Bryan is amazing at his craft. I called him with an issue regarding the sensor on my sliding doors. He came to the house same-day and solved my alarm issue very quickly, then discovered a few other issues with other door sensors and battery packs. Bryan is very knowledgeable, professional and affordable. I will be calling him again for any future alarm tune-ups and/or repairs.

I had Bryan install security cameras and recording device. He has always been available to help me out with any issues that have came up. I love the idea of using my smartphone to view my cameras when away from home. Ive had the system for about two years now and it helped convict a individual that wasnt smart enough to check for cameras. It makes me feel much more secure.

This company rocks. I called several alarm companies for quotes. I already have a system installed, I just wanted a quote to get it up and running and wanted to sign up for monthly monitoring. I was absolutely SHOCKED at how different and all over the BOARD these other companies were. They would start with one price and before you know it, the monthly cost of monitoring was 3 times what they told me. Then came Brian. He was to the point, explained exactly what we had, what we needed and did not disperse any sales rubbish. Did not try to upsell us at all. In fact, he told us that we didn’t NEED to do any monitoring and how to go about doing it ourselves. He spent more time than he quoted us and didn’t charge us anymore. Most recently, Brevard Alarm upgraded my home security system as well as a full multi-camera video surveillance system to the latest smart phone / internet accessible standards. I highly recommend Bryan and his team at Brevard Alarm. I initially hired him to repair and upgrade my existing alarm system that hadnt worked since I bought the house, and install some cameras. I thought I was going to have to at least replace the control unit for my alarm, and do a lot of repairs and upgrades. Bryan was very honest and explained to me that the control unit I had was still in current use, and that he could replace the face of it (it was old & yellow looking), reprogram it, and it would look brand new and work fine after he fixed everything else. He does a great job of explaining your options, making recommendations, and then letting you decide what you want (btw - I would go with Bryans recommendations - lol). No high pressure sales tactics like some of the big alarm companies. Bryan is more of a tech guy. All the cables and wiring Brevard Alarm ran were done in an impressive manner. I had them run a lot of cables (on top of the above, they ran 2 sets of speaker wires, two alarm sirens in different locations, and 3 ethernet connections). The holes made were barely big enough to get the cables through, and they finished off all the wall outlet locations with nice face plates and went around and vacuumed all the floors where they worked to pick up the dust from making the holes when they were done. This is a very professional company that does high quality work at a good price. I was very impressed with this company and the owner Bryan. I highly recommend this company for any alarm, camera, or cable / wiring needs. Great work at a good price, from very knowledgeable professionals.
