The amount of trash strewn about their property demonstrate a real lack of care for their own neighborhood. It’s depressing to see every time I pass by here.Please take care of your community people. Your store looks like a garbage can. If you don’t clean it up, I will. And I’d rather be playing with my kids, and teaching them to be good stewards of our environment.

I found everyone to be helpful. I first went to he store in Saugus where he did not have the paint I needed. What happened next was extraordinary. He went online and found the store that had the paint, called ahead to have them set it aside, and gave me directions to get there. When I arrived at the Medford store everything was waiting for me. Excellent customer service!

Poor experience... Ordered online, paid online, they call me to let me know the order is ready, I go there and no one knows anything about my order, they even say they dont sell that product??? Well, I hope I dont have to do business with them anymore
