Didnt have the item I was looking for but the workers were extremely helpful and pleasant.

Clean, could find everything easily but ONLY have one worker there by themselves to deal with 10ppl waiting in line just shows me the manager expects too much for 1 person.Hire someone, lots of ppl looking. Then the store could then look well stocked & organized better! So things are easier to find.

Great people who work there, always working hard. Only problem is they run out of products fast.

Seen over a few years now, they dont great you when you come in like before a year ago., theres a few that act like you are bothering them as you head to check out if theres not a line at check out., im in retail, the shelves are so dis organized and stuff not up to par on products., understand trucks need to be unpacked. Theres always an excuse as to why not on shelves and theres stuff always unpacked and in isles that you can get around. Not proper! I onload trucks everyday at my job and bigger than that! No joke! Just sayin. Medina Lafayette Rd. Ohio needs a uplift on management!

The staff, as always, is very nice. I am disappointed that the company is not going to sell clothing anymore.

Staff is friendly . Store is always a mess ....shelves always empty . I dont neccesarily blame staff. Ots the only store that sells groceries on the southside of town since Hawkins closed. I just think they are having a hard time keeping items stocked .

They are never stocked up on anything really. Always just sitting around in that back little office and its like your bothering them when they have to get up.it would help if they actually took the time to stock the shelves and clean up a bit

This Dollar General is good for a quick stop for an item you may have forgotten or need last minute. However, even after several trips, the store is often very disorganized with merchandise spread across the ground, product isnt rotated, and has a very run down feel. The associates were standing in the office doorway gossiping and failed to notice myself and others standing in line. Drive the extra 3/4 of a mile to CVS for a better quality shopping experience

Good dollar store although they could have more things for a dollar. The shelves are usually always stocked and they always have seasonal items. The staff is freindly and helpful if you need help finding an item. I would recommend this store

This store is usually a 1 star but tonight the older African American cashier treated me great, even though she had been beaten down and cursed out all day over being out of the same items EVERY other store is out of. Chin up Maam, you are appreciated!

Convinent..and usually not packed with people at most times.nice place to have on this side of town when you need a few things and dont feel like going to a larger store.only thing is sometimes their freezer area can be wiped clean of alot of thingsEven before covid. The staff is nice and patient well.

Pretty clean. Set up pretty much the same as most other dollar General stores. Very friendly staff I interacted with. Quick and efficient and there when I came to the register. Prices about the same as other dollar generals.

Its a dollar general what do you want it has some good stuff at a cheap price. They keep it pretty clean and semi organized no complaints.

0 stars, one of the cashiers were incredibly rude, I dont remember her name but she had a tattoo of the name David on her neck. She insulted​ my 2, 15 year old granddaughters because they wanted to pay with cash AND card. She called them the N word and walked away to get the manager. The manager came and assisted them with the transaction. She did nothear the remarks of the employee. This is unacceptable behavior and she should not be dealing with the public.

The worst & dirtiest Dollar General in the area. I would rather waste the gas driving across town before going to this one around the corner. I only stop here when I have to. Unfriendly unclean unorganized
