Found them a few days ago and thought it was very good. Drove all the way from white city two days in a row and they are closed with no signs explaining why. And this is on week days in the afternoon. If youre gonna go make sure they are open and dont go based off there hours because you will be disappointed. Wish there was a similar place that was more consistent with their hours

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!!!!I visited this shop for the first time a little bit over a year ago. Bought a few things and gave the lady that was helping me my credit card to pay. She handed me my items and a punch card which I originally thought was my credit card. I continued to head to work and half way realized what she had given me a punch card not my credit card! But I had no time to go back and ask her for it. It also did not cross my mind to call my bank and cancel the card since I never thought the worker there would go on a shopping spree with my card while I was at work. When I checked my bank account later that night or perhaps the next morning they had spend $500 shopping online already! I called my bank immediately and made them aware of my situation and luckily a couple weeks later got my money back.Fast forward to now I decided to give this shop another try since I figured the lady that had stolen from me my first visit most likely did not work there anymore. I made my way to the shop one more time in hopes of better service but also with cash on hand just in case. When I finally pulled up to the drive through window there was a girl standing inside talking to someone on the phone. She proceeded to look at me, roll her eyes and tell me no with her hand. I was confused and she just kept telling me no and signaling at me to leave. Did not hang up or put the phone on hold to briefly and politely ask me to leave which I believe she should of done instead of signaling at me like a dog NO.So very disappointed!

Ordered the papas locas with Takis and I liked the fact that they were very generous with limon. Not many places do that. The place is expensive but the cueritos (pig skins) were actually good. You don’t really find that in many places and I would know because I’m usually not a big fan of them. So they add Takis, pepino, mango, cueritos y cacahuates chinos, limon, y Tajín. If your into that go ahead and try this place but if your not ready for those weird combinations skip it. I’m pretty sure I would of been ok with sharing my papas locas with someone. The presentation looked nice so that’s good. If you liked the place and you know your going to be coming back, make sure you get yourself a punchcard.

A lot of the drinks are too sweet in my opinion and their coffee has that strange creamer after taste but I tried a chamango and it is wild and delicious. Tip: unless you want it more salty dont mix the sauce from the side of your cup in. Service is always excellent here.

This drive thru snack joint is the best, the picture is of the strawberries and creme its delicious! The tostilocos are another fav for us (also in the pictures),and of course the sugar and spice coffee is so good! The girls are always friendly and the prices arent bad. 5* in my book!

Prices are very comparable and the variety is great. Would recommend. Have to commend on customer service and quick service.

Coffee is pretty sub-par, but they offer biscuits and gravy to go as well as smokes, a gallon of milk, or a loaf of bread. Its not my jam but for someone hurrying home after work its a quick spot to pick up what you need. The staff are SUPER sweet as well!

The ladies here are so sweet and care a lot about their customers. They are very helpful at helping you find a drink if youre not sure exactly what you want to order. They sell snacks, some groceries, and cigarettes.

Waited in line behind a car for a very long time (I thought 20 minutes before work for a drive through would be enough time) and when that car left and another car pulled up to the other window, the girl helped that new customer first. I was pretty frustrated by that but the girl acknowledged my wait and was super nice (she was all by herself!) walking me through the whole menu and answering all my questions.I ended up going for the Fresas Con Crema with no raisins. She totally gave me raisins and I am totally SO HAPPY that she did! Long story short, I occasionally work down the street and will definitely be back! And hopefully the staff will have more help. =)

This place is great on the go. Prices are a little expensive. But at least is all fresh. ☺

Very friendly and helpful! Love the Fresas Con Crema and Tostilocos! Also Ive had their Biscuits and Gravy and coffees and my son always loves getting smoothies or hot chocolates. We always love our special treats from Sugar and Spice!

Fast and friendly service. The tostilocos were great and they even put mango. My daughter got the mango Bionico and it was delicious. I cant wait to taste their stawberries and cream and the pico de gallo. They were out of jicama when i went. Thats the only thing keeping them from 5 stars!

This place has changed alot in the past few months. They have the most inconsistent hours. What coffee shop is open one day but then closed the next day in the middle of the week? The 1st part of having a successful business is consistency. If you cant be consistent with your hours of opperation and products, then dont excpet to have consistent business. The other problem is the staff. Im pretty sure the original owners sold, because it went from a couple older cool girls working to alot of unfriendly teens working there now. It looks like a high school hang out in there every time I drive by, theres like 4 people standing around talking, with zero customers. The last time I went, I bought just a soda and the girl was a total snot to me, like I was interrupting her conversation with her male co worker, who didnt even bother to aknowledge me while standing around on his phone. This went from being a cute little shop with good products, to the kick it spot for the homies. I asked to buy some butter there once, and was given a look like Im an idiot and was told they dont sell that, when its CLEARLY on the menu. I wont be supporting this business anytime soon. What a wasted opportunity. Theyll be closed in no time with the new management.

My first experience was within a few weeks of their opening. I skipped bfast at home to give them a try, left later than usual even. They served me COLD biscuits and gravy. Not even lukewarm, COLD. They only offered to return my money when I came back (4 hours later after farming all morning on an empty stomach)Now to present. Those new drinks lured me in. Mmm mmm. My first diabolito was amazing. Flavored perfectly for a hot spring day. I even had a 2nd one Friday 6/29. A large for 7,my friend went to get them while I set up my yard sale, my treat. She didnt get punches so today I go in & order a raspados, and ask if they could punch my car twice more for the $14 bucks I spent on FridayI had to tell them WHO was there so she could call an confirm... What that they remembered?Like I would lie for 2 punches on a 10 punch card? BTW i only had 1 punch, plus the 1 I just bought... At 4 punches, it meant I was planning to come in 6 more times. Unfortunately I will not be coming in again if this is how you treat your customers (like we are liars).You couldve just said no, sorry, instead you implied I was being untrue. Even asked me to recall who was there (so you could call them to see if they remembered me) after I told you that I stayed home while a friend went to buy it.

Been a regular for awhile now, everyone knows my order and name, I wouldnt go to any other coffee stand or sit down in Medford anymore. The customer service is something out of this world and prices are amazing for a small buisness supporting itself. I recommend it to all of my friends, btw you must try the biscuits and gravy. Yummmmmy!
