I gave it a four star here’s why:I love the flavors and toppings, very nice. Clean place, nice bathrooms, friendly staff, I like that you can sit outside.It’s just not really cozy to sit inside, seems uncomfortable And it’s just a little tiny bit too pricey when you go with a bunch of kids. But otherwise nice.

We moved to satellite beach early November of 2020! We always do family treat night and were looking for our new spot!! Chilly Spoons was our first and last spot! The family who owns it are the sweetest! So very helpful and always smiling!! The upgrades they have done just since we have been here to improve not only the looks but functionality of the store is spot on!!! From the picnic tables and corn hole to Jenga and new flavors all the time!! There isnt a better family owned froyo spot around here!! Go check them out I promise you wont leave unhappy!!!

Walked into the store tonight to get my son some ice cream. When I was done preparing the ice cream and ready to pay, the cashier was having a very long in depth conversation with two customers. She kept talking and talking and not even acknowledging that I was standing there. It got so bad that I noticed my ice cream was melting and she just continued engaging in conversation. I had to interrupt and say “excuse me, but I’d like to pay before my ice cream melts entirely”. It wasn’t until then she was like “oh I’m sorry”.So completely disappointing. This goes beyond customer service, this was just lack of common decency. Never again!

Very yummy, I enjoy the the toppings especially the fruit. Got reusable bowls for a 5$ fill up on future visits. Sanitation is a concern with this. But the staff immediately wipe up and clean after store guests are gone.

I highly recommend the cookie cake flavor. If you get the small cup dont forget to leave room for all the toppings!

The best froyo place Ive ever been to! I love how they charge by the size of the cup you choose and not by weight. They also have a loyalty program (buy 10 and your next one is free) There are toppings for everyone whether you prefer candy and syrups or fruit! They also have cereals, nuts, brownie and cookie dough bites and more. Ive been here multiple times and each visit I see a new flavor, they rotate them often which is great! This is a wonderful place to take children, as there is always a couple games on top of the long picnic table inside for them to play with. If all that isnt enough, the customer service is also awesome(: The space is small but there is usually seating inside, as most people get their froyo and go(: If you havent tried this yummy dessert spot I highly recommend it!

Honestly the worst tasting frozen yogurt 😩! It tasted sour or expired. Even the toppings were sick. The quality is not good at all which is probably why they are able to afford pricing by the cup vs. by weight like everyone else. Will not revisit. Do not recommend..

They also modified their payment system from charging per ounce to offering a flat fee based on cup size. The employees are all exceptionally pleasant every time we visit! Highly recommend!

I just visited Chilly Spoon’a and the new owners are awesome. The ice cream is delicious and the topping are just what you could hope for. Besides they’re working on reducing their waste and have options like getting a reusable cup that you can bring in and get a huge ice cream for a great price.

I asked my son for his 5th bday yesterday where did he wanted to go to grab a treat? He said the place that the Grinch was at! So we headed to Chilly Spoons! At Christmas they had pictures with the Grinch which was so amazing! My kids 4.5 and 3 at the time still talk about they didnt even see santa, they wanted to see the Grinch. So fingers crossed hes back this year and well be back several times to see him!Everyone is so friendly. The owner definitely goes above and beyond for his customers. Interacted with my kids was very patient! We love it here. And of course the frozen yogurt is super yummy with so many topping to pick from!

Stopped in last week with my husband as we are traveling from Wisconsin to visit family for the holidays. Best spot that we have hit so far! Frozen yogurt flavors were all so yummy that it was hard to choose. To top that, so so many toppings! Well maintained and cared for small shop. Our favorite part though was the young lady working there. Lovely personality and made the experience fun. We talked with her for over 20 minutes and she seems as if she genuinely enjoys working there, which is always nice to see. Very professional, yet personable and funny. MUST TRY! Only unfortunate part is that there is not a Chilly Spoons back home. Will stop in every time in Florida.

I had went there today Saturday night I had a no sugar added chocolate Yogen when the world a small one and my daughter had a large mint shaved coconut came out to be $15.00 kind of expensive but it was very good 🍨🍧

What a delightful experience. The place is clean and well maintained. The host is friendly and very helpful. The Irish mint was decadent. All the flavors and toppings were amazing. I like that the area were the toppings are located is well kept. We will come back for more.

The lady who assisted us was extremely nice and seemed happy that we stopped by the store. The toppings and syrups were fresh. We also enjoyed the flavors of sorbet, yogurt, and ice cream available.

Its your typical frozen yogurt establishment, but they also have softserve ice-cream (vanilla and chocolate) in addition to all the yogurt flavors. They provide an abundance of topping ingredients from fruit chunks to brownie bits to hot fudge sauce and Reeses pieces! The establishment was clean and everyone was friendly.

Chilly Spoons is always a hearty place to go for frozen yogurt! The blue decor and lamps make it a fun and great atmosphere. The staff and owner are always super friendly. Theres a ton of toppings and fresh fruit to choose from and everything is always clean. The kids room or party room always had a Disney movie playing and theres a chalkboard to write and draw on. Love this place!!

We love our Chilly Spoons!! We eat here at least three times a month. The yogurt is fresh and delicious. The flavors are tasty... Irish mint? YES please! There are a large array of fruit and other topping choices... And the bottled water is inexpensive too! The staff is always friendly and welcoming. They also have a party room for kids :-) You will not be disappointed!

Fun and delicious. Staff here are really nice. (The trick is to load up on whip cream because it doesnt weigh much 😉) Also make sure you try the popping bobas with your yogurt. It creates an interesting flavor combination.

Chilly Spoons is a nice local soft serve ice cream joint. It had a good crowd tonight. They are a little pricey but have a lot of selection for soft serve and you can customize the toppings. It goes by weight. Occasionally they offer deals so sign up for text coupons. I have also seen them on groupon too. They also offer third party delivery such as uber eats and bite squad. They are a big supporter for community events. Especially the Fun runs and 5Ks.

Dont know if he was the owner or not but a bald middle-aged gentleman decided to be aggressive with me because he thought I was taking pictures of his store when I was simply on my phone while my girlfriend was deciding if she wanted anything. When I left (I tried two of his flavors and it didnt taste right) he followed me and my girlfriend out to my car, became hostile, and refused to listen to my story saying Im not allowed to take pictures. I understand if I was some teen who was rowdy and taking advantage of free samples but being 25 there is no reason for another adult to get in my face the way he did.Edit: I wrote the review in the same tone as if it was that same day, so Im 26 now. My memory is solid. I didnt feel like writing one but since I moved to Melbourne a month ago I decided I should. My review wont get taken down but nice try.

Such a lovely little gem of place in the middle of Melbourne. The owners are real sweethearts and the flavor selection is great and they have a couple of new flavors every time we go...they even have sugar free frozen yogurt and fresh fruit toppings for those of us watching our waistlines!The kids love it too as they get to choose their own toppings and mix and match flavors. There is even a little meeting room if you want to have a birthday party or just meet up with friends.

And the most important or should I say significant thing to make any FroYo great is the toppings. And their selection is great. My favorite was the Swiss Rolls.

Great place for people of all ages to go. I will say that at one of my visits I got the cake batter yogurt, and it tasted of spoiled milk. Management needs to pay close attention to the expiration date of the ingredients going into their machines. This was a one-time experience but always leaves me reluctant to return. That aside, plenty of flavors and toppings to choose from, and a nice whimsical atmosphere.
