I stop to replace a tire, but was told they dont sell Firestone tires sizes 9.50 x 16.5 R all season 10 ply.They sell 17 inch, 20 inch, for pick-ups . whats up with THAT?

Dennis and his team have always done a great job with my vehicles. I have nearly a dozen other people I refer to his team due to their approach. Are you going to come in and spend $500+ from time to time? Sure. But, at least I know they are being honest with me. Its always explained up front - they even SHOW me whats wrong. From there? The repairs are always completed on time and at a fair price. That hasnt happened once - it happens every time. I challenge you to find another shop with that consistency. I have had my cars serviced over the last year at Firestone in Medina, OH. The new Manager (Dennis) and his team do a good job. I’ve had large service jobs and small ones as well. Dennis and his team treat each situation with the same care. A friend of mine recommended I have my cars serviced there and I’ve also recommended Firestone to folks around the Medina area. I have been to this ones several times. The Manager Dennis has been nothing but stellar, kind and accommodating. The tire sales tech named Jeff has also been amazing and upfront. I dont need tires at the moment but will be buying them from here. None of the guys are pushy at all. The service techs that have repaired my car have been thorough and extremely helpful. Have not had to return for any issues afterward. It is returned with care, and no grease all over my steering wheel like NTB has done. Upfront and honest. I will definitely continue to bring my vehicle when needed without hesitation.

These guys saved me from buying a lemon of a car. I was looking to get a car from a local place down the road. The car looked great and sounded great but after bringing it here, the guys showed me that there would be more than $5k in repairs in addition to showing me many leaks and more that would turn to immediate problems.Thanks guys! I am 1hr 30min away from home, I came in for a low tire asking to get air in my tire. I knew I wouldnt make it home. Only to find out I need a new tire. They checked my fluids and assembled my spare tire at no cost to me. And for that I say thank you. Now I will be abel to get home safely. To my family ..

Thank you to Jeff and the rest of the staff at Firestone Medina. Not only did he save me $600 they were honest, caring and professional. We tried working with another local shop who swore we needed new tires from screw damage and Jeff reassured us patching the tires were the way to go since they were brand new and far from the edge. Not only did Jeff get us in at the last moments of the day he made us feel very much at home while waiting for our vehicle to be repaired. We highly recommend Firestone!

Made an appointment as always (I dont know if thats necessary),showed up 50 minutes early just in case,and they still took it right back. Dennis never seems to be at work or available to answer questions. when i finally was able to get ahold of him I was repeatedly hung up on as a loyal paying customer for trying to figure out details of a $650 rim that dennis defaced. upon calling back and expressing frustration that this is going to take 6 weeks to even get the correct wheel back I was asked to not call his shop again. complete unprofessionalism from a manager in a situation that was a direct result of his negligence.zero stars

Every time Ive been to Firestone, they have taken extra time to try to figure out exactly what Im feeling, hearing and experiencing with my van so they can accurately help me. I stopped by to ask a quick question the other day and someone came out and actually spontaneously helped me diagnose some sounds the engine was making. One time my car was still driving off after repair work and they looked it over and fixed it at no expense. (turns out it was a different problem). Good service!

I called, needed a tire repaired, nail in the middle of the tread, they said they couldnt repair it (liability type thing) but were quick to offer to sell me new tires, NO THANKS. North Gateway Tire took me in quickly, fixed my tire and rotated them, threw me my keys and said come see me when you need new ones, YES I WILL. Forget these guys

Had my A/C serviced here. 1 week went by and the AC already stopped working. Eventually got some of my money back due to them telling me my AC was fixed when it wasnt. Bruce was pleasant to deal with, but their manager Dennis was terrible to deal with.

Wife took my vehicle in to get a/c diagnosed. That’s all I wanted. Instead they call me and tell me 1) I need an oil change, even though I changed the oil a little over a thousand miles ago. 2) That I need all four tires replaced because they are low on tread. Then ironically enough my front tire suddenly deflates on my wife and kid on the way home...Diagnosis for the a/c? They said blower motor was working for 11 bucks... I could have told you that much... And they’d have to charge me 200 some dollars to see why the a/c isn’t working...I’m dumbfounded how this business is still open if it’s a franchise company... This is what gives the auto repair business a bad name.

Had appointment. Was told it would take hour and half. It took almost two and a half hours for an oil change and alignment. I was waiting in the lobby for my car. They didnt pull my car into the bay to start working on it for 40 minutes and had only done the oil change at the hour and a half mark. By the way, there was no coffee at all and it was a nasty, dirty beverage station with no beverages. I told them I needed to leave at a certain time to pick my child up from school and they said it was not a problem. The main manager tried to high five me when he told me they would get it done which was weird and inappropriate. I had to keep reminding them the entire time to make progress on my car since I was on a time schedule. Who knows how long it would have taken if I wasnt pestering them the whole time. They had to redo the alignment because the tech forgot to align the nose which put it past my needed departure time. They almost made me late to pick up my child. I had to race to the school. The whole experience was stressful and ridiculous and I will never take any of my four cars back to Firestone. The $20 off the manager gave me for customer experience can not make up for me almost leaving a child at school without a ride home. Unacceptable.

Ive had tires put on three cars at this location. Theyre fast and friendly and will explain any concepts you dont understand. Ive had to cash in on the road hazard, which at first, seems like an expensive option. A little over a year after purchasing tires I caught a nail in the sidewall and they replaced the tire with a brand new one for $7. Theres probably a lot of mom and pops that will beat their price, but I like Firestone tires a lot and the service keeps me coming back.

It took me a long time to write this because we are all neighbors but here goes. A year ago in November I bought tires for my jeep and in April I brought the jeep in early morning to just have the oil changed. The manger came out holding the paperwork and told me in the waiting room that it was done but I needed tires. I confirmed he was talking about my jeep then told him in front of people those tire were brand new in November so 5 months old. This is after he confirmed he looked and signed off. He hurried me outside so no one could hear and then looked at the brand new tires. He was holding my paperwork which I still hive an can prove to anyone doubting that they tried to rip me off or he is just clueless! He told me he just became manager etc. and asked that I not say anything but every time I see this store I think of the things they have done. Once they told me it was 489.00 to repair my car alternator and a shop in Medina did it for 267.00. To top it all off the guy that changed my oil left the nut loose so I was slowly loosing oil !!!!! I have never gone back they are out to sell and I blame it partially on corporate since that is the way I was told the structure works but you have your own conscience so do the right thing and stop trying to rip people off!!!! There I did it and if corporate wants the proof, I have it.

Front tire was going flat. They aired it up for free, then showed me a nail in the sidewall that couldn’t be plugged. Frank Salerno in their sales office gave me a good price on 2 front tires, got me in and out quickly. My car is now 19 years old. They pointed out potential safety concerns on my car due to its age. This place has always treated me right. Frank did a great job. Highly recommend them. The following is my review from 5 years ago:When I got off work late on a Saturday night, I had a flat tire. I knew I had pushed it far past the point of safety as both rear tires were completely bald, worn clear into the cord. Sunday morning found this place one of the few tire shops open. I called. They had the special tires my 14 year old car requires, and they had a good price. I aired up my tire at home and quickly drove to their shop before it went flat again. They started work on it immediately and had me on the road again in less than an hour. They charged me $6.00 less than what they quoted me over the phone, and they fixed my engine hood cable for free. (I hadnt been able to open my hood to check the oil.) I couldnt be happier with their work. They were knowledgeable and friendly. I will be able to drive to work tomorrow. I highly recommend these guys.

Had a flat in the rear tire of my truck. Called at 8AM asked if I could drop my truck off and it be ready by 5PM - they said yes for sure. I went to pick it up at 5:00PM and they told me oh we forgot about it. NO call during the day or anything, horrible service and do not recommend this place.

I originally had a good experience with them, but not today. I went elsewhere after I was not able to purchase the oil that I wanted for my vehicle. They wanted to put the incorrect oil into it although it has never taken said type of oil. They were trying to up-sell me. I was able to get the correct oil for much cheaper and quicker from Take 5.

Went in to get a simple hose patch and tail light replacement. Parts in total should cost 40 to 50 dollars. So someone explain to me how it cost over $500....the customer service was fine. The technicians though are clueless. Since picking up my car yesterday it is leaking oil, my head gasket is leaking and now the whole front end of my Grand Cherokee hums and shakes. These people are completely clueless. Do not let them touch your vehicle. I would give half a star if I could. Go to your local ma and pa shop if you can. Ill never make this mistake twice.

I am writing this review on behalf of myself and my girlfriend on May 14, 2016. We were making the move from Syracuse, NY to Irving, TX when about 167 miles into the trip, my 2003 Hyundai Accent was experiencing overheating. My gut instinct was to pull into this town for fuel and thats when trouble started. I assessed the situation and was pointed in the direction of Firestone to diagnose the problem. The manager Tom gave me the worst news I could have been told. We had a blown head gasket from assumedly old age. The repair for me was not worth it, he gave us options and I decided to scrap the car. He got a hold of Julie from Enterprise after hours and we decided to rent from there to make the two day travel to TX. Tom even waved the diagnose fee, I could not have any more better experience from the worst case scenario. I am grateful for how Tom handled this situation and went out of his way to help us. I gained new respect for Firestone and Enterprise, again, thank yall so much!!

We were traveling from Columbus to Cleveland when we had a heat shield come loose. The service writer (Mike Bruscino) took us in, quoted an extremely fair repair price, and he and the technician got to work right away. We were back on the road in minutes. It was an excellent experience. Thank you, Mike and team!

Took a tire in for repair and was told they couldn’t repair, but they wanted to sell me 4 new tires (despite being a year old). Also wanted to charge me $20/each to replace all my lug nuts. Luckily I sought a second opinion before I payed them $1400. Repaired it elsewhere

Had a 1 oclock appointment for their advertised free brake check. Arrived early. Was sitting in their waiting area until 1:20 and I began to get antsy about what was taking so long for such a simple service. I looked into the bay to find my vehicle wasnt there.... in fact it was where I had parked it untouched. I waited by the desk to talk to someone... and the tech saw me and headed toward my car. I walked outside to watch what they did. Took 5 minutes to get it up on the rack. The tech then proceeded to talk with another tech for 10 minutes while drinking a coke. He grabbed a flashlight, inspected my brakes for 2 minutes maximum, and I didnt leave until nearly 2 oclock. No apology. Guess their business plan of using a free service to draw in customers backfired because I dont plan on going back. The 2nd star is because it was a free service and because they gave me an honest analysis and didnt try to sell me anything.

Well lets see. They said my F150 would cost just under $500.00 to repair tie rod and such. When I got my truck back it had grease all over the door, my driver side window doesnt go down now because the switch is broken, and the bill was $561.00. You tell me how my experience was. Edit: Tom offered to make it right by bringing it in to take a look at it but unfortunately not even a week later my brakes arent working. It could be coincidental but either way Im not comfortable letting them work on it anymore. (Subsequently my AC stopped working also.)

They dont perform the services at the agreed upon price. They service also that was done went faulty 2 weeks later. Zero support when brought back in. Another mechanic on medina road said the work they did was not professional, and we should have gotten full refund. Buyer beware,

Dropped my car off at 7:30am to get new snow tires mounted on my rims and put in my car. It is now 4:56pm and still have 20 min to wait.
