Called about a issue with my snowmobile, was under warranty and they pulled a sled off the lift and had mine done in less than 3:hrs. Top knotch service

I bought a couple lower end used sleds from them, both had a couple problems, we found out on our first trip. The guys took great care of us and there attitudes where top notch. Fixed my sleds timely and did a great job. Will be purchasing an upgraded machine either next season or the year after thanks.

Our local Polaris dealer always feel welcomed

Based on the model riding mower, they ordered a replacement part. It turned out to be the wrong part/did not to fit and they charged a 15% restocking fee. They wanted to reorder the correct part for more money. Went to Napa and got the correct part for under $10, a 80% savings.

The guys here are great and Danna is very good to deal with for Polaris parts.

I called to have the fluids changed on my Kubota tractor. I wish I could remember his name, but the guy on the line asked how many hours I had on the new tractor. Then he told me, save your money. You dont need a fluid change yet. Then he went on to give me all sorts of great advice on how to care for my machine. I wish all businesses were this honest. This is the way business should be done. I will be a customer for life, and my tractor for even longer.
