David and Tracy are some of the kindest people Ive met. They helped me print a booklet I needed for a graphic design class that was due the next day, and helped me through the process of printing. They were extremely understanding and patient, and David gave me some very valuable tips and information about the printing and design industry. Couldnt ask for better service. We ordered work order forms from these guys and they worked with us to edit to our liking. Pricing was right on point. But what made their service excellent was when I came into pay for the work order forms on a Friday, I accidentally left my credit card at in their shop. I thought I had lost it until I got a call on a Saturday from Rusty and Dave letting me know they had my credit card.I was having lunch with my family on beach side and Dave came all the way out to the restaurant and handed me back my credit card since I was leaving for a business trip that Monday. You sure as hell dont find service like this anymore. I couldnt happier that Dave took the time out of his day to make sure I had my credit card back.Dave, thanks for your first rate service! You definitely have all my future business.

This company is the perfect example of “you get what you pay for.” I probably could’ve ordered cheaper business cards online, but I’m glad I didn’t. I had originally had issues with getting my daughters invites on time. It was due printer problems they were experiencing. I gave a review accordingly and ended up getting the invites printed at Office Depot, but the quality was not the same. A Better Copy felt bad about my experience and went out of their way to get a gift and card for my daughter on her birthday. They even matched the gift to the theme of the invites. I have used A Better Copy for almost 20 years since joining an Antique Car Club - MG Car Club - Florida. They have always met the Clubs needs whether it be printing for a car show, business cards or promotional items. I always check with A Better Copy to see if they can do the job before going anywhere else - they have always been prompt and items have been professionally done each and every time. I would not use any other printing company in the Melbourne, FL area.

They provide quality products and services at a great rate and quick turnaround. I needed a 107 page screenplay printed up recently on short notice and hole punched and put in a nice binder with coversheet on front and inside the binder and they did precisely what I asked and they did it fast.
