Awesome and polite staff, always meet my needs! Also helped me find stylish, but a good deal on glasses! Will always go to them!

The staff is truly amazing! I had to go in this evening, shortly before close of business, because my son had stepped on his brothers glasses. The 3 opticians were incredibly patient and kind even though my son was having somewhat of a meltdown. I cant tell you how much I appreciated their calm presence and grace. Definitely the #1 stop for childrens glasses!

I called to make an appointment during normal business hours. The first attempt was hung up on the first ring after the transfer. The second attempt simply kept ringing. I gave up after that and will be going elsewhere. If you want my business answer the phone.

The staff is amazing! They are always so friendly and helpful. I try on all of the frames searching for what feels the best and they never rush me and are happy to give opinions.

I recently went for an eye exam, and to purchase new safety glasses. The staff were friendly and efficient, I bought two pairs of safety glasses for work. I am extremely happy with how they turned out.

I came to get my eyes checked with the intention of getting glasses from an online retailer (way cheaper). I was open about this from the time I checked in. Part of getting glasses you need you pupillary distance or PD measured accurately. I was told they wouldn’t measure my PD unless I was going to buy glasses from them. I was told “it’s a service we would provide if you bought our glasses”. I even offered to pay cash just for them to measure it (could have been done in about 30 seconds) but they adamantly declined. I figured this would be part of the exam, not the glasses cost but I guess not at Walmart. A free service you can’t pay otherwise.Side note the optometrist is very friendly.

For the first time in my life, I was having vision problems so went to Walmart Vision Center. The optometrist completely missed the fact that I had a significant cataract and there was no way glasses were the solution. He gave me a prescription for glasses that did nothing to help. I subsequently went to an ophthalmologist and was properly diagnosed and am scheduled for the surgery that will fix my vision issues. I do not recommend this optometrist to anyone.

Woke up and had this thing on my eye. Went right in that morning and doc had me patched up, good as new #dontsleepinyourcontactskids

Took a half hour after my appointment time to actually see the dr. Then took almost another half hour to order glasses and pay for appointment. Way understaffed for the volume of customers. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Very friendly but expect to wait 2 hrs for help. They only had one person working with tons of customers.
