Highly recommend this business. We worked with Mary Ann, Chris, and Jon on our custom cast stone fireplace. Mary Ann took all of our color/fabric swatches, inspiration photos, and descriptions and was there from beginning to end to ensure that our vision was realized in the final product. Jon and the crew showed up at our home and were efficient and professional in executing a beautiful installation. I even heard Jon advising the team as they worked on finishing touches, saying It has to look like its been there for generations because thats what we told Mary Ann we wanted. With that one statement, I knew Mary Ann had not only delivered the approved drawings, but spent enough time explaining our vision so that the entire team understood - and not only that, was whole heartedly committed to delivering - our dream fireplace mantel. All of this was planned, built, and delivered during COVID, and while we had to reschedule the installation once and revise the dimensions once, there was clear and timely communication throughout. It is evident that the Architectural Justice team values each of its customers and is dedicated to delivering the highest quality products.I would be happy to work with them on future projects, and would recommend them to friends and strangers alike without hesitation.
Merrie and team were great to work with! We had a massive renovation and AJ did all the cabinetry and countertops (kitchen, office, laundry and master closet). We worked with several folks on our walnut live edge kitchen island bar top, it turned out amazing! And they also built fridge and freezer panels to match!
My wife and I worked with Denise on picking out counter tops for our kitchen and bathroom. She was knowledgeable, friendly and down to earth. It is always refreshing as a sales person myself to work with someone who knows what theyre doing without being forceful.
Very..nice place!@$
Awesome place! Weve bought all of our granite here and have never been disappointed
We fully renovated our master bath, updated a main bath, and installed lighting, granite, and backsplash in our kitchen. Architectural Justice Design Center did an AMAZING job, from the design to the unique stones, to the awesome professional contractors that showed up daily and on time. So thankful that our house is done for the holidays! Special shout out to our designer Cathy Z!
I meet with Tracy Phelps to discuss different options for a new master bathroom counter. Tracy was very knowledgeable, listened to what I thought I wanted and helped me chose the perfect piece of granite. The whole process was very enjoyable and Tracy was very easy to work with. I would highly recommend Architectural Justice and to use Tracy Phelps as a designer. I look forward to working with Tracy again on future projects.
We recently worked with Architectural Justice to remodel our kitchen, and couldnt be happier with the result. We have admired their displays at the home shows over the past two or three years, and spoke to Elizabeth at the last one. When we came into Architectural Justice, we had some thoughts about how we wanted to remodel our kitchen. Elizabeth listened to us and came up with multiple ideas. What we ended up with has exceeded our expectations. Our kitchen reflects our personality perfectly.Everyone we worked with at Architectural Justice was professional and personable. The custom cabinets are very well made, and we love the color. We also love the unique granite, and appreciated the opportunity during the templating process to choose which pieces would be placed in the various parts of the kitchen. The idea to attach the rounded table to the sink cabinet is one of our favorite features, and we would not have thought to do that had we not seen Elizabeths vision for the room. The pedestal underneath is a work of art. Elizabeth also guided us in the selection of light fixtures, chairs, and artwork for the room. We were so happy with the kitchen that we worked with Elizabeth to update our half bath as well, which also turned out beautifully.
My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Architectural Justice on an extensive kitchen and utility room remodel. James Justice and his staff were professional, kind and courteous. James Justice and Brittany Slimak were always extremely responsive to us if we had any questions or concerns. The outcome of our project is outstanding. My wife and I highly recommend James Justice and his team to those looking to renovate their homes!
I had granite counter tops put in my kitchen by Justice in 2010. The installers were prompt and did excellent seam work. Now, several years later, their work has held up beautifully. The overall cost was less than the cheaper alternatives and the quality and service were much better.
Great company to work with! The sales staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating! we will definitely use them again and will refer to all of our friends.
Heed this advice: Avoid this place like the plague! We had our kitchen done by Architectural Justice, and while we now have beautiful granite countertops and floor, you can get those from other places. It wasnt worth the headache.Their subcontractors would be late without calling, and we wouldve taken off work to be at home. They delivered a custom-built cabinet to us with a door a quarter-of-an-inch thick: Even the guy who delivered it told us hed send it back.Whenever wed call the scheduling manager to complain about taking time off work without their subs showing up, she would blame us for being inflexible with our schedule. What?!?!Do yourself a favor: Seek a more reputable company for your kitchen or bathroom remodel. Check reviews first! Its the cheapest advice youll get.My advice? Keep looking ...
I love my kitchen! Architectural Justice has quality work and awesome designers. I can’t say enough about this company. Thank you to all that worked on our kitchen!
They are very professional, everyone we dealt with was very helpful and thorough. We are completely happy with the finished results. Would highly recommend!!!
My husband and I worked with designer Kelly Kasperczyk on a complete renovation of our master bath. Kelly produced a stunning and most enjoyable finished high-end product for our life-long enjoyment. She was a joy to work with at every step along the way. The Architectural Justice experience was highly professional, excitingly creative, and just wonderful from start to finish.
Great selection and people. Beautiful granite selection.
We had some installation issues with AJ and their contractors. Mr. Justice personally contacted us and was very helpful in resolving our issues. Our kitchen looks much more updated and the granite looks beautiful.
Started out checking the so-called bargain places and decided to give Justice a try..... so glad I didThe customer service from Elizabeth was amazingThey had a sale going - so they actually provided me with BETTER pricing than the so-called discount stores (but I have an upgraded granite thats just stunning)The installation was IMPECCABLE! My counters are scribed so close to one side wall that I didnt even have to do a backsplash there, just caulked it and it looks great. They were cut that perfectly all the way around, and the seam on my L-shaped peninsula is invisible. I have to search for it. These are all markes of a top-notch place that knows what theyre doing.Every person I worked with was friendly, courteous and professional. There was one small problem and they took care of it in a timely manner and with the same amazing level of service. Cant recommend them enough. If youve been worried about how theyll fit in your budget - stop worrying and give them a chance. They may surprise you
Amazing place they have some of the coolest grsnitg you can find. My basement bar looks amazing and they made the process seemless from design to install.
We used Architectural Justice last year for all the counters in our new home. The staff at AJ was professional, helpful, prompt and resourceful. Stacey was our design consultant, and she did a great job keeping us in the loop from start to finish. She made good suggestions and was able to answer all our questions. They were able to work around our schedule for both templating and install. The templaters and installers did a fantastic job and the end result looks great. We would highly recommend Architectural Justice.
We had a stellar experience purchasing with Cindy and 5 years later when our kids cracked a corner off the island they repaired it and it looks FANTASTIC. Nothing but good stuff to say.
We had a great experience with Architectural Justice! We purchased marble countertops for our kitchen and could not be any more pleased. Staff was exceptionally friendly and knowledgable. The marble is GORGEOUS and we have had many compliments since our kitchen has been completed. Countertops were installed quickly after we made our selection. The gentlemen that came in to our home for the installation were polite, timely and CLEAN! They did a wonderful job and before leaving they provided us with products for our tops and instructed us on how to properly care for them. I would definately recommend Architectural Justice!
Mr Justice before u wish me great luck in finding a reliable contractor as you do many other reviewersAsk yourself why wasn’t the job doneAsk yourself why the lack of honestyAsk yourself why wasn’t the your company reliableAsk yourself why so many no shows whenexpected and asked to pay extra moneyAsk yourself why did I let this project run over a yearAsk yourself why employees are cluelessI am disappointed James Justice when this company was a hand-me down became a company with no ethics or moralsOh yeah those positive recommendations on Yelp google home & garden etc Are marketplace a trapAlso paid for by contractors who givePlease now thank me and wish me well
Very professional and made our choices easy, a wonderful company to work with!
They claim they push design to the limits. They did not even have the ability to get me a granite counter without a seam. They also wanted me to sign a waiver that if they broke the granite in transit that I would have to pay for it!! No thank you!!!!! I went to Chippewa Stone who did it with no seam, no problem, at half the cost.
We have just completed a cabinet install with AJ. The cabinet install was completed yesterday and the granite install should be complete in approx 10 days. During the past few months of working with AJ, we were very pleased with the guidance received from their design professional who truly guided via suggestions and presenting options but in the end allowed us to make our own choices without pressure. The design professional was very competent with her knowledge of industry standards, product pros & cons and finding solutions and remained patient even though we took nearly 8 months from 1st meeting to install (our personal timeline). In addition to being very pleased with the design team at AJ, we are equally impressed with the installation team. However, I have learned that the time frame identified for starting & stopping is subject to some variability. The cabinet install was complete on time but started 1.5 days later than initially anticipated. The install was complete within schedule but it did create for some anxiety on day 1 when we experienced a delay in starting – I think AJ scheduling might include some buffer time.As for the install crew, the initial encounters were of concern, both from a timeliness standpoint and from a personality standpoint. The team lead came in like a bat out of hell when he did arrive and gave an initial impression of recklessness. However, after a few discussions and the end of the work day, the following encounters were nothing short of outstanding. The team lead had a very outgoing personality that could be misinterpreted but if that could be perceived as a negative, it was definitely offset 10 times over via his professional skill set and ability to not only do what was expected but also the ability to adapt to the unanticipated situation too. This was not a team that kept the cleanest or most organized work area and at times caused concern over potential risk of damage to existing flooring but in the end, the team completed the job timely, avoided causing any damage, installed all cabinets with such great attention to detail that it was if they were installing them in their own home and thoroughly cleaned up. This team earned our confidence and recommendations for future projects; however, next time we might just ask them not to work so late into the evening, although it did get the install complete ahead of schedule.Although the granite still needs to be complete, our view of AJ, their design team, installation team and team members working in the background have combined to instill a belief that the AJ team in its entirely, delivers value and exceeds expectations.
In the process of getting counters in our new home from AJ. Every piece of stone is cut jagged - many with wrong dimensions. The installer put a 1 filler piece in one backsplash trying to hide a mistake. The field installer said their saw is faulty and the blade comes loose causing the jagged cuts. Mark in the office blames my wife and denies the saw issue. Save your money and go to Lowes.
James justice and myself have resolved the problem.
