I LOVE GAMESTOP AND EVER SINCE I WAS A CHILD I WANTED TO BUY GAMES FROM THERE AND I ORDERED A $60 WIRELESS CONTROLLER AND IT SAID IT WOULD BE HERE IN LIKE 3~4 DAYS AND TODAY IS THE DAY THAT IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED AND ITS NOT HERE BUT ANYWAYS ITS A GREAT STORE BUT IF I WERE YOU, ID BUY PRODUCTS THAT YOU CAN ACTUALLY SEE IN THE DISPLAY BOX OR CONTAINER BECAUSE IT MIGHT NOT GET DELIVERED TO YOU RIGHT AWAY BUT ANYWAYS THANKS GA.ESTOP FOR BEING A THING AND NOT GOING OUT OF BUSINESS! Didnt have what I wanted but the cashier was able to refer me to a different store and they did! Had a starved inventory and overall inflated prices for games but overall, nice place.

Gamestop is a timeless place to go for all of your video game needs. I picked up a wireless headset for my Xbox One my last trip in. The sales associate was super excited about video games!

I do not like video games whatsoever! But my 5-year-old son loves them! they offered help right off the bat and were very helpful for probably about a half an hour because I have no clue about different games different amiibos etc. Both of the girls there were polite super helpful and very friendly! I will definitely be going back there!

Love it here, turned in our old PS4 and got a refurbished PS4 Pro, associate was very clear that if there were any problems big or small within 30 days. To bring it back and theyll replace it. Sure enough had to bring it in and got another. Great costumer service for sure

Great helpful people - very nice talking to people who are Gamers when we bought our daughters a PS4 and we havent played any system since we were kids. We are no doubt out of date but the staff here helped us find games that were a great fit for her age and interest!

Need to give better prices for game exchanges

My son loved his Mario hat! 20 bucks!... they dont carry a lot of the older stuff, but they are happy to order it in for ya.

Tried going to this location twice to sell my switch and there has only been one employee working. He stated that thats the case really late at night because of things being slow. So I went the next day during the day and again only one person working. If you like waiting in line for ages and be lied to go here. Im going to the other gamestop in town from now on.

Reasonable selection, but prices are pretty high. Paid $30 for a used copy of a game thats $20 at multiple online retailers because Im impatient and hate waiting. In any other instance I would strongly suggest shopping elsewhere.

Great employees always helpful and always hook me up. Soren is the store manager and he is so helpful its awesome to see him go out of his way for the customers.

The employees where great but game stop was lame. I went to trade in game and remote I went on there website ahead of time and found out how much they would pay but when the guy tried he said they cannot take my trade at this time and didnt know why.

I went here yesterday to buy headphone/mic for my sons xbox and there was a larger guy who helped us. We where suggested to buy a certain pair. Which was fine they ended up being a nice set but we needed a certain adapter for them to work with the xbox one s. We specifically asked this guy if they would work with the xbox and he said yes. It was very annoying that i had to go back to the store today and get the adapter. Which i might add costs alot of money. I will not go back to this store again. And if anyone whos reading this does please make sure you look at the instructions before leaving the mall....

The workers are generally nice, but their experience is rather limited. The prices on games vs what you trade them in for and their condition is abysmal. If youre looking to sell, stick to locally, or Ebay/ Amazon

The website mentions games they have, but when I went in, I was told theyre only available online. Okay. I return home and to my dismay, the games I was looking for are not online. The clerk was not much help either.

Its ok its a smaller store and seems like higher prices due to being in a mall but thats understandable

Got a great deal for some used games. Definitely recommend instead of craigslist or Facebook marketplace.

Usually a good place to go nice employees but the last two times I have been in there I buy a game thats supposed to be new yet its open and has no book gamestop is just a big scam now I wont be going back.

Chris at the rogue valley mall was extremely helpful and even though the line was long (which it is at every gamestop all the time, so i dont get why people are surprised and upset by that) his customer service didnt waver and he made the experience enjoyable. Nice to talk to a gamer about games
