Went in to see what my options were for upgrading the stereo and speakers in my 2005 Honda Element. The salesperson was super helpful in explaining what my best options were, where I could be a little extravagant or where I could cut some corners for the best system on a budget. I didn’t feel pressured into buying anything, which was great. The scheduled installation was also great, on time, clean and neat looking work. I did some research on car audio shops in the area before heading to Progressive Audio and Im really glad I did. It was an excellent experience and now Im excited to drive another 175k miles in my old car with these new upgrades.

First things first I have bought and had many products installed from pro audio. It was an amazing experience when I purchased the product there. The workmanship is second to none. Now for the bad. I recently went into the store asking about having a sub and amp I had purchased somewhere else installed in my sons first car. I didn’t expect it to be cheap as I know their workmanship. What I didn’t expect was the rudest employee ever telling me the cost would be around $350 bucks just for labor. He then proceeded to tell me the shop hourly is 135 an hour, but if I purchased the product there they discount it to 85 an hour. I said well I have in the past bought multiple products and had them installed and could they extend the discounted hourly rate courtesy to a long time customer like myself. He then said without hesitation nope we can’t do that. I will never spend a penny of my hard earned money there ever again. Wow. Just wow. This is how they treat longtime customers. Brutal.

Bought a JL HO-w6v3, and amp from them. They did the install on my 2019 Civic, and I was originally quoted around 1900, and I checked around and this price seemed to be a very good deal. (High quality install does not come cheap people). I was extremely impressed with their workmanship, warranty, and experience. After everything was all said and done, it actually ended up being cheaper than I was quoted. If you need any audio work done on your vehicle I couldn’t recommend these guys enough.

I went to pro audio about 2 weeks ago and got a quote for amp&sub install but I already have a Harman Kardon Amplified system in my car already this guy said I have to give you a Hi line out input because you have Amplified system so I said ok what’s the price on that. He said 622$ for sub& installation with the Hi line out put. SMH these guys so I went to grants pass got the same thing done for 170$ Im just wondering what the difference? there a professional audio store in Grants pass and got it all installed the same day. Reasonable and fair prices? So for amp sub and wiring $622 is fair and reasonable when I’m providing the subwoofers and amp?

I have a stock stereo and the clock shows on it and it looks like it works but like its just turned off. But everytime I press the power button nothing happens.So I thought paying the $66 dollars these guys charge to look at your stereo. That They would find out whats wrong. When I come get my car 2 hours later. They tell me. Huh so we couldnt figure out whats wrong. We think that your stereo is just probably bad and just needs replaced. Then he starts showing me there stereos they have for sell. He quoted me a outrageous price. HONESTLY IM PRETTY SURE THEY DIDNT EVEN LOOK AT MY STEREO JUST HAD ME PAY $66 DOLLARS TO SIT IN THE PARKING LOT FOR 2 HOURS..... dont waste your time going to this place. What kind of place charges u $66 dollars in advance to find out whats wrong with your stereo. Then gives u an answer that they dont know whats wrong but just buy a new stereo from us and let us install it to so we can make more money off u and a outrageous amount to...

These guys have fair pricing not only on hardware but also the install. I purchased a brand new top of the line radio and had them install it and their install time line was right on point. A couple days later i they installed a very fun musical horn on my girlfriends car and they did just as good of a job on the install even though it was outside equipment. I would recommend these guys for all your audio needs.

Diagnosed a bad PAC module without an appointment, and had the antenna adapter I needed in stock.Fixed the hack job that the previous owner of my IROC-Z did trying to put 6X9s in the rear. Built some boxes so I didnt have to look for another set of panels.Thanks again

Decent place. High end equipment, professional and helpful staff but, the equipment has its price point set WAY too high. Do yourself a favor and go next door to Diamond Audio and see Dan. He will set you up with what you were wanting, no trying to add things and his price points are MUCH nicer for quality equipment and quality install.

Worked with me to get the setup I desired, and to save money. Took their time to show me the differences in speakers, and price-matched the big box store on a receiver. I was surprised by how inexpensive their labor is, and drove away with a quality system, knowing Ill be back if I ever need anything related to car audio. Prompt, friendly service goes a long way.

Worst experience I have ever had at a car audio store. The two Representatives couldnt even take the time to get off their butts to come help me select a product or even answer questions and I literally had $1,500 to spend on equipment today wish I could give negative Stars unacceptable

Super job. Highly professional, done as quick as could be hoped for, given their workload.I gather the job was somewhat different to the usual installations, including kit I had sourced myself but this didnt phase them in the slightest.

Dont need car stereo work much these days, but always go here when I do. They are always helpful and do good work. I had them fix some problems with an amateur install on a used car Id just bought. They gave me a phone estimate of $65, which was more than fair for the work. In the end they charged me only $30.

Great customer service. Sat with me and showed me all the features of my new deck and told me how to optimize what I wanted out of my sound system based on my preference.

I got my mitsubishi eclipse front doors/tweeters installed and they went above and beyond for my sitsituation. I brought it to them already in a mess halfway taken apart which was my fault... They got it all back together fast and now its sounding great. The price was also much better than anyone in the Rogue Valley.

Originally asked for an after market alarm, then decided to get remote start also. They accommodated.Anyway, next day rough idle and got highly discouraged it would be a hassle. Called them, they were very cool about making sure it wasnt their fault.A hose was removed; they solved it in 30 seconds! Sean/Shawn was the installer and who rechecked his work and found the hose issue.Very awesome guys, glad to give yet another 5 star review! Alarm and remote start works flawlessly!

I was just there this afternoon. I made an appointment that day, and they said no problem. I told them my speakers had been installed at another shop and they encouraged me to use the warranty from the other shop but I had heard from a co-worker and a tech/car/nerd friend to go to Pro Audio so I did. As soon as I got there they started working on my truck immediately. While they worked the sales guy happily explained the other products to me and was upfront about the costs as well as the benefits in regards to my truck. After I explained to them what I was looking for they found a speaker that would fit my truck at a reasonable price. After the technician was finished, which only took about 15 minutes they charged me half the price they quoted me over the phone. Great sales staff, awesome service, please support this local business.

I bought a newer vehicle from Lithia Dodge, and a friend told me to go to Sport Audio to purchase my sound system, after 2 weeks my sound cut out and the deck got really hot, I brought it back to Sport Audio, and they told me I must have messed with the system. I called Pro Audio, and talked with Nick I made an appointment to get my system looked at, come to find out Sport Audio sold me a refurbished Amp and subs, and the subs where well under powered, nick got me all setup and gave me a huge discount on the install because of the issues I had with Sport Audio. I strongly recommend going to Pro Audio and working with Nick.

Dont waste your time. Forget supporting local business that provide terrible customer service. I scheduled an appointment for an installation of a stereo bought elsewhere. I told them the brand and that I needed special parts for the steering wheel controls. The install tech made the appointment and assured me that it wouldnt be a problem. On the day of the appointment (after completely rearranging my schedule to get my car in to the shop), ProAudio told me that they did not have the parts, wouldnt install that brand, and told me to go back where I had bought the stereo. So I hope Best Buy completely puts them out of business. They deserve it.

I hate modern radios, cell phones, tvs and anything that has more than an on/off button and volume control. Knowing this makes my initial introduction to a Kenwood Radio, Alarm and Back-up Camera pretty obvious. Nick and Seth went the extra mile explaining the process over and over again until I was no longer a menace on the Freeway punching the radio in frustration. There was a mechanical issue after the installation with the ABS Brakes on my truck. The Store offered to have it fixed at any shop or dealership at their expense. Service like this is a rare commodity these days. To hell with Walmart and Amazon! Thank you.

Walked in for blue tooth phone/audio set up, they said unless I buy a new head unit cant be done. Even though on the website it says they would look at it, never offered to even look at what I had.
