From the Lady who answers the Phone, to Brian who bid our Job, The Electricians who came and hooked up my Generator and replaced my Main Electrical Panel; This is a Triple A/ 5 Star group of Professionals! We allowed a friend to park her RV on our property and needed to have a 30 Amp service installed so they could run their A/C in these hot days. Our need was time sensitive. We called around and were recommended to Winters Electric. They are extremely booked and we set an appointment for this coming Monday, 4 days away. We wanted it done sooner but left that in place. A short time after my phone call to Sharon at Winters Electric, she called back saying that Brian arranged to come this afternoon. He stopped and listened, explaining what the options could be for location of the receptacle and logistics. Then said the comforting phrase...we can do this. We were excited and looking forward to the Monday appointment. Then to our surprise, we got the call that they were able to adjust the schedule and would be sending out their electricians within 30 minutes. Rico and his hardworking teammate showed up when promised. It was over 90 degrees and they got right to work. One under the house running the cable while the other worked on the power box. The next thing we know they had the RV power cable plugged in and asked us to confirm that it was OK. Every person involved in this process was Efficient, Professional, Personable and Caring. We highly recommend them and wont hesitate to call on them in the future.

In the past, Ive had Winters Electric install a new breaker box, move electric service in roof, install lighting fixture. Recently they installed a 20Amp service and outlet to hook up ductless heating and air in my home. The electricians and estimator, Brian, have always been courteous, professional, and have done a great job! The receptionists are polite and great to work with as well. We have worked with them close to 10 years and will coninue to use them as our electricians in the future! Thank you Winters Electric!!

Winters Electric is fantastic! So easy to work with! Rico and Skyler installed a light fixture and added some cans to our office and did a wonderful job. They were professional, friendly, and funny! We enjoyed having them in our office.

I called Winters Electric because of their great reviews. Now I know why they have great reviews. The technician Rico that came out to my home was on time, knowledgeable, fixed a couple of other minor things while he was here along with installing two new outdoor sensor security light fixtures for me that I purchased. He wired up some new wiring and light box in my shed and replaced the outside receptacle to the shed and installed the weather protected cover over that. He did an outstanding job. Everything nice and neat, cleaned up any mess he made. Everything works great!! Now I feel safe and sound in my home and can see inside my she shed at night! Totally recommend this company 100%. And if I have any more electrical problems....which no doubt I will in my 1971 manufactured home...I will be calling Winters Electric out again. Thank you so much for the excellent service. Good help is hard to find.

Called on February 3, 2017 with a request for service on some of our home outlets. I was advised they were backed up and that I would be contacted the week of February 20th. Never heard from them. I called them today, March 3rd, and was advised they had no record of my contact with them on the schedule. Im now moving on to a different business with my request, hopefully one that will actually follow through. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND WINTERS ELECTRIC.
