Id give these guys 10stars if I could. Everyone there is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. I was looking for a magnifier for my rifle and they didnt have any in stock but they went and got there personal rifles because he had what I was looking for on his. The vast majority of the gun shops in the valley all seem to be stuck up, rude and over priced. These guys are the opposite 10xs over. I can say with certainty I will be back!!

If you are looking for a conceal carry class look no further than Black Flag Armory partnered with Nate Rose. Unlike the other conceal classes I have attended there was actual training and drills out on the range to take the information they had given you in the classroom and turn it into hands on experience with your gun. Whether you have experience with guns or are a first time gun owner, I would highly recommend this class to anyone interested in getting their concealed carry.

2 Great experiences at BFA now. They helped me pick out just the right pistol, not the most expensive. And very recently they helped me understand and select a long gun and scope which was a very good deal. For me, what made the service exceptional is that they cater to raw novices as well as experienced marksmen. Apparently they get a large proportion of their business from novices and it shows; they patiently worked with me on my dumb questions and did not take advantage of me. Great selection and quality for the size of the current shop. Highly recommended - support your local independent business.

Good service but terrible price gouging on ammunition. Unless you truly believe manufacturers have hiked up prices 4-5x what they were before (for example, 9mm used to be .12 cents a round, now black flag is selling it for .48 cents a round), they are seriously raising prices and making a killing on people desperate for ammunition. I have listed a few more prices below so you know to buy online if/when you can find it cheaper.Steel 9mm: .38 cprBrass 9mm: .48 cpr223/556: .58-.62 cprPerhaps this is truly what it has come to, but these prices are astronomical.

I dont think I have ever ben to a gun store that didnt have anything I ever need and took them 2 months to get me 2 mags on order I would have to say I am being generous with 2 stars all bad experience so far and I keep trying to give them a chance and the out come is always the same

Last week I was looking for a particular ammo and I called everywhere, I mean everywhere and then I got ahold of this place and they made a customer for life...they gave me, not sold me, but gave me exactly what I was looking for...and Baby it worked B-E-A-UTIFUL, I hope to be there every Friday (they get ammo in) to give them my money and business. even though i am disabled and its a trek for me, its hard to find good service, especially when most all of the locally owned gun stores gouge ammo prices by 3 to 5 times the going rate or even more - hell man i went to one shop that wanted $50 for 275count 22lr and another that wanted $125. for 50count of 45 long colt and another that wanted $35 for 5 count 410., you gotta be nuts to pay those prices, never again.... These guys are on top of it! Very friendly and always ready to make the experience fun and enjoyable.The were willing to meet me at my convenience to do a private transfer when there were no other places available or open at the time, they were happy to meet me after 7pm to do the transaction. 2 weeks later, I received a HAND WRITTEN thank you letter! They even remembered the conversation we had about meeting up to go shooting sometime.On the way out, we were offered a smorgasbord of glock memorabilia and gear!Highly recommend for all of your 2nd ammendment needs.

These guys went above and beyond.. spent nearly 2 hours with me (a first time gun purchaser) going over everything to help me feel comfortable, and get the right gun for me. Everyone was so nice and helpful, the shop is really cool.. and I look forward to taking a CCW class with them soon.I drove almost an hour to visit this shop because of their great reviews, and I will continue to do so for anything I might need!

Went in to this place to buy a firearm. The staff there were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I was amazed by how quickly they got me in and out and even with a free box of ammo. Shop was clean and organized. I left very pleased. A week later they sent me a gift for shopping there. I wasnt expecting that which was pretty cool. So heres my gift to you. Go there to buy a firearm. Dont waist your time anywhere else.

This does not fit the stereotype of the typical Gun Shop. All of the staff is very patient and knowledgeable and answer all of my questions with enthusiasm and objectivity. Lowest FFL transfer fees around and they can order just about anything you need and dont judge you even when what you are buying is seemingly excessive. They give fair and balanced advice and let you make your own choices without condescension. I have visited dozens of gun shops in multiple states and this is hands down the best Ive ever experienced. They have certainly earned all of my business and referrals.

I will tell you this. They will do what ever than can to make it right. I purchased a gun on gun broker. It arrived in perfect condition but was missing some of the accessories noted in the listing. The owner cut me a check directly for the items I was suppose to receive. He even threw in some free decals. These are the type of people you love doing business with. Will buy from again. My dad went to sportmans with me to buy me a pistol as a gift. One of the guys behind the counter shouted and said i had a suspended license which was a complete lie infront of alot of customers which was scary to me because i feel like he would bumble a situation where someone who was trying to buy a gun illegally could. This store is way cooler and the people do not over react to patient people who are not scared handling the weapons. Limited gun and anmo supplies. Several ammos and guns were not available. I tried to contact them via email. No answer from them after I ask the gun information. Inside of the gun shop is dark - difficult to see. Staff were indifferent and unhelpful. I will never go there again.

I have struggled to find a good gun store in the valley for so long. I understand that trading guns can be a lose-lose situation at many gun stores. But at the same time finding a reputable gun store is worth it. Upon entering, I found the store to be very welcoming. I was offered complementary coffee while I waited. The customer service was great and I plan to make this my primary gun store. Id highly recommend these guys over the other gun stores in the valley.

They are low key and friendly, and you do not get the standard gun store ego when speaking to them about products. They clearly know their stuff, and walk the walk. They could not have made my firearms transfer any easier, and have earned my business. You are doing yourself a disservice if you do not go to them first for your firearms needs.

I purchased a rifle build kit from them on 3/1/20 among other things. Spent $500. Come to find out my build kit was missing multiple items including the (BCG) bolt carrier group. I called speaking to John. He insured me he would have in shipped out priority mail he said. Now 3/18/20 I havent received any mail! They wont return calls. Left me in the dark. Never doing business with them again. Horrible experience.

My son and I went in to the store the other day. There were so many customers that there was hardly any room to walk around or stand. I was on a mission with a purchase in mind so I let the crowd thin a little bit. Regardless of the number of customers both Erik and Riley asked me if we needed help. I told them I was going to buy a lower but was willing to wait until the crowd thinned. My son is 8 and got bored fairly quickly. I wouldnt let him hold everything in the store even though they were more than willing to let him, but he needs to be respectful and considerate of others and hasnt learned how to pick up or hold a fun in a small crowded store. Overall they were very friendly, approachable and understanding of my son who got to be overly enthusiastic about spinning around in their chairs. The prices are more than reasonable and I will be going to them again in the near future!
