Cashiers have been friendly every time. Good selection. I like the fact its never as crowded as the other drug stores so its fast in and out. Some items can be pricey but they run great sales all the time.
I absolutely am dissatisfied with the level of customer service at this location. I was in the hospital for 5 days, was released was specifically written a cough syrup script that needed to be ordered that wouldn’t be in till Monday. Fine, no ones fault. Monday comes, i have to call to follow up to see if it’s arrived and ready because I’m not suppose to be out driving, so i call to make sure it’s ready for pickup before i venture out on oxygen. I pick up, label on bottle isn’t consistent with stickered label. No cup was givin to measure out the dose or anything…inconsiderate to patients that coming out that are sick.
Every other COVID test was booked 3 days out and I found Rite Aids availability plentiful. I was told that it takes 2-5 days to get results. Its day #4 and still no results. If time is of the essence for you, make the appt elsewhere. Will update when new developments arise.
In the fall of 2020, I tried to get a flu shot at a different pharmacy, but they couldn’t get my insurance to approve payment. So I went to another pharmacy (a national chain) and they couldn’t get it approved either. So I tried Rite Aid. As I walked in the front door, I was pleasantly surprised when the young cashier warmly greeted me. At the pharmacy, I again could not get approval from my insurance company. By this time, I was really getting upset. A young lady named Kim said “Have a seat and let me call them.” Ten minutes later she got the approval and I got my flu shot. Kim was wonderful. She went the extra mile. She wouldn’t take no for an answer. I was very impressed by the great attitude of Kim, and all of the employees I spoke to that day.
Excellent store and pharmacy staff. Very knowledgeable and helpful.
Ive never had a negative experience. The pharmacy staff is always great.
The Cashiers both in the store and pharmacy areas are always very helpful.
Advertised COVID-19 vaccine available on Sunday and told me they wouldn’t give it when I arrived. Did not want to waste any just for one person.
I went to Rite Aid Pharmacy for my old person flu shot. I had great service. In and out, no waiting and everyone was cheerful and polite. This was the only place in Medina that has the vaccine for older adults. I will go here for all of my shots from now on.
Outstanding pharmacist, I haven’t went to any other pharmacy in 15 years.
I love the Medina location! They are always kind and very fast. I’ll never go anywhere else.
Will not go to cvs for my prescriptions since cvs bought out alot of other places locally. I support smaller businesses
This pharmacy is so kind and helpful. I always feel comfortable asking questions and always feel like I got considerate responses. They continuously go above and beyond.
Why are all the female pharmacist up here so rude? with a bad attitude. Every time I go The speaker at the drive-through barely even works and when you tell them you can’t hear them they give you an attitude.ill be changing pharmacies very soon.
The worst customer service ever- I have no idea why I use them- this is the last time. I am sitting in the pick up area writing this. Even if the prescriptions were free, I will never go there. They are completely incompetent.
Helpful staff. Knowledgeable
