Buying experience was quick and straight forward. I told them what I wanted to do. No back n forth trying to get more out of me. Salesman was excellent. No sleaze tactics what so ever. This is a 1 star because I was offered, UNLIMITED OIL CHANGES for the life of my vehicle for about $90 more a month. I run a taxi biz so i said yes. After I signed everything with the FnI guy there, I brought it up and found out it was actually 4 per year, but for as long as I had the car. Unlimited to me means UNLIMITED. Taxi cabs put 100-300 miles per day. Synthetic oil changes are about $70 and the cabs need one almost every month. If you can add, I lose money with this. I dont blame the sales guy, he had to script it how he was told to
On a trip to Portland from the SF Bay Area. Check engine light came on in our Camry. Got to Lithia Toyota on Saturday morning when the service department opened and got the car right in. Since the fix would take 4 hours or so, gave us a ride to our hotel and when the car was fixed, picked us up to retrieve our vehicle. A great experience. Even though we didnt want to have the breakdown happen, the fix was smooth and we got on our way the next morning with no issues. Thanks Lithia Toyota!!!
Not sure why the front desk lady is able to speak to paying customers that way that she spoke to me. I paid for service on my vehicle, life time service, and every time I call she’s nothing but rude and when I asked her to be nicer she just replied with she is being nice. If someone has to tell you to have better customer service you don’t have good customer service.
My service experience was remarkably excellent from beginning to end. The online scheduling was quick and easy. The service began at the scheduled time and finished earlier than expected. Overall, the experience far exceeded my expectations.

I would give zero stars if possible. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THESE CROOKS. Purchased a 2012 dodge avenger from them barely two months ago. It was running hot driving home from the lot the day of purchase, figured it just needed a top off of coolant and it was 100+ degrees outside. now less than two months later its sitting in my driveway with a bad coolant leak that requires a $450 part and the removal of everything down to the block. engine oil cooler assmebly has to be replaced. Not to mention overpriced which i was willing to pay because it was the car I wanted. Not a happy customer and cant even drive the car im making payments on.
I dropped my newly purchased car there for some mechanical issues while Im still in my warranty, they had to bring it to somewhere else to fix a software issue. Ive been calling everyday for over a week, asking where my car is at, and to make sure that if the place its at, doesnt start fixing it until after my warranty is over, that they are not gonna make me pay for it, because A. Its not my fault the place didnt start fixing it until after my warranty and B. These issues shouldve been addressed before they sold me the car.Ive also been trying to ask if I can get a rental car for no charge, since I didnt cause the issues on my car, Ive Ive leaving voice-mail after voice-mail asking to call me back and nobody has. I normally really love this toyota dealership but this expierence has just seriously dissapointed me. I just want some information. I just want my car back.

Buyers beware of their paid Google Reviews.I just bought a used 2015 platinum Trundra that was NOT California compliant with SMOG due to a aftermarket cool air intake system.This was not disclosed to me during the sales process, and I was told it was compliant with all 50 states during the sales process.They knew I was from California and I expressed concerns about SMOG compliance for California. They told me: “no problem, we make sure it’s California SMOG ready.” I have been trying to get this truck registered for weeks, and I’ve been running into issues because of this intake issue.I called to let them know about the false information during the sales process... and they told me “that’s the risk you take when you buy used”.Nice customer service?Shady AF if you ask me.Now, Im little nervous to see what else is going to pop up soon.With Lithia, you need be carefull on nerwer used cars/trucks. They will NOT tell you about the exta cost you will have to pay. Even when you ask.
I love my Toyota! Working with Lithia was pretty easy even with Covid. I was so excited to be able to replace my last lease of a Red Rav4 with another one. Was afriad I would end up with a boring White or Silver.
Buying a car and everything that goes with it is not my idea of a good time. That being said, Armando, our sales rep was a joy to work with. His professionalism spoke volumes for the dealership. Speaking of the dealership, it was pretty nice. Lots of cars new and used and everyone I spoke with was pleasant. When the time comes, Ill be back for sure.

Ive been here four times in the last 6 months, the first time I asked them to change my oil and rotate my tires 90 minutes later they informed me that my truck was finished but they had forgotten to rotate my tires.The second time I asked them to change my oil, 2 hours later after asking the gentleman if my truck was done three times because it had been sitting in the parking lot with all the other finished vehicles for an hour, he finally found my keys and l was able to leave. Just last week I went in for a walk-in oil change and they informed me that they were too busy to take any more appointments for the day and to call and make a reservation next time. So this morning before my 2-hour drive to get my oil change I called and talk to customer service who said In did not need a reservation, I then drove 2 hours to be told that it would be a three and a half hour wait to get my oil changed.

We purchased a used vehicle with 100k miles that had a transmission issue right away. Fortunately we had bought the extended warranty. Lithia Toyota was quick to take care of it per the terms of the warranty. Everyone we worked with was polite and professional through the whole process. We would buy here again.
Every single person I worked with was wonderful! My sales person Josh Walton was nice and honest, the sales managers were fun to work with. The other sales people were funny and nice to hang out with. The prices of the cars were fair. I could not recommend any other place to get a new or used car!
Bought a 2021 Toyota Rav only had it for 3 months and I had to take it to the service department because the low tire light was on. Come to find out there was a screw in the tire and service guy told me that they could not fix it. I had to buy a new tire that ended up costing me over 200.00. I understand it’s nobody’s fault but I felt the way their service department handled this was rude down to the cashier taking my money. I will definitely go somewhere else if This happens again.

Ultimately, it was a great experience. However, I am still waiting for the new tags for which I paid extra. I have received the new registration and title, but still waiting for the new tags. Someone should check on those and contact me via e-mail please!

My vehicle broke down while I was out of town visiting my family in Medford. I brought it in to Lithia Toyota as it was an emergency and my mechanic was out of town. After a diagnostic, I was told that my car was having fuel management issues and that it would be an expensive repair. I agreed to have it fixed and told them that I expected the vehicle as soon as possible as I had to leave town very shortly. However, they took 5 weeks to fix my vehicle and ended up charging me even more than what was agreed upon. There was a very huge problem with communication in which I had to get in contact with them in order to even receive an update. I am completely unsatisfied with my experience with the employees and service manager.
I was shopping for a specific vehicle. Scott texted me photos of vehicles I was in search for before they even hit the lot along with pricing and all of the specs. We ended up buying a family members vehicle due to our budget and referred that family member to lithia where they need up buying their new vehicle! I appreciate so much the help from Scott aswell as the parts and automotive department where we get oil changes!

My problem was that they never even acknowledge how long it was taking Just continued to try to make small talk and pretend like we hadn’t been waiting for hours after getting approved...

The salesman (Greg Templer) was great. I had a pre-approved loan from Capital One and by the time the office (John Rogers) was through with the paperwork everything was a mess! Im not sure if they dont listen to you (maybe because Im a woman?) or if they just dont care what you say. I ended up taking the car back because nothing should be that complicated. They also discouraged me from speaking with the lender directly, which concerned me that not everything was legitimate, and by the time I did speak to the lender, they had already been told I returned the car (I hadnt). They have some good cars and some good deals, but I cant recommend them.

From the first phone call with Bryce, to meeting him at Lithia Toyota, viewing the Toyota Siennas, then talking with Chad about the loan, and finalizing it all with JR, their service was friendly, warm, enjoyable, professional and top notch! We were the last clients out of the building for the night, and JR even drove ahead of me in his car to show me where the I-5 entrance ramp was since I was not too familiar with the area and unsure driving home in my new, amazing mini-van! Chad said to call him anytime that night or after, and on our way home he called us to ask how we were doing and if we made it home okay. These guys are the best! The loan process was easy and enjoyable and Bryce even brought my son pistachios and cold, bottled water to help with the wait. I recommend the service here anytime!

Though I wasnt able to find what I was looking for in the end due to lack of inventory on Toyotas side (and not for lack of trying on Charlies!), when I am next in the market, this is going to be the first place to which I turn--even though I live three hours away in central Oregon. Pick up and delivery was a life saver. The shuttle driver was very conscientious about cleaning/disinfecting everything in the car--steering wheel, door handle, key. I felt very well attended to during the entire procedure.I made a special request to ask them to fill the gas tank which they graciously did.Totally a wonderful experience.
On Wednesday I noticed a nail in front passenger tire. Drove to Lithia around 2 ish. The sales staff outside directed me to the servicedepartment. When I went in to the counter, I believe it was John thathelped me. He was great, took a look at the tire and with no hesitationgot the car into service where they determined that the nail in the fronttire did not go thru. But in checking the other tires found one in the backtire that did go thru. They fixed it and I was on my way. Thank You again. Michael

Came in today to finish the purchase of my second vehicle from this lot and as usual I left way happier than I thought possible. I worked with Travis both times and he went above and beyond to make sure that I could get in to the car I wanted both times. He even helped my ex husband get into a great truck for him. Overall I am very impressed with the staff (specifically Travis and Aaron) and the service. 10/10 will recommend to anyone I know.

Straight Badgers!!! Customer service was terrible at the service desk & with the green Red Blue team. Evan (sales) & Bryce (finance) were both polite, professional & knowledgeable. Even the person collecting money seemed disinterested & annoyed that she had to be there. The whole experience was a cross between Chappell Show (Pop Copy scene) & the movie The Goods, Live Hard Sell Hard. CUSTOMER SERVICE! Wont step foot inside Lithia Toyota of Medford again.
