Quality service, great attitude lots of knowledge

I will say these guys do process you quick when buying a weapon, but they definitely are not by any means personable and that is fine I guess, other than overpriced Ammo and some of there revolvers being a $100. or more over the price of many other places they almost always have at least a box of ammo (specific to the gun you choose) to sell you with your purchase...

Good people easy to deal with and and they make buying a weapon quick and easy - but they tend to be 25-30% higher cost in pistols and 25 to 50% higher in ammo cost......

The workers and owners are very nice and helpful. They have a wide variety, and if they dont have what Im looking for, they work hard to get it for me as quickly as possible.

This place has a wide selection of guns and ammo, but the guys there didnt seem to know what they were talking about. Couldnt answer basic questions about their products. Service wasnt great.

I have purchased ammo, gun parts, and a gun at Good Guys Guns. I have friends and even relatives who shop there as well. Good Guys Guns ALWAYS has good deals on guns, new and used. Whatever your price range, you will find a gun there. One time I purchased a handgun at Sportsmans Warehouse without checking with Good Guys Guns. The next day I called Good Guys Guns and asked for the price of the same gun, it was $50 cheaper! I wont make that mistake again! I would highly suggest you check here when looking for a handgun or rifle.

I went in to buy a hand gun yesterday and the service was out of this world fantastic. The person who helped me was very patient and answered all of my questions. I would give them my business any day. I left with my new gun and all of the supplies I needed and will happily return when I need anything else. These guys rock!

Large selection of guns and supplies with a gunsmith on hand. Good prices on ammo but nothing in bulk for range days. Prices are fair staff are nice to deal with.A message to California customers DO NOT CALL THESE GUYS TO DO A TRANSFER THEY ARE REALLY TIRED OF YOU FOLKS TRYING TO GET GUNS THAT ARE ILLIGAL IN CA.Im told a day doesnt go by that someone tries to use them as an accessory to breaking ca gun laws. Just do what I did people...move out of California.

Great place, great people. Lower prices than most places around and far superior customer service than the other stores. They are quick and precise. I dont know if the other reviews were for a different store, but I get great service everytime I go in and have since the first time.

Im am sorry, I seen that the Open sign was on, and it was between the hours posted on your door. Forgive me for not thinking you were closed for business, and for walking into your store. I would have apologized in person, but no one behind your counter seemed interested in speaking to me, so I just left.I had gone in with the intention of looking at a new carry pistol, but the complete lack of service stopped that from happening. I have heard of locations giving poor customer service, but I think I would have taken poor customer service over zero customer service. At least that would have shown you acknowledged my entering your establishment.I purchased a firearm from one of the employees at a gun show, and he was very pleasant. I actually went home and checked my receipt of that purchase just to make sure I had gone into the right store. The two experiences between the gun show and your store are night an day! I have never seen a business not want to do business before, not at the level displayed in your store.It is a shame really, as this was the second time I walked into your store and experienced your customer service. The first time in store I was willing to give you a pass, because of my experience at the gun show. It became more than clear the second visit that it is simply how you conduct yourselves.Maybe the owner/boss was out both times and the children were left to run free, whatever the reason for both experiences, I wont be subjecting myself to a 3rd. I have taken my business elsewhere.

I have purchased a couple of firearms from Good Guys and I am not sure why they have any bad reviews. Every time I have been into the shop there has always been someone willing to help me and answer any questions. They have a large selection and if they dont have what you are looking for they can order it. You guys have earned a loyal customer.

They had the best price I could find on the gun I wanted and they had most the parts I wanted for my gun. He installed them for me without a service charge. All tho one of the parts was the wrong one for my gun he returned it without any hassel. I would buy from them again. O ya they have some of the best deals on .22 LR ammo around too.

Honest and friendly people. Great selection and good prices. They will not try to price gouge you like other stores. One of the best, if not the best gun store in the Medford area. Make sure to not get Good Guys Guns mixed up with the similar sounding Guns R Us store which charged me $750 on a rifle worth $600! Ill never shop there again! Good Guys Guns really are the good guys, I recommend them.

Dan and his son are professional. Dan never fails to fill an order. Their staff is friendly. They have a good selection of firearms and accessories. What they dont have, they will get for you. They also give firearms training classes.

No idea how “Good Guys” stays in business. Been there twice, and neither time was I ever acknowledged after standing around for some time, and they were not especially busy. I literally stood there waiting to be helped and the guy behind the counter kept shooting the breeze with the patron already there. I am all for first come, first served but how about “Hey, I’ll be right with you”, or something? Sadly there was a younger kid working up front and a lady doing something in the back that likewise didn’t say one word. Had the good fortune to experience Black Flag inMedford today. Customer service is clearly their focus; I will be giving them my business from now on.

Guys in there werent very friendly, could tell they were not interested in helping anyone who wasnt a regular. Tried twice to look at what they had and had the same experience both times. Wont be back.

Been in 3x throughout the last 4 years. First two times customer service was ssoooo bad. First time i was completely ignored. Second time time when i asked to be helped guy behind counter growled something about lunch and proceeded to eat at the counter. Third time(desperate for a particular round) a yoing guy working was pretty polite and helpful. He is why i gave 2 stars instead of one.

Very unfriendly service in gun department. 3 people behind counter and no one will acknowledge your presence. Older gentleman is either rude or has dementia. Prices are no better than the big chains. The big chains are at least polite to you. Go elsewhere.

I have wait a week for them to get their act together. All for a rifle they said was in stock. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

Ive purchased several guns from these guys, 3 handguns at their old location 1 rifle at the new one, Im not sure what the precise definition of loyal customer is, but I like to think Im at least close. Its been a downhill slide for them in customer service. Ive wandered in several times over the last year and each time the experience has been worse than the last. Most recently I asked how a Rock Island .45 compared to the Kimber .45 next to it, I got nothing but a glare from the older guy (awkward!) and the large guy simply growled they both go bang and a bullet comes out... Wow! sorry to have bothered you good guys, quick question, are you interested in selling any guns or should I just quit bothering you? After that, there was some wierdo stalking me through the rest of store with his hand ON the the grip of the gun in his waistband... are you kidding me? There are plenty of other places in town to go to, save yourself the trouble and avoid this place.

Buyer Beware. Made several purchases at GGG. Recently they charged me twice & would not help me. Needless to say, I will not set foot inside.
