Traveling through Medina with an older RV, we developed engine problems related to fuel flow. George and his team went through various scenarios of filters, fuel pump, etc. until they found the root cause. It turned out to be a fuel distribution regulator. George never made any outrageous promises, he just searched for and diagnosed what the problem was and fixed it. We are very happy and can now continue our journey. George is also a fascinating character. Take the time to get to know him.

So thorough and communication was top notch! You really know that you are in good hands! We are new RV’ers and were quite nervous. We left feeling confident that our older RV was ready for some serious travel. The owner even giving us an emergency number to call if we had any questions! Wanting to give it a good cleaning prior to our trip I checked in alone at a local campsite for the night. Immediately I ran into an issue with the sliders coming out- I called that number and George called me back within 5 minutes and in less time than that was able to inform me that my parking brake had to be completely depressed in order for the slides to operate. Unfortunately, due to my own ignorance, the batteries were all dead when I tried to leave. Intending to call my husband, I redialed the last called number and it was George! He could tell I was upset and he asked what was wrong. After I explained he insisted that I wasn’t far away and he would be right there. He came in the middle of the day and explained what I did wrong, and got me going again!! WOW- what a guy! We’ll never go anywhere else!

George and his team are amazing! We have taken our RV there multiple times for repairs and tuneups, and each time it has come back perfect! I would recommend them to anyone!

We called to get an estimate on our van. The owner told us he could have it in 2 days. A week went by and still no estimate. So he persist that he was doing all this work and we never told him to do anything to it. We just needed an estimate. He got upset and said Im just putting it back together and for use to come and get it. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. When we got it back it looked like he just threw it together. Our passenger window know longer worked. Screws were not even put back . Just one big sloppy mess. SO JUST BEWARE BECAUSE HIS FAVORITE WORDS ARE I STAND BEHIND MY WORK.. come to find out he went in the passenger door and unplug the window and never even plug it back.

Took a Class A to them in spring after reading the reviews on the company. George and his team are definitely on top of their game. Fair pricing, excellent turnaround time and great communication regarding their diagnosis and solutions for the problems. Will be going back soon to get tires and winterized. We were driving our RV to Maine and our house power went out along the way. Although Premier was booked up for the next 5 days George listened to our situation and said he would get us fixed up because thats what they do. And thats what he did, within an hour and we were on our way. George is not just a good hes a GREAT Samaritan and a very knowledgeable electrician!

My RV would not start when picking it up from winter storage. It was my first time using Premier RV Service. I called and talked to George. His shop was only about a mile away from our storage lot, and he actually came to our site to help troubleshoot the problem. I had it towed to his shop and it turned out to be a bad fuel pump. Premier is very knowledgeable about RVs and took care of it like it was their own. They even cleaned the mud off the floor that I left. Very pleased with their customer service and craftsmanship!

For both my work truck and personal vehicle, I dont use anybody other than George for anything. First of all, this is the first place Ive ever gone to get a vehicle worked on for anything -- you actually want to wait there for it to be finished. The whole time youre entertained, and when the work is done, you find yourself saying, Dang, its already time to go!?As for the workmanship, its honestly second to none. I travel the country for work, and I only let Premier work on my vehicles because I know theyre done right and honestly without any shortcuts. My biggest complaint about George and his business is that, whenever Im across the country and need something done, his attention to detail and transparency in his work always leaves me unsure about when Im stuck having to use somebody else. Honestly. I find myself calling him from out of state to get his opinion before I do anything every time.My biggest deterrent with any automotive service, is that you always feel like theyre assuming you dont know what theyre doing and that youre being taken advantage of. Georges best strength is that he makes you feel like a lifelong friend, tells you everything hes doing, and does it well. Id drive out of my way to use his business. Highly recommend!

We love these people. Our RV broke down on I271 outside of Medina Ohio late one afternoon. We knew we had to find a shop that would be able handle our larger frame. We found George and his shop. They found someone to tow our cargo trailer to his shop as well as allowing us to plug up. He rearranged so he could see use 1st that next morning. He even drove us over to get groceries and dog food. And to top things off - their work was superior. We would highly recommend them.

Broke down with our RV. He said it would be 2 days before he could look at it, but over the phone gave good instructions to get us limped into his shop. Then they took a look almost right away. Since it required more than a quick fix, he told us about a great camp ground (Pier Lon) not too far away, and about some good restaurants. It took 11 days to get us back on the road because Freightliner sent our parts to the wrong state. George communicated well with us, and did all he could to get us going again as soon as possible. He was more than fair with pricing. We feel like we met a trusted friend. We will be back for a visit to the area. George is a wealth of information about the area. A real good will ambassador for Medina.

These people are great!!!!! They saved us. We we were stuck on the interstate when the transmission went out in my RV. Every place we called said that they couldn’t get to us for 2-3 weeks. We travel for a living so this was devastating. George told us that he couldn’t leave us stranded and told us to have our RV towed to him. He had us out the door in 3 days and that included him having the transmission shipped in. What great, great people! I can not say enough good things about them.

Being a longtime RV owner, Ive taken my RV to numerous service providers. I always came away from service appointments angry, frustrated, and feeling taken by poor work, poor attitude, poor communication, long wait times and outrageous pricing. Until - I arrived at Premier. Let me just say, George and his outfit are not only miracle workers, but exceed all expectations in terms of quality, responsiveness, value and attitude. After fortunately breaking down close to my parents in our Damon Astoria, we were blessed to get ahold of George. He made room for our RV despite being full and squeezed us in within a week for repairs. They did a thorough job and got us back on the road so we could get home with our 4 kids. We broke down on a Sunday and no one was open to help us. We showed up at Premier at 8:00am Monday morning desperate for help. George welcomed my husband and I, our daughter and our brand new puppy with open arms. He got us up and running and out of there by noon. We cant thank him enough for his generosity and hospitality!

George and his team got my RV fixed and when the job got difficult, they made it right!I brought my 30 foot fifth wheel RV in because the black water tank valve wasnt working properly. Premier replaced my valve and worked through issues to make sure the valve worked properly. It took a lot of extra work on their part and they made it right!Ill definitely be back for my RV Service needs

Its so hard to find a good mechanic and one that you can trust- let alone one you trust with a camper. George and the Premier team are just that. We stumbled upon Premier last year when we were looking for a shop that could handle some warranty repairs on our travel trailer. We had previously taken it back to the dealer, over an hour away, for service that wasnt done right. George and his team are good people and his years of experience and knowledge servicing the industry are evident. They were open and honest about the process, working with the manufacturer to get our camper fixed correctly and back on the road as quickly as possible, so we could enjoy the family trips we had planned without worry. We have never experienced such personal care and attention to detail at an automotive or RV shop like we have experienced here. Premier Automotive and RV lives up to its name!

Traveling through Medina and had my awning ripped off from a storm earlier in my trip. George determined what I needed, ordered the parts and replaced my awning. It took 2 weeks to build it, and 2 weeks for shipping. They spent additional hours for installation due to an electrical issue with the new awning, but did not charge me extra.I would highly recommend George at Premier auto and RV repair

My father(who will be 91 yo in Jan 2020) and I live in upstate NY, we spend our Winters in Wellton, Az. On our way to Az we stop in Shelbyville, In. to see my sister, both on way out and on way home. We had pulled into a parking area to walk the dogs, take a brake and check few things out. After checking transmission fluid I checked the oil, everything was good. When were ready to go I start RV and in shift indicator square it says change engine oil. Now everything was good when I checked it. Now I dont know what to do. I was worried about transmission, because of all the up and down shifting, but the oil doesnt have anything to do with transmission. I dont know what I should do. So I pull out manual and reading, reading and what I was thinking makes sense. But remember its me and my dad. Do I really want to brake down on the side of the road, so do I stay or do I go. Weve broke down before, roadside service is great but...so I call roadside service, she knows nothing about motors. I ask to talk to RV tech because the number is on back of card. She informs me I need to be platinum member to speak with tech. Oh really, I did speak to one but he sounded drunk and what I could make out was they were telling me they were coming to get us, but then nothing was open, Friday night after 5p, so because we were in parking area we were to stay there for the night and call at 6am. So I did call but they dont open til 9 a on Sat morning, I got answer service. I could have hurt someone by this time. Instead of calling them back I made some of my own phone calls. By chance George from Premier Automotive & RV Service answered his phone. We talked, I explained all of what was going on. He asked me some questions about our RV, how it was running and told me that we would be good for the 4 hr drive to my sisters. He then gave us his personal phone number and said Ill be your life line between here and your sisters. If you have any trouble you call me and Ill take care of you. Where did this man come from? He answered my questions without wanting me to pay for his answers. Then he asked me to make sure I called him to let him know we made. I did. George was such a great help and a relief. He was nice and concerned. He did suggest having the oil changed, which we did. To find someone like this to help you out and not expecting anything, gave me hope that there are still good people on the earth. Thank you George, so very much.

We had a major repair on our motorhome. George was extremely knowledgeable and we felt very confident in leaving it with him. We were thrilled with the end result. George is a perfectionist and brought our motorhome back to new condition. We highly recommend Premier Auto & RV.

Was super excited to find a closer place to have my generator fixed. George was super friendly and knowledgeable, was very understanding of the importance of the repair that was needed and had it done in no time.

We were driving our Monaco Dynasty from Texas to NY, when it overheated and wecwere stopped near Medina. George found the problem was a belt that needed to be replaced we were relieved that it was something simple. George began looking for a replacement and found it was obsolete... He worked tirelessly to find one for us... We couldnt be more pleased with the care and service we received. George even took us into town two different days while we waited(though he was very busy) and arranged for us to stay at a nearby campground (Pier-Lon) also a very nice place. We will go out of our way to bring our coach to him in the future. Great price as well.

We broke down in our 36 ft Motor home cooking through Ohio. Our Sideview mirror broke off and we couldnt drive on the highway. Preimium got us in right away and fixed it so good, itll never come off. I cant tell you how nice and friendly they were. Its the first time I enjoyed breaking down. They got us out as fast as they could. I recommend them very much.
