The staff and mechanics here a not only extremely knowledgeable and courteous but they are also completely honest! My 78 year old mother had a light on on her dashboard. Being 78 she also has some trouble judging distance while making a turn. We went to see if her rim had any damage from a recent curbing and even though they were extremely busy they took the time to examine the rim and inform her that there was no damage as well as to let her know the indication light was to inform her that in another 5,000 miles she would be in need of an oil change. Very refreshing to go to a dealership with such a small problem and be told honestly that everything is fine.

I get my car and truck serviced here because I have the lifetime oil change package. They are very nice but you do have to make sure they reset your oil counters and put on a new sticker.

I used to be in the business for a long time so naturally I stayed away from dealers after being around it for so long. BMW lithia was one of the best experiences my wife and I have ever had! We will definitely be back they went way over and beyond for our family and words are not enough for how thankful we are.

Lithia Motors owns a company called Driveway. Driveway advertises that they will purchase your vehicle from you. They advertise that the experience is safe, secure and reliable. Nothing could be farther from the truth. I own a beautiful 2018 Dodge Challenger. Over a week ago they agreed to purchase my vehicle. 5 representatives arrived at my home over an hour late. They took pictures of all my personal banking information and SS# with an unsecured IPAD. My car is financed they told me they would payoff my loan the next day and email me all the documents. To date they have not paid off my lender or provided me any documents. They did however email pictures of all my personal banking information and SS # to a stranger. My loan is well past due and the lender has reported this to the credit bureaus. They have unauthorized use of my vehicle. I have retained an attorney and have filed a police report.

My first visit to have my BMW 3 series serviced today. Brandon in service checked me in and was super nice. My experience from buying my car and now the service has been the best experience I could ever ask for at BMW. They did an oil change and topped off everything and to boot they even washed my car. I walked in the showroom and saw this holy cow thats a dream car for sure.

I have never been insulted by a greedy company as this place! They will give you the lowest blue book trade in, which is normal but then cut it by another 2,000 off the value of your trade in to cover what expenses they feel. This is what you would expect from a shady corner used car lot sales tactic! Beware and really look the numbers over good!

I tried again and went to lithia... Set an appointment which I explained I wanted to buy a vehicle CASH, as long as it drove well. Made an appointment. I was going to be a few minutes late but called to let them know. Arrived as noted and they had already sold the truck. The people were just coming out of financing I was told. So that means they bought it at least an HR before I even arrived. Last time I purchased a vehicle here it took about 4 hours for them to complete paperwork. Never again lithia, not sorry.

Bought a car, had a great experience so went back for a second vehicle. The second time around was BS. Mike Haley low key implied I might be a drug dealer which is why they were being so thorough with the financing paperwork. Keep in mind me AND my wife supplied SEVERAL pay stubs and other proof of income as well as having verified our address at least twice.But I might be a drug dealer. A drug dealer who needs financing for a 2013 Jetta. I must be the worst drug dealer in the world if I need financing for a measly $10,000...I left with the car, its parked outside rn, but I have never been so insulted by a car salesman in my life.

Just bought our factory certified used truck from Lithia Dodge. Couldnt be more satisfied with our salesman or the financing dept !! They made buying our truck easy and even gave us a few extras at no charge. Our next rig will also come from Lithia Auto Stores.

Lithia Honda is great, they are always super pleasant and make sure to call you when your car is done. It’s better then the rest of the lithia stores.

We use the BMW store and really like the people here. In sales ask for Joe, in service we think Brandon is the best. Overall great product with great after-service!

These guys were awesome when I bought my car but I had to go back in and get another temp tag for my brand new car because they did it wrong the first time. I ended up having to wait over 30 minutes for someone to finally help me which was frustrating. I would just make sure to double check the paperwork.

I feel kind of tricked. When testing cars, the car I wanted had its engine light on, my salesman informed me No matter what day! Bring it in we will put you in a rental and fix it! Well I went to go have it fixed yesterday, and its only Sept 19th they cant fix my brand new, no miles on it, straight from the factory car until October 9th! Which means whatever is wrong with it, is going to get worse and worse. Even the technician said that the noise its making is related to the code from the engine light... my fear is I was sold a broken car that wasnt quality assured properly and now Im going to have to drive it even if it breaks before the 9th... I just feel mislead. I didnt expect to buy a broken car, or that lithia would sell be one, and my salesman just kept saying oh its probably just the gas cap turning the engine light on... well its not, and now every mile I put on it is a risk. I just wanted some help, but as I stood in the technician lobby and no one even acknowledged that I had walked in the door, I realized I dont matter, i signed my name my credit is on it, and no one really wanted to help me at all. It made me very sad and I regret very much even getting a car from lithia..

Danielle Smith was so very sweet and helpful. My husband and I are on a long road trip. We made the mistake of going to jiffy lube while we were visiting LA and the messed it all up, we were leaking oil on our drive back to Washington. The burnt oil smell was pretty bad. Danielle and the service team got us fixed up and on our way so fast. The waiting room was so comfy and the coffee/espresso machine was a huge relief. We will definitely visit again on our next road trip.

Very beautiful and clean, friendly service, little slow on greeting me (they were on the phone and didnt acknowledge me at all-that pisses me off) and the landscape was awesome (wonder what company did the VW and BMW as they were really nice)! If you like dealerships, it does not get better than this. Very formal and all computerized with techs in company wear, etc. Got the distinct feeling everyone there liked their jobs too and that is rare. I really think these dealerships deserve a 5 and I dont know how youd be disappointed unless you dont like the dealin gig and that is just how car business is. Want a good deal, plan to stay for a few hours and say no a bunch. Also, nice place for the young ones to hang out while you are getting your good deal.

The waiting room is clean Services fairly prompt. Make sure before you check out that all your services requested were fulfilled, two of mine were not addressed.

Traded in my challeneger for a new one. Not a fan of the way your upgrades arent important. And make it less but the same upgrades on thwie vehicles add twice the value of that upgrade. And if they were a stand up company they would start out with fair offers and not low ball people. Many people dont understand they can negotiate and unfairly get taken advantage of. But all in all they are a good business and for the most part take care of you.

Hate getting my car serviced but they make it as painless as possible. Got to keep that warranty valid of course and they help us with that.

On a recent driving trip from SE WA to San Diego I had car trouble and had to have my car towed 96 miles from the middle-of-nowhere on US97 to the BMW dealer in Medford. I called them multiple times from the middle-of-nowhere and was helped by Brandon in service. He listened and assured me that the service techs would look at my car that day and gave me tremendous peace of mind when he told me that they are very well equipped to deal with stranded motorists like me since they really are the only game in the region for BMW. Sure enough, once I finally arrived with my car they got right to work and fixed it before closing. Medford BMW was professional, courteous and worked very quickly to get me on my way again. I cant thank Brandon and the rest of the Service department enough for turning a very bad and stressful situation in to a far less stressful one. Highly recommend them for all things BMW.

Very friendly people to work with but as soon as you buy a car from them they dont like to talk with you after the fact that you sign off on all the paperwork. Every time I call they tell me they are busy and send me to voicemail and they never call back.

Lithia dealers are always very willing to do what it takes to keep your auto in great shape.

Update, 9/1/19. after they heard from our consumer affairs, they overnited a check to cover the cost of the door lock and alarm system. Dont let them lie or get away with taking advantage of you.They said whats wrong with the car to fix it and after you buy it and go to have it repaired you find out that what was a simple FOB problem according to them, it turns out to be a 2,500.00 dollar part plus instalation problem. I got the keyless entry and anti theft problem fixed with a 300.00 burglar alarm. They wont pay for the fix because they say it was as/is and I didnt spend 5,000.00 for the used 2004 grand cherokee. When they hear from the Federal Trade Commission for false advertising, the Better business bureau, the department of consumer affairs, they are going to be wishing they paid for the repair. They suck and that is what I have on the windows. Lithia Medford SUCKS.

I take Advantage of the Lifetime oil changes, I bought the Lifetime free oil changes 3 years ago and I get my oil changed every 3k miles as long as I own my Chrysler 300C AWD 5.7 HEMI.

Very friendly and helpful service, got me outa there with my new (used) car with very little fuss.

8 really appreciate the service center staff, wait times are terrible though. Even with an appointment. Need more toys for the younger ages...
