installed above the ground. I have a dog that digs and they left the fence 6 high where my gate is, even though I asked specifically to make sure fence is installed flush to ground.A black mark on an otherwise good experience, which sours my opinion on the company. Im not sure I would recommend them or use them again.Be sure you double check everything and get your costs itemized before you sign anything. That is my advice to anyone who thinks about using this company.

Do not use this company. The salesman came out all he could talk about was bashing other companies he told us that we were going to get top quality installation by there in In house employees but when they came to install the job it was a totally different story the crew who showed up they were subcontractors and they did not speak English and they were from out of town Orlando I think every time they had a question we cannot get around the language barrier . My suggestion for this company is for them to be upfront and honest .
