Friendly and knowledgeable employees, great service. Might be able to find chemicals for spas cheaper elsewhere though. They know their stuff. Would definitely go back.

I would not recommend this place. They say one thing and do another. I hate when John told me today that they do not deliver I not even in town. Well here is my MAJOR PROBLEM. I am 3 hour drive away. We would not have bought from you we would have sent a different direction.

These folks and this company is the one you were looking for. We purchased our spa from them over 19 yrs ago and it is still running strong. Knowledgeable, courteous, fun people. They helped me upgrade what I was going to buy in a spa cover and pool pump/filter, get a rebate, and pay very little more for much better quality. Versus a moderate level cover, I got a high quality cover for the same price. In addition, vs a 2 yr limited warranty that may or may not hold up regarding an internet company and I would have to ship it to them. I have a 5 yr warranty w/ a local company that is comprehensive and they will come fix it if need be. Need extra material for the cover in case it gets torn? No problem. With a double herniation of the back, I need a lifter to help me lift it, no problem. My 6 yr old lifts it now. Spend $180 on a cheap pool pump/ filter system that will last a year or two? Why when John and his crew will get me a pump/ filter w/ twice the hp, 3-5 times the life, and it will cost me $60 more. Any more and you will think I am a relative but I am not. Trust an anonymous reviewer who is very critical of quality and service.Call John and the Accent folks first, you wont be disappointed

The absolute best spa company in southern Oregon period! Some people just have no clue when they are around good humans and it shows, These folks are great! We hired them a while back to do some repairs on a old hottub we had and after they went out of their way to help us we ended up purchasing a tub from them. We always felt like they cared about us and still do to this day! Might swing in just to say hello later!

Down to earth salespeople that really explain a lot about what theyre doing. I felt like I was treated fairly and honestly. Will definitely go back

Came here looking for what is likely to be an obsolete diverter valve. These guys went way beyond what I could have hoped for, to try to identify and find the valve. When all was striking out, they recommended a local plumber with the 30 years experience that might know it. Amazing service, and I couldnt be more grateful for their efforts. I wont hesitate to recommend them or call upon them in the future.

Very pleased with the service of this company and it’s employees, The receptionist was very kind, set the appointment with Greg to come look at our spa that has been leaking since we bought it a year ago from rogue valley spa in Grants pass who never came to fix the hot tub we purchased from them. I cant say enough about the service and staff at Accent Spa. From the minute I walked in the door untilI I received my spa. They were willing to hold it for me until my deck was completed, they came out twice to set me up. Their warranty and set up is amazing!!! They will even come back when it is time to change the water. Could not be any happier with the whole experience. Everyone is so great, helpful and pleasant to work with. Thnk you all. We got off to a rocky start because they werent communicating with Bullfrog and there were unexpected delays. However, since then they have worked hard to make sure our STIL5 is installed correctly and working great.

I cant say enough good about our experience with Accent Spas! We LOVE LOVE LOVE our new Artesian Grand Bahama Spa. The seats are super comfortable! We were able to do a wet test before we bought it and LOVED the powerful jets that you can adjust to whatever pressure you prefer. My favorite thing to do to unwind each day is to get in the spa with the colored lights and listen to music from the awesome Bluetooth speakers. If you are wondering if the speakers are worth the upgrade - definate yes! I have struggled with back issues for years. This has helped immensely! The delivery boys got it into our backyard amazingly! It was a very tight squeeze! And one was under the weather. The owner called us after several days to make sure all was well. We had a simple question and he helped us out! Shop Accent!

We purchased a Bullfrog hot tub from Accent Spas and it has been the BEST choice ever.We have 4 small children and it is incredible to spend such high-quality, relaxing (calming for the kids), family time.... and under the stars!What more could you ask for? No devices, except for the phone to bluetooth our music from (sitting by the hot tub) and hanging out together for PRIME family time.We went to every hot tub dealer in Medford and Accent Spas, by far, was the best. They were so helpful; from selecting our spa to installing it, getting the settings to efficient mode and how to take care of the water, and recently to figuring out how to connect our music via app.You can tell they create lifetime customers... we sure will be one!

Very friendly staff, I didnt feel pressured to buy on the spot. Answered all of my questions and I felt the prices were very fair. I ended up buying a bullfrog spa from them and they continued to be friendly and professional throughout the entire process during the delivery and after when I had some follow up questions.
