I thought I had a problem with my tractor, so I gave them a call and spoke with Jeff Reed. He was able to find a tech in the area and sent him over the same day. These guys were great to work with. Jeff was very professional and willing to do whatever it took to fix the problem. Jake the technician was quick to remedy the problem. It turns out it was operator error and he give me advice for the next time. These guys were great to work with.

Awesome place! Was in and out in minutes the day before Thanksgiving emailed back in forth with Robert and he even came in on his day off (Saturday they are closed weekends) so I could pick up my tractor. I realized after it was home that one tire had dry cracks. I shot Robert and email he asked for a picture and the tech was out Tuesday with a new wheel and tire. Great place to purchase John Deere products!

I came in to purchase a new 2032R with a front end loader and mower. Burt was the sales person who approached us.Burt said he would work up a deal for us and arrange delivery on Monday the next week. He told me to bring in 4 gallons of antifreeze on Saturday and he would prep the machine.Flash forward to Monday Burt wouldnt return my calls. I finally get him on the phone and he tells me it will be a couple more days. Well, after a couple more days he still wont return my calls. Completely ignored by Pape Machinery.They lost a 25-30 thousand dollar sale and my business forever at this point. I feel completely put off and disgusted with their lack of customer service and they basically stole my $40 worth of antifreeze.I decided to buy an orange tractor and I’m really glad I did!!!

We just purchased a JD 1025R from Pape. The service was excellent! The staff were all super courteous to both me and my wife. Robert was our salesperson, and he personally delivered the tractor to our home at 7PM one evening.

I have had a series of EXCELLENT experiences with Pape Machinery in Central Point. Robert in sales has been exceptionally helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable. The rest of the staff I met was also very friendly. I am thrilled with my new John Deere 4052M tractor. Having compared it to all of the competition, its hands down the winner in quality, and the price is competitive. And nothing is more beautiful than a green John Deere tractor! (Except for my wife!)

If you want new John Deere machinery in southern Oregon, this is the place to go. Robert provided excellent service and a great deal on all the equipment we needed. All the staff is extremely knowledgeable and provided us with on-site service and basic training. That being said, Pape is very understaffed and since each customer gets uninterrupted service, be prepared to get in line. Depending on what time of year you come, the line may be very long.

Im very frustrated with the lack of customer service. I took my d110 lawn mower in on Monday because it needed a new deck. I also brought back an air filter they sold me which was the wrong one. Reece said it would cost around $700.00 for parts and labor. By Thursday still didnt hear from them so i called to see what the status was. I was told I could pick it up at 4. My bill was 950.00 because they had to modify the new deck because they ordered the wrong one so they charged me extra and didnt even tell me to let me know before they did the work. Also charged me for the new air filter and added on labor hours to find it. So unprofessional and dishonest. I would never go there again.

Order a part with the service manager, am notified to come pick it up, arrive to find the part unavailable, aka out of stock, and the manager is off to lunch and left no instructions with anyone where the one part that had come in was. It is good to know that business is so good with Pape, they can run a slop shop parts desk.

Absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had in my entire life as a farmer. I would buy an old stubborn mule and a plow with a broken handle to pull behind it before ever trying to deal with these guys again. Worst customer service ever. I walked in wanting to buy a $100,000 tractor and was treated horribly. I stood around for over two hours with them saying be right with you. And dont complain to them, theyll just ask you to leave. I am headed to the Kubota dealership.

Unfortunately my experience was very flustrating. My sales person Robert would not return my calls. It took 10 days for him to get back to me and per the parts guy this was the norm. I purchased a John Deere 485 backhoe to be installed on a 3320 tractor. When I was scheduled for pickup I asked for a demonstration and the back hoe would not perform as designed. I drove back home and waited for it to get resolved. Two days later I returned for pickup and was told the tractor was loaded and ready to roll. Well I spent an hour getting my trailer and tractor securely tied down before departing.Obtw... I ordered a 16 bucket and got a 18 and was told by Robert that John Deere doesnt make on for this back hoe. They surely do!I am a John Deere fan so I rolled with the punches but was not impressed with any of this. I did not feel like a customer but someone in the way.Disappointed

Hands down the worse company in Medford. I called asking to speak to someone about my warranty, I get transferred to a lady to only covers another County. I had to call back and Justine answered again telling me the person who was in service no longer works there they are short people and have no one to help me. Seriously?! You transferred me knowing you were transferring me to the wrong person. She seemed super annoyed when I asked her to find someone who could help me figure out if the issues me 6 month old lawnmower is having is covered under my warranty. This is about my 3rd bad encounter with them in the last 3 months.

I dont have time to list all of my complaints that go back 8 years beginning with the experts selling me a machine that is way too small for the job I described..I told the guy it was not a matter of money... older woman with no knowledge I depended on them to give me the right machine for the job... so I struggle with the wrong machine... . Long list of complaints even rudeness on phone when all I needed was a mower blade bolt they did not have. Now it seems worse combined with Pape.
