It was great, everything I needed with nice friendly people willing to help you.

I usually love this store :) but today was a bit different... i went in and grabbed my items, then when i was being rung up i asked the guy at the counter (not sure of his name, as he wasn’t wearing a nametag, of course lol) if he had something in stock. i was a bit nervous and he kept rushing me and seemed irritated that i even was asking him to do his job. he just kept rushing me like he had something else to do and making me feel bad for asking... it was very embarrassing for me. otherwise, a fine store. i dislike that it is pretty much my only choice to find DVDs in medford, because i’d rather give my money to a place with kinder and more understanding employees.

The foster home guys love this store they have a Great selection of movies and music I was able to find some that my sister wanted for a very good price. If I had the time I would have enjoyed going through their music selection. Their prices are great. The customer service is great.

We purchased House M.D. Season 6 (Used/shrink-wrapped) at the Medford, OR location inside the Rogue Valley Mall over 7 months ago before we moved back to Wisconsin. Upon finally opening we found Disk 1 was missing. I contacted Sam Goody and they took down my information and said they would look for it. Less than a week later I received Disk 1 in the mail. THEY ARE AWESOME!!!

WAY TOO OVER PRICED

Sam Goody is a fun store. I mainly come here for Funko Pop figures and cool T-Shirts but they also have a great variety of candy from Japan. The staff is pretty friendly and the store is organized well and usually has themed displays featuring whatever Marvel movie is the current film in theaters, as well as displays for hot television shows. I recommend this place to any collector looking for the perfect addition to their collections.

Good store. Nice selection. The clerk putting merchandise out needs to learn how to better talk to people. He was rude to my son because he touched a container of wall pegs for his display.Yeah he shouldnt of touched them,but people skills go a long way. Especially in retail.

I just went into Sam Goody in the mall and received the most amazing help from Chris. I had an old school question about an MP3 player and he was so kind, helpful and professional and even went online to help me find one that was the best option for what I was looking for. It is hard to find such quality service these days so I have fyi say that I am so impressed. Thank you Chris and Sam Goody for the outstanding customer service. Your store will now be my go to!!!!!

This is our favourite store in the Rogue Valley Mall. We love coming here every month to check out what movies they have. We always bring a list!

Im happy this store hasnt gone the way of Blockbuster in our fiercely digital age. You can even sell your old discs for extra cash.

Went in for nostalgia purposes. Im 33 and used to love going to this store as a teen. Havent seen one in about 13 years. Felt like it had a bunch more pop culture toys and nick nacks than I remember but I guess its a necessary evil since the CD and DVD market isnt what it used to be. Its essentially an FYE.

The last living place to purchase CDs that arent censored and they will try to order it if they dont have what you want there. Lots of geek memorabilia, too. And movies galore

It use to be alit better they had all kinds of CDs records and stuff now they bass there store on movies collectables electronics and other stuff

One of my favorite stores to go to when and if i can ever get lucky enough to find myself in this direction. Such a cool variety of tandom electronics, collectables, shirts, music and comic/cartoon misc. And good prices.

Awesome place to go in the Rogue Valley Mall, to see all kinds of things. Books, CDs, vinyls, many different items for cell phones and accessories. You can put your name in to save something, or if they do not have something, they might be able to order it for you.

Nostalgia for the middle aged, plus movies, music and games of all kinds. I love their selection on Japanese candy!

I am so happy this place still sells CDs!!! Thats all that matters to me. They also have a section of Asian candy(I think Im right on that) with fun new candy and drinks from other cultures. Its different than many other stores. And the staff is very friendly. Thank you for supporting CDs. They used to be a way to show your love for your favorite artist.

Awesome store great deals very surprised with the essence and welcoming vibe of the place it made me want to grab my coziest blanket heat a cup of tea and open a book.

There is a lot of neat stuff. It would be impossible to look around and not find something that you or someone you know would like. I always thought of Sam Goody as a music/movie/media store, so seeing face masks and pickles on the shelves is really weird. The items are more expensive than the are online and finding help is difficult.

Its an okay Place could use a different taste in music though

I love coming to this place whether it is to pick up a new movie when they have $5 dvds. Or to look at new crazy character merch in the store. I like this place except for one thing... some of the clerks here can be douches if you tell them you dont want to join there discount subscription. And they will try tp convince you otherwise even if you say no and proceed to get a stick up there ass.

Good place mostly checkout people can be rude as hell depending on who it is I had my back pack searched once because I brought a backpack in and they wanted to make sure I didnt :steal: anything and put it in my back pack then they said I wasnt welcome there anymore even though they didnt find anything and the i ended up filling a complaint amd getting those people fired amd I can ship their again but I just think that if your in customer service you should be nice and outgoing and friendly anything where you have to deal with people you should be friendly not a price of cheap who accuses you of stealing because you brought a back pack in so stupid women carry purses and that dosent happen to them but a man cant have a backpack in the store? that makes no sense whatsoever. so all in all be careful bringing a backpack in and try and look for a friendly looking teller

Pricey corporate sellout store with some rare anime and albums like the lost tracks of Danzig. Decent place, only real complaints are you pay full price, and this is complaint 2: bc its at the mall. The mall sucks, imso.

I noticed alot less compact discs (C.D.s) displayed. I searched for an album as a gift and it was not there after yet there is a great selection of other comic and entertainment materials. The Rouge Valley needs a VINTAGE STOCK!!
