I havent been into Mobile madness for a few years. However I used to refer a lot of customers to them, and it seems that they were always treated very well.The owner and her son, Sue and Andrew, were known for their customer service, and helpful attitude. Definitely a fixture in the community.

Was goofin around with my dog and then she knocked my phone out if my pocket and the LCD broke. Went to Mobile madness to see if they could fix it and they did! In 1 day i got it back everything is working fine except the fingerprint scanner its a little buggy (it scans twice or 3 times with my finger off of it) but other than that it works great! Would recommend if you break your phone they have reasonable prices too.

My experience has been hit or miss with Mobile Madness. It has varied from excellent( Customer service) to today, Your Joking Right? I run a construction business and it is important that my phone is with me. My first experience, Mobile madness forgot to install the new battery I ordered when they had my phone open for repair. Next, A month or two ago I took my phone in for repair and was told they had to order the part. Weeks later I get a call from a teck. apologizing for not calling earlier to let me know that the part was in. Today I called to confirm they had the part before I headed to their store, and was told they did have it. I dropped my phone off to be repaired and left a $20.00 tip for the Tech. I came back, later in the day, After the time I was told my phone would be ready and was told; they did not have the part and they had not got to my phone. Wasted my time. My advice to Mobile Madness: Do not confirm you have the part you ordered for me if you do not have it. I appreciate you are busy. Other people are busy too. Your business is not more important than my or any body elses business. My time is important to me too. First time in my life I have requested a tip back.

Broke my iPhone XS screen. They fixed it the same day and also fixed my Face ID. Very professional and knowledgeable. I will go back again with any other problems.

Unfortunately, after bringing my phone in for a simple screen repair, I ended up having to BUY a whole new phone because after my phone was in their possession many things went wrong. My speaker was damaged and not fully fixed, I was unable to make/take calls (which only happened after they had it, they claimed it was my provider but even going to them did not help and I was also informed they have had many incidents with Mobile Madness causing more damage than repair), and the screen was not fully repaired either as it had a dead spot in the upper right hand corner. Will not be returning and I advise you go elsewhere.

Great store, great people! I took my new phone in for a screen protector and was encouraged to go with a plastic film because of the curve on the glass edge. I paid $35 and it was applied. Im not happy with the texture and and corners have already lifted. Ordered a piece of Zagg glass for it instead. Just didnt work for me, but it wont stop me from providing a good review!

Always a great start to any problem with my phone. I have insurance on my phone and insurance wanted me to pay 99 for a new device. I called mobile madness they said they would look at it and see if it needed to just be cleaned. Who would of thought a cleaning would save me 100 bill. Had a weird part of my brother needed for Samsung they had a reasonable price very nice people very knowledgeable.

I was having a problem with my phone not charging correctly, so I stopped in, and they checked it. There was a piece of lint, preventing the charging cord from making a good connection. The gentleman that helped me, removed the lint, and sent me on my merry way. Very pleasant experience!! Thank you!!!

This is the bestest place EVER, they were amazing fixing the phone and the employees are so fun and friendly. They totally know how to help a person navigate the crazy broken phone nightmare.

Had a new battery installed in my iPhone and purchased a protective cover/case also. Had the case on for almost 2 months and the glass protector broke. I called the medford store and talked with a woman and told her what had happened and she said they don’t warranty them in house and I would need to contact the manufacture. So I did and even sent them pictures of the item and the box and the responded and said that it was a knock off and was not there product. So I went down to the medford store and talked to the woman who I talked on the phone and she said that no warranty and no money back. Said that she was surprised that it was a knockoff. She did give me a protective class screen. I’m not very happy with the outcome and my opinion I’m sure that the company probably knew that it was not a official name brand.

We ate a nearby restaurant and I dropped my iPhone 7 Plus. We found Mobile Madness with great reviews and decided to give them a chance. The price was reasonable. I thought what could possibly go wrong? they were in the phone repair business. They use aftermarket screens which are not OEM. IT works, My battery drains very quickly. When you text or take the picture in the landscape model you can barely see what you are taking pictures of when I wear my sunglasses. The whole screen becomes darker and less clean. It is horrible while we use the iPhone for GPS sometimes it not visible. id rather have a cracked screen than an unreliable after my repair. They do not deserve our hard earn money. Complete waste of time. FYI, I cannot rearrange my apps anymore. Because the 3D touch does not respond.

Super friendly staff. Fixed my sons iPhone which turned out to only need a battery but they had it done is under 90 minutes for $50.00. I will use them again and will recommend them to family and friends.

My Samsung Galaxy 8 phone fell out of my pocket and I drove over it! When it was found it had about 30 cracks splashed across the front and back, like raindrops,It didnt even look like my phone, when I turned it on it had 1 thin line,I was in shock!! I called Mel at Mobile Madness to possibly save my photos,he said bring it in. Within 24 hours,my phone looks brand new, and working fantastic! Had my screen replaced about a year ago. Dropped the phone off in the morning and it was done by the afternoon. A year later still looks and works like new.

This last year I have gone to Mobile Madness several times, and each time I have been given the best service. Cant say it was cheap (not their fault - I dropped my phone and killed it), but they really worked with me and tried hard to save my phone. Andrew was the best! Even though I did not leave with a $25 bill (darn), they went above and beyond! Nothing like Old time service.

The experience was great as soon as I walked in they greeted me and were very polite. They fixed my iPhone 8plus in 1hour and the screen was perfect they also put the screen pretector on it perfectly I recommend you go to Mobil madness

These guys have always been great and done good work. Ive taken several phones here and they have fixed them. A couple little issues have came up where work isnt quite perfect or a sensor doesnt work which they have resolved. Considering the complexity and expense of devices these guys are a needed service in this valley.

I was very pleased with the fast and friendly service. They fixed my cracked screen in under 30 mins. Im so happy with my fixed phone! I will definitely be returning if I have future problems with any of my families devices and I will recommend them to family and friends.

I see all these great reviews and I regret to say I didn’t have the same experience. My phone screen cracked. I brought it into Mobile Madness because of all the great things my friends said about it. Unfortunately, the new screen is much more bulky than my old one and does not sit flush to the frame. It also glitches out when I try to scroll or drag my finger across the screen. The reason why this is two stars is for the great customer service.

If they dont want to fix your phone they will quote you a atrociously high price so that you just end up leaving the store. All other services cost an arm and a leg as well. Edit** I never compared your store to a mall kiosk. I found the OEM part for $100, I was quoted more then $200. I dont believe a 30 minute max process requires you guys to charge that much for your highly trained technicians who are probably just watching YouTube videos

I came in looking for a screen protector for a newer phone. I was advised that the newer phones gave users issues with screen protectors as the sensitivity would go wonkers with one in place. Hey! Honesty really does count for something. The ONLY reason the rate was 4/5 as there was some sort of negative customer there who not only smelled like theyd bathed in an ashtray, but spoke rudely to all who could hear. Not cool, lady! She was a customer, not an employee. Wanted to make that clear...

I was in on Sunday feb, 19 with little hope of recovering any of my photos & videos from my broken phone, I was previously told to consider them gone forever by someone else, so I did, until I got reassured by the team here that it could be done. I Went in for a simple replacement usb connection for charging and when I picked up my phone the screen was chipped on the top and edges. They said that it always happens and they were not liable for damages. It would of been nice to know that before the destruction of my phone. The price of the USB connection was 100.00 and now Im looking at getting a 200.00 screen replacement. Very disappointed in the business. Customers beware!!!
