LCM did an amazing job on my car. I went to LCM to have a car alarm problem fixed, because my car wouldn’t start. They had it fixed sooner than I expected and I left with running car with 0 issues. Couldn’t be happier with their customer service.

I wanted to take the time to share how Extremely satisfied I was with the Window Tinting on my 2000 Jeep Wrangler, from LCM Window Tinting!The product that was used was a high quality tinting product that has provided complete privacy as well as exceptional Sun reduction through the back and rear side windows.The crew had to take a lot of time to remove my old existing tint that was challenging to say the least. The care that they took to prepare the windows for the tinting was unbelievable and the results were exceptional.Oh and the price for such high quality workmanship and materials was astounding! Additionally they also installed a fabulous Pioneer Bluetooth capable Stereo unit to my existing speakers.I highly recommend that if you are considering auto tinting, then consider LCM Window Tinting first before any other company in the greater Medford area. You will be glad you did just like I am glad.Oh, by the way, I drove all the way from the Portland area to have them tint my ride. Here is a picture for you to see!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Me going in felt like a bother and a chore to them. Weren’t willing to work with me or be flexible in any way. And frankly they were rude beyond belief. To the point where I made my brother go in with me because I was the uncomfortable.

These people are rude and condescending beyond belief. I have never been treated so poorly at any place in the service industry. I was made to wait several hours past my appointment time while the owner chatted with friends and constantly reassured me it would only be 10-15 more minutes. Then when needing service I was spoken to inappropriately.I will never support this business againAlso anyone reading their response will notice they dont take any accountability, then use a classic red herring logical fallacy. Clearly trying to save face while not addressing any issues I mentioned. If you want to wait for someone to chat with their friends while you have an appointment, GO HERE! Perfect place for waisting time! However expect rude language, long delays, and a complete lack of respect!(Gotta love how the owner at the end of his response says if I ever come back.... Another example of how intelligent and helpful these people are! Cant even read what I wrote 😁)

We got the speakers replaced in my Grandmas SUV and I am so happy we went to Luis! Luis was quick to get the job done and he did a great! Im so grateful for his honesty and workmanship, and we will most definitley be going back!
