As both a New Yorker and LA’er I was skeptical when my dad said there is a great bagel place near the house. I ordered my usual- everything bagel toasted, chives cream cheese, Liz, red onion, and tomato (aka The Classic on their menu). WOW is was yummy!!! Perfect ratio of all ingredients and the bagel was great too. The onion bagel is also great too. Will definitely go back this week.

I will not be ordering from this place. Tried it for the first time today via DoorDash, first and foremost I don’t know if they ran out of bagels and decided to use day old bagels or what but my bagel was not fresh. It was hard. Second I ordered “fresh” fruit and this is what I get. (Pictured below) if you don’t have “fresh” fruit just cancel that item from the order. Don’t give people fruit that looks like it’s been tossed around. I’m not sure if I ordered on a bad day or what, but never again. I know a good bagel spot when I see one and this ain’t it.

Customer service was nice. Do not waste your money or time on the bagels. Those bagels were 3 days old and didn’t have any flavor.

Tried B13 for the first time and enjoyed it very much! They have some really good bagels. I think they have some of the better bagels Ive tried recently. The quality of their bagels are really good, if not some of the best! . Ill be back for sure as Ive already been back at least 3 times since discovering them a week and a half ago!

Just left 15 minutes ago and the rude lady working with glasses needs to learn respect. She was rude to the new cashier that was helping customers. Having a bad day? Go home! Picking on your coworker makes me sick! And this is probably the worst blueberry bagel Ive ever had. Dried out so much i cant taste blueberry.

On top of the bagels being DELICIOUS and having a good variety of cream cheese flavors that are DEVINE, the atmosphere is awesome and that is because of the beautiful and delightful staff they have working there!!!

Renee is absolutely amazing. I was really difficult to work with and had to provide breakfast for 130 people. The date changed like 3 times (,not my fault) she never once got upset or inpatient. Truly a very hard working professional who goes beyond and above to make it happen. Always positive and happy. One day I will have my own business and I will hire her! 😎

Its a really great place with all kind of bagels (breakfast bagels and whatnot). The cashier was super friendly. I bit on the pricey side for a bagel. Stick with the breakfast bagels to get bang for your buck. The cream cheese is of high quality. I loved my blueberry bagel.

Usually love going here but this morning the lady in charge had a serious attitude problem. Very disappointing.

I decided to come in to the Melbourne location for breakfast before work one morning this past week. When you first come in the door you can see into the kitchen. I was going to order food, but I noticed the older lady cooking. She had her mask hanging on one ear and her hair wasnt in a hat... the grossest thing of all was I could see her crack eggs and touch bagels and completed sandwiches with NO GLOVES ON. I work in a restaurant myself and I was completely grossed out that I just left without getting anything. I wont be back anytime soon.

Moved to the area a few days ago and gave it a try via door dash... this will definitely be our go-to bagel shop here! There is such a wide variety of both bagels and cream cheese. I have never been able to find a bagel/cream cheese combo that my husband will eat.. he’s just not a fan.. but he LOVED the one I ordered him. They are definitely not stingy on the cream cheese either. I will definitely be ordering again and recommend it!

These bagels are amazing and this place is super affordable. I come with my son and get the bacon egg and cheese breakfast meal it comes with a side of hash browns and coffee and my son has a bagel for $10! Everyone is super friendly you cant beat this place!

I go to bagel 13 a few times a week and love it! Food and service is excellent. Theyalways make sure I have everything I need. All the employees are very friendly. I know Ill be leaving there with a smile if Christinas working she has the best customer service and always brightens my day!

Got the wrong bagel then asked them to make the one a ordered an all they did was take the egg off my bagel an put sausage on it instead of making me a whole new bagel, will never go back

They were out of our usual orange juice when we went there so they actually recommended a tangerine that was really really good!! Very nice and personable staff!

The bagels and meals are nice but DO NOT get their Frappes. This isnt mixed and tasted like burnt coffee!! I was really upset when I got this frappe because I always get the mocha frappe with an espresso shot. This one was just bad.

I ordered with door dash... my fresh fruit was a rotten orange!! Totally bruised up! For $3??!!! Never again

This bagel shop was 3 min from our hotel and an absolute pleasure to stop in at. Got the sausage, egg and cheese on a jalapeño cheddar bagel and it was delicious. The cold brew was also super great! Excellent service on top of all that.

This place is amazing. The atmosphere was so magnetic. The workers are eager to please. The food was fabulous and delicious. The coffee was better than any other coffee shop I have been in. I would rate this one thousand stars if it was possible. Please everyone give this place a try. You wont regret it.

Never been here before until today and bit into my wrap only to find a hair which clearly wasn’t mine...gross!!!

Order a breakfast dinner thru Doordash and a cinamon roll was missing. The bag was sealed and per the merchant all 3 items were inside de bag.I contacted the Doordash driver and he went back to the store to check on the missing item and per the driver they treat him rude and he end up paying for the cinamon roll. This Dasher brought me the missing item and asked me to contact Doirdash in the future for missing itemd on my orders.What ashame on Bagel 13.I rather irder from Eintein Bagels in the future.

A good place for good bagels. Its very busy as the store is located across the street from a high school, so the first few hours are very busy. Even so, the wait is never very long. The bagels are very tasty, and there are many varieties. My favorites are the onion and the pumpernickle. And the fixings are awesome! You think it, they can probably make it.

Went there for some lunch today and my food was really good. Had a BLT on Croissant and an egg bagel with plain spread. It was all tasty and most importantly the bacon was crispy. Prices are a little high for the sandwich size but everything was very fresh. Will go back.

So, you wanna talk about a roller coaster? Very excited to try a new bagel shop. This location is clean and the employees are charming, friendly and inviting. The manager, Renee runs the shop efficiently. I ordered a bagel and Lox. I got to my work to start eating the bagel and the lox had turned. At that point I would have left a one star review however, instead I called Renee and explained what happened. She personally delivered me a fresh one with fresh lox. That impressed me greatly. You cannot beat that customer service

First time eating there. I got a bagel with egg and bacon sandwich and a smash brown. He sandwich was fresh and tasty and very filling. The potato was very good too. I never had one prepared like that before but I will order one the next time I go.As far as the staff, the girls working that morning were very friendly and courteous and helpful making suggestions with their menu.One other detail, since it was early, it was very busy in there and they had a lot of customers, but the line moved quickly and the food was served hot!

Not coming back here. Was our first time visiting. Bagels were great. Iced coffee had no coffee in it barely was all milk was disappointed since I paid for a vanilla latte. Friend ordered hot caramel latte both drinks were weak and my friends hot latte tasted like coconut and was supposed to be a caramel latte. We were told they were out of hazelnut when we first ordered. Coffee was terrible for the price. Teenagers were yelling and goofing off instead of focusing on what they were supposed to be doing. As a result the wait was a bit too long. This place needs a good Manager

Tried to go here for a quick lunch. I wish the quality of staff matched the food.As I walked in the front door, the main and only cashier was standing right outside smoking a cigarette.I walked in, no one greeted me. And then I left because I’m not waiting for someone to finish their smoke so that I can even order.Really sad to see this place go downhill.

Staff is nice and food came out quickly. Bacon had lots of stringy fat and lox was off color and had a strong fish smell. I recommend rotating your lox stock more often.

Quiet Sunday breakfast, and weekday takeouts are how we use this place. Bagels are fresh. Cold brewed coffee is amazing. Many bagel flavors, vegetarian options, but our favorites are bacon, cheese on salt or other bagels. A place you can think. They will bring your order to your table if you sit at one.

I have been to this bagel restaurant about five times and got one really tasty bagel sandwich. I say one because the other four times Ive gone in there for lunch they are out of bagels. I didnt go in right before closing but around noon. For instance, I went in today at 12:05 and there were people leaving saying I cant believe a bagel place would be out of bagels. I quickly became part of the chorus. I am left to guess they must be in financial struggles or something.

I spent years in New Jersey (Soprano land) where a breakfast staple is Taylor Egg & Cheese on a bagel. I was so Happy when my daughter introduced me this place and I spotted the magic word Taylor on their menu board. Their version of one of my favorite sandwiches did not disappoint. I will be back many more times. Actually I have already been back. Oh. The bagles are good and fresh too.

Bagel 13 is one of the most dirty and nasty restaurants Ive visited or ate from they do not earned any stars poor customer service and dress code for this business was like dressing to a strip club cashier had no under garment it was disgusting and small kids in there. Also, whether there are 50 customers, or just two, the waiting time is always incredibly long. The flooring is the ugliest Ive ever seen. I believe its meant to have the industrial or distressed look. All it is ugly and dirty looking and unprofessional manager all she does is talk and talk and nothing regarding to business just about other people how the look or how they dress she needs to be replaced Ill never go back to bagel 13 and Im telling all my friends too.

Found out they had bialys so I wanted to try this place through delivery.. got phone call one bialy left-guess I couldnt have it. Asked for well done/crispy bacon- it was soggy and not at all well done. Eggs were requested to be over medium- they were completely under cooked as the whites were completely runny/gooey and sadly had to throw both sandwiches I ordered in trash.. water off money

First time visitor. This place is filthy. Every table had crumbs or spilled drink on them. Floors were littered with paper and food particles. Im the only one here so they cant be too busy. Orders are taken by the register girl who yelled from the back room. When she did finally come to the register, her attitude said she wasnt really into her job. She plopped the receipt and pen down on the counter and walked away. Who runs a business like this and expects repeat business?

Bagels good, watered down coffee. The way they market the cold brew is a dark brown strong coffee, as should be. Mine was so watered down it had a transparent look. I decided to trade out for a regular coffee. If the establishment is focusing on bagels, and coffee is not their thing, thats okay. But to charge 3.00 for an iced offee that tastes like water is not cool.

DO NOT ORDERI work at a brunch place myself and everyone’s been talking about this place.Having a Sunday off I decided to take advantage of Bite Squad and try them out.Ordering two meals for around $20Got the food and the driver told us we didn’t pay for meals so we didn’t get them.Called the store and THEY got it wrong. Also ordered ‘fresh fruit’ from them and they put a banana that is inedible from being so old and brown and mushy, working in food service I WILL NEVER KNOW WHY SOMEONE WOULD SERVE SOMEONE SOMETHING LIKE THISOnly thing right was the sandwiches THANK GOD and they’re not even all that great. So not worth all this trouble on my ONE morning off!Sucks I even have to give them the ONE STAR!Stick to Einstein’s and Lola’s Cafe

Ive tried to get coffee here twice. Both times they were out off coffee and the wait for more was too long to wait before heading to work. But the food was good.

So I am sitting here as I write this and the food isnt the same . The cashier is welcoming and bubbly however the fact that she has no under garments on and everything is bouncing around is quite disturbing. My croissant wasnt toasted and I had more bread than egg, sausage or cheese. The smash brown was burnt and tasted old. Coffee was great although I waited for her to serve 4 guest before be able to get half and half.

This is a great bagel shop right next to Melbourne high school they have great breakfast and lunch options with multiple different drink options would definitely recommend it to anyone they also dont mind people holding meetings is very nice and laid back with friendly staff and rather quick food service

I love this place but dont bother going there if youre getting there at 3pm or later. Walked in 45 minutes before close to all of the chairs already put up and they wouldnt make anything on the press because it was already turned off. Considering all we could purchase was a plain bagel and cream cheese, we left.

I actually used to work at bagel world cafe in rockledge which is what bagel 13 used to be. Today was the first time seeing the renovations and wow! I cant tell you how pleasantly surprised I was! Everything looks amazing! You guys really out did yourselves! And yes the food and service was amazing as always! This is coming from a New Jersey/New York native! Great job guys!

First time coming to bagel 13 because I heard they had great bagels and a great staff. The bagels are amazing but your staff made me feel like I was inconviencing them. The one very skinny girl with blonde hair and looked annoyed that she had to get up and off her phone to make my order. And what makes it worse is that noone was even in the resturant. I will not be returning ever again.

Disappointing. Got a salt bagel with virtually no salt on it. Bagel was very dense. I like 192 Bagel shop much better.
