Where my local dealers weren’t willing to negotiate numbers, Acura of Melbourne was. I worked with John Cuestas as my salesperson. Was very knowledgeable and friendly. Took care of setting up the deal prior to me arriving. They gave me exactly what I wanted for my trade in and made my monthly payment exactly where I wanted it to be. Was never pressured to purchase any additions, was simply offered additions. The finance manager was super friendly as well. Explained everything to me and again, never pressured me into buying something I didn’t want. I’m an Acura of Melbourne client for life. Thanks again everyone who was involved!

Accounting department was sneaky with adding on fees which I am not happy about and they didn’t like negotiating/got rude and annoyed to the point where I almost didn’t buy a car from them… but Annabelle in the service department is awesome! I 1000% recommend her!

Buyer beware if you want anything from their parts department. I needed a part and I did my research and found it online for 20% less including shipping from another Acura dealership out of state. It wasnt a cheap part and was only available OEM not aftermarket as I try to buy OEM parts when called for even though nowadays a lot of OEM parts are made in China.They had to order the part from the warehouse just like this dealership would have had to so I dont want to hear anybody whining about such and such. I gave this dealership the chance to match the price and they wouldnt budge. If they dont want to compete on a price imagine how they treat their employees that want to buy parts. Now I understand why some of these stores are called stealerships.

I bought my first Acura from Acura of Melbourne and I have to say I am extremely happy with everyone from sales to service. Pleasant and very easy to deal with. Jamie and Tom made the sales experience quick and painless. The GM Jim has done a fantastic job with his staff and I couldn’t ask for a better experience when purchasing a new vehicle. After being a loyal Ford customer for the last 15 years, I am happy to say that my new dealership is Acura of Melbourne.

First time using them for service, I had a great experience. They noticed my car took a little longer to start then normal and checked the battery and discovered that it failed their inspection and they replaced it free of charge, my battery was 3 years old and I didn’t notice the battery was failing. They noticed my tires were pretty worn, which they were and gave me a price to replace all 4. The price quoted was the same cost of the same tire at Walmart and they provide 2 years of roadside hazard damage free and rotate and balance for the life of the tires. I received a free loaner car while I had a few repairs (recall and two warning lights) were completed. I will definitely continue to service my Acura at this dealership!!!

Acura of Melbourne’s service department is the Best! I recently had a piece of metal sticking out of my tire and they had me scheduled right away to get it repaired. Wait time was only 45 minutes and I was out the door. I have never had that kind of service with any other dealer.

Great customer service. The only problem I had was the fact that I went for a routine B1 service and I left with my AC not working. When I brought the car back, I was charged $100+ to find out why the AC was not working. I was told that it was gonna cost me $1,500+ to fix the AC when it was working fine before I brought the car in.

I went down to Acura of Melbourne in the beginning of February to look at the new 2022 MDX & decided to order 1 for my wife, it did take about 4-5 weeks to come in but it was worth the wait!!! My wife is so happy with it!.. everyone was extremely helpful, from are sales man ( Tom H. ) to the manager up to the financial part!!! While we were waiting for the paperwork to be finalized Tom took us around to the service center parts introduced us to employees everyone seem extremely happy and they seem to enjoy their job and was very helpful answering questions... if anyone is in the market for a new car I would recommend them.... thank you Acura Melbourne for making buying a car painless LOL!!!

Fastest dealership experience I’ve had and don’t mean that in a positive manner. The salesman Roberto didn’t introduce himself, test drove an Acura without getting my license, assumed I couldn’t qualify for a lease since my home is owned outright so I left and drove to Orlando then leased an RDX there. Also, the payments were much higher at Melbourne. Drive farther for better deals and don’t take advantage of locals.

I found a 2006 Acura RSX Type S on there website and told their Salesman Roberto that I wanted the car had the cash and was ready to pay for it over the phone. He said that’s fine and he would get with me the next day. Finally talked to him in the afternoon and said his sales manager sold it to someone else. So after agreeing to a deal they sold the car out from under me to another person!! I can’t stand people that do this!!

Had my car serviced here twice now and Neil does excellent work. Ill never take my car anywhere else.

I purchased a 2019 RDX at another dealership before moving to Florida. In the other state Acura was a premium brand and treated as such in sales and service. My first encounter with another Acura dealership in Orlando was terrible bordering on sleazy. I was excited to find out that a new Acura dealership was coming to Melbourne. I have been in multiple times and this last time had some more in depth fixes done. Ruben Bustos was excellent in his attention to detail and customer service. When you buy a car the sale is one part of it, the service a huge other. This service department is an excellent example for the the Acura brand. Thank you Ruben.

My experience was excellent!! I had two problem with my new 2019 MDX. Had a oil change, they updated TCM software for hard upshift plus had a noise when I made a right turn.. I’am very happy my car don’t have that hard upshift when accelerating and no noise..! When they gave me my car was nice and clean.!! I recommend Acura in Melbourne dealership.. Ruben was my services advisor provided me with good customer services.!!

Just got a Certified Pre-Owned 2018 MDX and the experience was wonderful. My salesperson Nicky was so helpful along with the general manager, as they allowed me to take the car home as my trade-in was in the shop. Our salesman John Cuestas is awesome.We told him what we wanted and equiptment and he actualy found it for us,but what blew our minds he actualy drove the car first showed us the acceleration power the car had and how the auto cruise worked then had us drive after he showed us all the features and demonstrated them. I really was interested in an Acura MDX ( New or Used) . So went to the Acura of Melbourne Dealer since they are only 5 minutes from my house. I checked in to the receptionist and told her I am interested in new or used MDX. She proceed to go get a sales agent. I waited in the lobby for 10 minutes or so. Not a single sales agent came out to greet me. So I departed. Obviously this Acura dealership does not want my business and will go elsewhere.

I found the experience of purchasing a car from this dealership to be straightforward and less painful than other dealerships. My salesman, Jay, was personable, not pushy, and very helpful throughout the process.

We just had our 2017 RDX looked at as we were having issues with the keyless entry/alarm system. We have driven in from California. We didn’t know that today was the first day of this new dealership and JP Duncan and Rubin Bastos could not have been better and more accommodating. They were great. Got us right in, had the problem diagnosed and even though the part is back ordered, gave us all the information on what part is needed and reassured us everything would be fine.Great dealership, friendly and helpful staff and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing Acura service!Thanks very much!!!
