Friendly customer service. Amazing selections catering to a wide variety of needs. Courteous to me despite my companion. Great folks to shop around also. Saw a woman who was at Joanns when I was buying yarn who also came over there when I did. They also allow their employees off on Sundays.

We picked up a couple of things to dress up our foyer. The wall mirror turned out to be perfect, both in how well it fit and how it affects the aesthetics of the room.Also a non-functioning wall clock got replaced with a very nice wall hanging.If you have a room that needs something and your not quite sure what to do, go and start off by just walking around in Hobby Lobby. You will run across items that you never thought of before. Next thing you will realize is your needy room will be needy no more!Go ahead, try it out!

I WANTED TO BUY SOME ARTS AND CRAFTS and crafts that would not be so complicated for me I could not figure out where to go and what to buy a young lady there helps me with the arts and crafts and she also led me to the area that I needed to be at and she helped me pick out some things that I could do she was very helpful very very considerate and thoughtful after we pick up some things for me to do she helps me to the register and to my daughters car I can never be so grateful thank you Hobby Lobby in Medina

Love this place! Now I really know what all the buzz is about when people say that they spend their entire paychecks in this store. When you walk in they have many pieces of furniture for sale. They have corner stands for photos or little trinkets you want to show off. Unique small lockers that would probably be great for a man cave or a retro room military type room. It was so cool. When you get inside there are sales galore. Big percentages off of books, movies, etc. Many books and movies are Christian. They are geared up for St. Patrick’s Day and Easter. I can’t wait to shop here for the Easter Baskets. I can’t believe that all their current future holidays are already discounted. There are a few rows full of Spring Splendor!! Many different designs of plate setting with all their coordinated pieces and accessories. BBQ outdoor accessories as well. Love all of their home decor. They have Police, Firemen, military, U.S Flag items. Everything needed for any hobby. Tons of fabric, threads, flowers, doll houses, little pieces for it. Although I didn’t purchase anything, I did start to take inventory of all the possibilities for future projects.

I took several items in to get framed. Met with Mike..who did an excellent job helping me pick out mats & frames. I also picked out some very nice Easter decorations & at a great price. Great store!!

They were gracious in owning up to an overcharge that they made. The manager was wonderful, kind and apologetic. Love going here for my crafting needs. Very unique items

They have such a wide variety of pretty things to look at!! I make so many impulse buys cause they have so many things too cute to pass up!! I do a lot of crafting and jewelry making and I get almost all of my supplies here because of the abundance of options. The selection is amazing!

They had what I needed. They also did a good job of opening checkout lanes up when the lines got to be a little longer.

This Hobby Lobby is always a pleasure to visit. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. The store is always super clean and organized well. They often have the best sales, getting me the deals I strive to get. The holiday selection is superior to any other craft store I have visited. During the Covid 19 Pandemic, I have always felt safe as they are constantly cleaning and enforcing mask wearing with signs.

If only I could give it less than zero stars.

I wanted any sort of nerdy sticker. Mario, salt shaker, controller, molecules, philosophers, favorite animal, a bunch of dogs or anything I love, but all of the stickers are either a 60s gender role, grading stickers for teachers or religious. Its like Michaels with a very small price decrease, but worse in every other way (selection, layout, cleaning, and treating their employees like human beings)

My favorite store in Ohio. I could sleep there. The ladies who work in framingArt are terrific!

It has been 17 years since I stepped foot in a hobby lobby. My daughter was about 4 years old at the time and was freshly potty trained, she had to pee really bad but there were no public restrooms at the store and the person working refused to allow her to use the store restroom so I walked out and never bought anything from hobby lobby from that day forward.

If you can’t find a craft item here; it doesn’t exist. Also a good place for home accent pieces and seasonal decorations.

You have to know what weeks to shop. Some weeks will be a sale on wall decor another wedding, floral or tabletop. Great parking, Walmart and Kohls are next door.

They are doing an exceptional job sanitizing carts and have the entrances and exits separate. Ken the manger is always very helpful ... I have overheard him talk to his staff and he speaks with courtesy ... I highly admire his reguard for them.

Cashiers are slow sometimes. Associates are organized and know where items can be found.

A lot of interesting gifts.

Found the product we were looking for, but every aisle we went down I saw an employee with a face shield on their chin or mouth only. I dont believe a single employee wore their facial covering correctly (covering both nose and mouth) despite government mandates (and their own sign on the front door).
