Her title is literally “Helpful Person” and in no time it’s obvious why, she embraces it, it’s who she is!And of course, with his many years of experience Gavin is still the man regarding all things hot tub.Honestly, I’ve never had a reason to shop elsewhere!

I was looking for some shock oxidizer for my hot tub and I also needed two other products. The gentleman working there was very helpful at getting me the products I needed because I was not familiar with the brand of products they carried. They are definitely my go-to spot for spa maintenance.

We ended up canceling our purchase here. We called 3 different times and never got a return call. We eventually had to go in and see what was happening. Originally we were told delivery would be in 6-7 months. July was 7 months, they then said it MIGHT be October. I dont know many people willing to wait an entire calendar year for a 7,000$ product. There are now other places in the valley with tubs in stock. We received our refund, but the customer service overall could use some help

Gavin is a wealth of knowledge. This guy knows his subject well and will get you the best relaxation products available hot tub, swim spa or sauna.

So I initially gave them a 1-Star rating and at that time they deserved it. For several weeks we could not convince the customer service person on the phone that we had a defective ozone generator that needed to be replaced on a brand new tub. However, we finally got the attention of someone at HQ and then things really began to change. Since then, they have put a lot of time and effort into trying to fix our problems and doing it with a smile. The defective ozone generator has been replaced, the tub was drained, cleaned and scrubbed til it sparkled and the missing stairs and lid lifter were delivered and installed. Actually, the lid lifter was upgraded at no extra cost. This business changed hands a few months ago and maybe that contributed to the problem, but they have really made an effort to take care of us. Sometimes it takes something like this for everyone in the chain to re-learn the lessons of customer care, but I think these folks really want to do things right.

The installation of a spa was partially completed on time and efficiently. However, the product arrived missing an electrical component which was rectified several days later. This Hotspring spa chlorine function has NEVER worked. I have replaced the cartridge several time to no avail. I have had to add chlorine granules manually which is a great disappointment. This was a $9k investment and I expected it to perform as advertised.

I recently bought a used spa from Facebook and came here for some supplies. They didn’t forcefully upsell me but still offered me a ton of choices for my needs. Not only did they answer every single question I had and then some, Gavin and Mariah both went above and beyond to help me get a good value on my new hot tub supplies and they’re both exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly too! I felt right at home and important to them even though they weren’t making a commission off selling me a brand new tub. I love that they both said “I don’t know but let me find out” instead of just feeding me a line of bologna. I’ll be back here for anything I need and they’ve earned my business when it’s time for a brand new tub down the line. I really can’t recommend them enough, I had a truly wonderful experience and learned a lot too. Thank you to the wonderful staff here, you’ll definitely be taken care of if you choose them too!

Great spa, great people. Happy with both sales and set-up folks. The only suggestion is to encourage or supply the Clean Screen product for use with well water. On our first 3 month drain and refill we used Clean Screen as a pre-filter/conditioner and found the water sparkling like never before.

THE BEST!!! Our Jetsetter is a great hot tub, and the warranty is unbelievable. Weve had the hot tub for 3 1/2 years, and all repairs (not that it needed many) are still free. Add Peter, the technician, who is the best as well, and we couldnt be more satisfied.

Great experience from start to finish. Gavin is the legend, for his spa knowledge and his magnificent beard! Bought in November of 17 and we use it everyday. Now we are moving and the staff is relocating the hot tub for us at a very reasonable price. We couldnt be happier with the product itself, which has been flawless, and the service of the staff. They gave us an excellent recommendation for an electrician also.

I love my Hot Springs Spa, and Gordon and Elaine are very helpful with my continued questions. Gordon is knowledgeable about new products and methods to help us reduce our need for chlorine. He is passionate about spas! Service definitely continues after the spa purchase. Gordon and Elaine are helpful members of the Rogue Valley Community who have spearheaded Hot Springs Spa donations for disabled veterans. Their belly dance studio/store next door is really nifty, too.

Bought about a year ago based on referral. Very happy w product and customer service. Had one issue recently but they came out same day to repair. Highly recommend.

:(Part broke after less than a year. They replaced the part. Said I had to deal with the installation of the part. Such things as: We fulfilled our part of the deal. The part broke, we replaced the part. We cant install it because were not certified. Even though it was their part that broke Anything between the customer and the electrician is the customers responsibility. Also Im not an electrician, but heres how an electrician should do it, So the $225 bill for replacing THEIR broken part (that was less than a year old) goes to the customer. They will replace your part, but its up to you to figure out what to do from there. Really sad and frustrated that we bought our hot tub here. Edit: they tried to reach out, AFTER I left a review. I do not wish to speak to them after all this frustration. Id gladly pay the $225 to not deal with them again. I rarely leave negative reviews, but they earned it.:(

I was looking for different hot tub stores online when Hot Spring Spas popped up and they had exactly what I wanted at a price even lower then I expected. They took a special order for me too so I got the exact color I wanted. It was even delivered fast (which I was not expecting because of the special order.) The guys then came and installed it and everything is fabulous.
