Teach the staff how to make a cone, hard Ice cream or soft, another customer saw my 2 cones I had purchased laughed at them and her words were leaves little to be desired and she was right! Mine like a blob melting before I got it and my daughter just a plain mess.

Great ice cream but the 2 times I went recently I gave them my order and waited and waited and noticed the people who ordered behind me got their ice cream while I was still waiting.

This medford carvel is truly the best! We travel from middle island to here because they have the biggest selection of icecream as well as the greatest staff!

I got a Jr sized ice cream cone that was so melted it was folding over on itself. Couldnt really enjoy it because I was in constant drip triage mode. Taste was alright though.

ICE CREAM WAS DELICIOUS AS ALWAYS

They advertise new flavors in the window but they dont have them available. Completely misleading. Then, when you ask for a basic swirl of vanilla and chocolate, they laugh and say its unavailable. My advice, make the drive and go to a different one.

Rude and disrepect (3) workers on Sunday 7/19 at appox 1:40pm Serving people with no mask. Last time I will go to this Carvel .

No milkshakes or soft serve an hour before closing? It’s carvel, might as well just close at 9 if that’s the case. Rude service too. Will definitely drive further just for better service.

Came in about a half hour before closing. Three other customers were in the store before me they had already ordered and were almost ready to pay. My order was simple enough it took 15 minutes from the time I entered the store til I got my order paid and left. Not only did it take a ridiculously long time to get 2 large Banana Fosters Sundae Dashers but they were not even made correctly. Myself nor my husband got even halfway through before we both got grossed out and threw both of them away. What a waste of 18$. Worst experience at a Carvel EVER.

This location was my very first job i ever had. I was 15 years old it was the seventies. I was let go my first day. The owners drove me home and gave me a cake. I love carvel!

They always close earlier than the posted hours sign says, then when you question the kids that work there they say only packaged ice cream for sale the hour leading up to closing time

I grew up on Carvel and I was in the area and wanted Carvel which I can not get where I live. The ice cream machine was turned off after each cone and the ice cream was so soft that it melted. Not happy. Very disappointed

NOT VERY HAPPY, WAS THERE YESTERDAY. WORKER WAS MAKING ICE CREAM SANDWICHES WITH HER BARE HANDS, NOT VERY CLEAN. IT WAS DISGUSTING, HAD TO LEAVE. LOST A VERY LOYAL CUSTOMER.

Courteous and friendly service with a smile. I saw the sign with the butter cookie and pulled right off the road to get a bite. When I went in I was offered a free sample of their lotus biscoff butter cookie softserve ice cream which was delicious. It actually was the first day they were serving it again and for a limited time for the next couple of months. Very fitting since my birthday was yesterday. I took a milkshake, but the next time I go, I would get the softserve instead to enjoy the rich flavor.

Nice staff and clean. Ice cream is ok. Soft serve sucks. I love the idea of the Carvelanche but the ice cream is not good enough to pull it off. In Dairy Queen they serve the same thing (called the Blizzard) except they serve it to the customer upside down, to show it is still frozen. If Carvel did this the ice cream would be all over the floor. I worked in a Carvel a really long time ago and the ice cream quality was better then. There is something wrong with the soft serve. I cant wait until the DQ opens in November so I can avoid Carvel for a ice cream fix.

This place is horrible. Stood on line for about 10 minutes through the rush. People came after me but were served first, again thats ok I still waited. The store is empty only my children and I, I put my things on the counter and again wait. No one likes a impatient customer.... one employee walks past, the second employee walked past, and the third walk past no one says a word.... a group of people come in and the one girl immediately begins to serve them. 😡 I simply put my things back and left the store but its pretty sad that my 7 year old asked me why they did that to us... we simply went to the other one down the road in patchogue as we walked in we were greeted and helped right away.. much better service

I worked at carvel. I got panic attacks everyday, and spent my breaks crying, because of the job. I was then fired over the phone because there was one customer on their phone that i walked away from because she was being rude. To all the annoying and rude customers that come in everyday. No, i cannot make the machine work faster, no, i cant replace the ice cream that we ran out of. No, i dont just know what size you want that in im not a mind reader. And yes, you have to ask for a lid and a spoon if you want it. I know that customers are in a rush and all that jazz, but we do everything by hand. It takes time, so be god damn pacient. The staff will do everything they can to make you happy, but you dont have to be a duck about it
