Sitting in the lobby for an hour with 3 people being helped. If the wait is this long there should be more people to service everyone. Two people walked out while waiting 15 and 30 minutes. Talk about losing customers. Great way to make sure the customer feels valued is to not wait their time.

Amazing staff... very knowledgeable and patient... never once had an issues that they havent resolved or at least done their hardest to try and resolve.... highly recommend this store.. also great selection.... and they can order it if they dont have it...

To keep it short, I was waiting in line virtually. I got the text saying Im next in line so I go inside and apparently Justin deleted my place and just sat down with a new customer.. after showing the text I got etc. they say itll be 5 minutes.. 20 minutes later theyre not even close to being finished.. YOU LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER! THANKS JUSTIN, EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH!

Why are all the agents in this store more interested in new customer sales then current customers paying their bill? Service the customer or Service greed? I was told that I either have to call customer service to pay my bill, or wait an hour for store service. Why can’t you have 1 single person helping current customers who Just want to pay their bill??

We went to this location today to upgrade our phones and the 1 man working asked us to leave and there was only 2 people in the store. He was very rude and we will not be going back to that store.Very poor customer service.

I have been very pleased with U. S. Cellular because they keep the same story. I have been with this company for almost a year and I have no complaints with them. I get the best service and this company doesnt add hidden fees to ur bill. This is why Verizon sucks. They always put ur monthly bill way too high and always changing their story.

Over the years I have used a few different cell phone carriers, but my cell phone has found its forever home with US Cellular - I see clients all over the Rogue Valley and I have been to too many places where I had no bars with those other carriers (even in Medford city limits!) Tom Ewing at US Cellular Medford Center is my go to guy for phone tech issues - not my strongest suit...Tom is unfailingly cheerful, helpful and knowledgeable.PS I too have experienced long wait times at US Cellular as a walk-in...Hint: Call Tom and make an appointment. Problem solved!

Shady sales tactics that were never resolved, poor connection and finally just telling a client that theres nothing they can do except to live with a constantly failing device because its not their fault. Took a nearly $1,200 loss from the get-go based on the salespersons erroneous sales pitch and they wouldnt fix it. Made the whole experience sour from the start.

This place needs a separate line just for payments. 4 employees here, all on sales & explaining things to customers. Meanwhile, the existing customers wait behind all of this & incoming phone calls.

4 employees in the store. Not one acknowledged us for 52 minutes. They sat around chit chatting with customers, especially Tom, who kept trying to chat up the two ladys whom he was helping. Terrible, terrible, extremely terrible customer. Cant believe it. What can you expect from us cellular. Walmart has better customer service, lol.

Thought it was a good idea to stop by USCellular to see if they had service in my area..After some high pressure sales, they determined that they were not sure if I would get service, so why not try out a hotspot for 30 days.So I did, because it seemed cheap enough and with 30day return I could refund the purchase if I wasnt satisfied..This was NOT the case whe. I brought the phone back on what i thought was a few days early, but according to their calculations, the day I got the phone at 7pm was also one of the days, and the day I returned it would have to be the 29th day, because the 30th day would actually be too late.. this is when they told me that their 30day policy was actually more like 29 or 28 days.. and they refused to honor the refund..This stuck me w the bill.. so I would have to break the contract if I wanted to cancel monthly service..why would I pay for service if I hadnt been able to get service in the areas I needed it for the past few weeks??This place uses high pressure sales, with additional pressure from nearby associates, shoddy service, doubletalk, and dont even know their own coverage areas.I was lied to about a 30day return, and strongly encourage anyone to get a return date IN WRITINGTo top it all off, after all this, I find that when USCellular checked my credit, they had sent in 3 credit checks!!!This has been on my report for over a year w no resolve from my disputing with them...Since then, I have seen them screw over other friends.. telling one their phone was bad and buying it for pennies on the dollar $50 for iPhone6s+ (The phone was fine) I know because I had used it.. my friend was just being impatient and clicking continuously on the phone... which he still does with the new phone and has the same problems..including new additional problems he has of having lost many photos & info & configs, and now having to pay monthly for iCloud storage they caused him to need by uploading all his info to the cloud..Booooooooooo!!!!Stay away

Worst service ever!! I drop calls in town at-least once a week. If I am not connected to Wi-Fi my Internet is slower than dial-up ever a was. If I am running errands and I need to look something up while I’m out I actually have to call my husband because 75% of the time websites won’t even load. We were told we would be receiving a free phone and then we were charged. I’ve tried to call customer service but that’s hard to do when you drop all your calls. After finally having a conversation with customer service they reset my network but it has done no good.

One star for this U.S. Cellular outlet is far too high! I had the worst experiences with this store and some of their employees. All I can tell you is find another place for customer service - the people there are horrible. I have been treated like the last human on earth - or worse. I am going to file a lawsuit against the company and I am very hopeful that I will win, given all the evidence that I have. I will tell all my friends not to go even close to that outlet. I read the reviews from other customers who had similar experiences then I had. My recommandation - have a manager in the store at all time and change customer service from top to bottom.

Anybody else have no service around town and dropped calls in town? Only one bar all day... drove to central ca yesterday and had zero bars for two hours driving down the 5. Don’t waist your money. Bring a chair, movie and popcorn if you’re waiting for customer service. You’ll have time to finish the entire series of game of thrones before you are helped. Btw, one of their locations was shut down due to black mold... don’t take your kids in the building. You better not go either.

Just read other peoples reviews with one star. I find all the comments correct. It is a horrible place to go, you keep waiting and waiting, some of the employees are terrible, there are some exceptions: Peter and Tom... they are both excellent. If you can, only go to one of these two people. I will not go to that place again, they dont deserve my business! In fact, they shouldnt be there in the first place. I dont have enough room to explain all my bad experiences at that facility. Again, go to Peter or Tom only if you have issues and dont just have to pay a bill, or get a cable.

This is trash service. This speed test was taken outside on a beautiful clear day, right outside of this location in Medford. I was lied to about the quality of this service. Im going to look into what I can do about this. Ill report back.

Do not do business with Amanda-discussing my bill she was angry and talked to me as if I was a liar-dont know who she was mad at before I got there, but she took it out on me. Unless it was because I questioned the bill which I should have every right to do. Time to move to another carrier, thanks Amanda
