I would post zero stars but that is not an option. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered my kitchen through HD and did not think to look at reviews of them before we said ok. For a small kitchen and bathroom there were so many mistakes, nothing was done on time or correctly. No managers are ever available to speak too. The measurer drew up these crazy plans, of the 7 pieces we needed, 3 were correct the first time. Things were just not done, done in the wrong color and not measured properly. It subsequently took 2 more measurers and 3 different deliveries to finally finish the job. The job is not 100%, backsplash is not the correct depth, I was not offered it to be milled down, the kitchen counter is 2 different depths on either side of my stove and the sink after three tries is not centered in the cabinet. There were some people at the company that did try and help but at the end of the day it just wasnt worth it. They did offer to fix the different depths of the kitchen counters by taking out a piece and moving the stove out more but I didnt trust they could do that without messing up the backsplash so I declined the fix.

So thrilled with Penn Fabricators! Lynn and Danielle in the office were informative and articulate. Fernando and his team installed my counter top and it turned out beautifully. Thank you all!Very happy customer!Patricia LynchSouthampton

My countertop is beautiful and I love it, however, the customer service is really lacking. They told me it would take 7-10 days to get our countertop and it took a month and they are terrible at returning calls.

Homedepot should stop using this company. I’ve had more respect given to me by companies providing me with less important services. There is a young woman who keeps hanging up on means I spent so much money on my counter tops as a homeowner of multiple properties I will never do business with this company again. Look how low their rankings are! Terrible

Terrible dont ever use them my counter top came damage i waited 3 months dont order any Thing. Dont use their service through Home Depot.

They did an awesome job for us. We really loved the silestone we got, and the installation went flawlessly and professional. It was about the only thing that went great for us honestly (home depot redid the rest of our kitchen and it was a horrible experience). Thank you Penn Fabricators for giving us our dream countertop :)

Great process and execution! Would happily work with them again.I’ve dealt with a variety of stone and fabrication companies and Penn was very solid in their process and delivery. Project coordination team managed site visit and delivery, measurement appointment and delivery appointment were on time. Finished product was precise and well done.

Extremely unhelpful

Horrible company.Placed an order, was notified my stone was on back order when I called 2 weeks later to ask why no one called yet to come and measure.Drove over an hour to their warehouse to pick a stone, dropped off my cooktop for them to deliver a stone 3 times with the wrong cutout for my cooktop that THEY had in their warehouse!Something that should have taken 3 weeks took 3 months. Their associate, Mary, said they would compensate me then to have her boss call me and tell me she’s not authorized To make any decisions on compensation...

Horrible experience. We placed the order through Ikea for 3 countertops and they have been coming 3 times claiming the cabinets were not fully installed.... They take 10 days to come, 10days to produce etc... I canceled and went to another company and it was wrapped up in 3 days

Horrible!! Been without a countertop and sink for over a month now because of them.
