This is a fantastic store!!! Going to Bath and Body Works is like going to the toy store as a kid!!! I love to go in there and browse even if its a little difficult to smell the products with a mask on!!! Theres always a great selection of scented products to look through. There are so many wonderful scented candles, lotions and body washes!! I love the holiday scents, the relaxation scents, and spring scents!! Actually, I love everything there!!! This is also a great place to pick out a gift for a friend or yourself. The girls who work there are always so sweet and helpful!!! Great COVID precautions as well.I must add this! I was in the Medina store today, and it’s always very clean!!! But, today I saw one of the salesgirls wiping down the bottles that people touch, so it’s even a cleaner store than I thought!!!❤️❤️❤️There are some really great girls there, too!!! I just love Jess, Vicki and Jessie!!!

I went on the big candle sale for 9.50. The employees were very nice! Customers were awesome. The only thing I would suggest is that I noticed that the line went around the entire store. If the employees could suggest to get right into the check out line because you have more than enough time to shop while you are in line for the check out. I feel like it would be more organized and the line would go faster. Maybe have a few people with the phones for debit cards and they could cash some customers out in line while they wait, but then again, some people may make a big deal about

They are the candles that litter my house! The tiny one for my bathroom the medium 1 wick for my bedroom and a 3 wick in my living room that smells up my whole living room and kitchens they have deals often enough that you can stock up and never run out also great gifts! Everyone loves candles

The ladies that work at this store are so nice and helpful. I have allergies to specific flowers but I love scented candles, lotions and soaps. They took a lot of time to look up ingredients and find things I was not allergic to. Much appreciation!

Everyone was nice there and all the employees wore masks, my only pet peeve would be that they didnt measure temperature or require costumers to wear masks or at least its my issue.

I asked the sales girl where a product was she pointed to other side of store and said on that wall over there so asked another associate and she took me right to product not the best customer service
