Great customer service from office staff and installers. Great communication of job progress. Work was completed in less time than estimated. I would definitely recommend.

They allowed my ex girlfriend to sign contract in my name, which I wouldnt of cared that much, but I would assume seeing she signed it the contract should of been in her name. Well seeing as I wasnt there to supervise them, they damaged the house, and installed the wrong system, after weeks they never came back in fixed it. Violated their own contract, and charged for a system that never worked, it was linked with 2 wireless sensors that were taken off. I tried and tried to get them to come back and fix the system. Then I gave them notice via registered mail immediately that their contract was not signed by me, that they damaged my house, and did not install the specified system, along with a notice to terminate it or remedy the situation. Got an email 9 months later demanding payment for the next years monitoring service. They continued to bill for system that wasnt working. Fast forward 8 years later they want to send the account to collections, demanding $1200 for a system that never worked on a contract not signed by me.

After shopping around with several companies I decided to move forward with ATP. I appreciated the time they took advising me on my different security options and different pricing structures. The installation was seamless and their customer service is excellent. Highly recommended.

The Fire inspector came by my office on a Thursday, we were told to get our fire extinguishers inspected. I called ATP Fire and spoke with one of their technicians. The next morning we had our updated extinguishers and i was able to call the inspector back and tell him ATP took care of it. Super easy to deal with, friendly, and fast service!!!!!!!

Approached our business acting like they were the fire inspector with the city and told us that our extinguisher was not up to date and needed to be replaced. I went out and bought the right extinguisher and had them come back and then they sent me a bill and the whole time I thought they were the cities fire inspector. The whole time they were just trying to sell us an alarm system!

Ricardo is one of the major reasons this place is still going. Yes, I fully agree, it is impossible to get quotes, call backs, info on the job or any customer service. HOWEVER, Ricardo is the tech and lead pipe layer, and he is very good. We have used this company 4 times and we will only use them if Ricardo is bidding, measuring, completing AND cleaning up after the job. This kid they have is world class.

I settled on ATP after speaking with multiple companies. They walked me through various options that fit within my budget, detailing the pros and cons of each. I remain extremely impressed (two years later) with their responsiveness and professionalism. ATP is the smart choice.

Do Not trust this company. They have harassed me numerous time over the last year and half for numerous PAID invoices. It has taken time and energy away from my business. Ive given them many chances to get it right. Unfortunately here we are again. I didnt own anything the 1st or second time and even after I have sent the paid invoices from my bank I am still being harassed and accused of not paying my bill. I have officially fired them.

I never knew any company to be as fast and prompt as they were. I called at 9 am to get info on my systems and see what options I had with it. By 1030 there as a lady at my home, she said this would be easy to fix, the tech was there the next day! All around my schedule as well. I got to use my older system, add a device to make it wireless and paid less than the other 4 quotes.

This company has been taking really great care of our security needs for a long time. The customer service is fabulous and they have always been right there for anything we needed. They come highly recommended in the community!

Horrible horrible customer service! We hired this Company for our home protection and for our business .... The sensors they installed had to be changed so many times I cant even to tell you the number . When they installed the sensors at my home they actually screwed my Windows closed . They never came to resolve and only offered to make good when we decided to cancel service . We gave them an extremely high number of referrals at the beginning which gave them a huge amount of business and after they got the business they were horrible . I called the main office on how to cancel the contract and was told to write a letter with all the details . We did this and were told the service has been canceled and two years later they hired a collection agency to collect funds ....AND we paid for the equipment! Most companies dont even charge you for the equipment ! I would like to say that the people that work in the office tried to be helpful but the manager or owner was horrible .... he definitely does not know how to do business properly . I have never left a negative review for anyone or any business but this is the worst experience I have ever had .

After calling 4 other larger alarm companies, i called the number on the box of the alarm i already had in the house. The other companies wanted to do everything over the phone. This company came to house, ended up reusing the old system and did not try to sell me thing i did not need. Great experience, I would recommend!

I shopped around for the best price, but I have found that service is also a big plus. ATP was not only prioced right, but was there when I called them and there when I needed them. I liked the fact that real people still answer the phone there. Our cameras at our place of business are a big deal and we had certain needs. They were quick, timely and our video quality is great. 5 Stars! :)

ATP has been a blessing for my family and I. I used to be with a competitor company, but then my alarm system broke and took the company two weeks to send someone out. I switched to ATP and when the alarm system failed they sent someone out in a matter of 24hours. I highly suggest ATP!!!!!!!!!!!!

I switched from a competitor saved a ton of money but more importantly i actually have more features now as they are a total home automation company. Now saving money on my electric bill by switching to thier smart thermostat! The company i use to be with if i needed service it would be at least a week for someone to come out. With ATP i have my reps phone number if i have a problem they come right out. Lastley i have actually made money by switching to ATP becuase of their amazing referral program.

I strongly recommend ATP Alarms to anyone looking for a professional, easy to use, alarm company. I worked with a salesman named Michael Eck and the experience could not have been better. Michael was very knowledgeable and responsive. My system was installed quickly and efficiently. We now feel much more secure in our home and use ATPs smartphone application to easily monitor our home from wherever we are.

Impossible to retain the client and have been with this company for the last 5 years and I find that it is myself that I have to sell myself the service trying to continue with them but they do not tell me anything I have my business and I want to give my house bad sales service and representation apparently you have to go with the bigger companies since the locals dont try to improve and motivate the customer they dont care
