I have been coming to Wendy for 6 plus years and not once have I been displeased with the quality of nails!!! My mother and Grandmother have also being coming to Wendy for probably 4-5 years plus, they will also testify that not once in that time have we every been displease!! I get my nails done generally every 3 or 4 weeks. Thats 13-17 times a year. About once a month. My Mother and Grandmother do the same and I can honestly say that I have always loved the outcome!

Ive been going to Heather since before this business opened. Both Wendy and Heather are awesome nail technicians and Ive NEVER in many years had poor quality or rude service. They are fun and engaging. Those negative reviews are obviously by competitors or people who tried ditching their bill - they were blatantly false regarding quality of product used or end result. With a waiting list for each of them, they must be pretty good. Schedule ahead of time!

Until you actually get a service at a business, you should not leave a review esp based on some psychos story- go to the place yourself and see what its about. Despite the reputation this establishment might have, I am consumer and not an employee, and actually a very loyal customer. I have been tanning at this salon for 3 years now. I wouldnt go any where else. Wendy is fair, honest and always makes things right when things arent. Also, things are always clean inside and really well decorated. I honestly cant say one bad thing. I will always continue to go back time and time again.

Incredibly rude service! The woman who helped me was ready to jump down your throat or pick a fight about any suggestion or correction by the patron, being myself. She sold me a nose screw that wasnt turned the correct way and when I said something to her about it, Ive been pierced for 24 years, she quickly got very rude. And low and behold I was right! Their jewelry is not quality at all either, I would never suggest getting pierced with what they have. What I bought is only temporary until I can find what I want. Dont go here!

Racism is very much alive at this salon! BULLYING AS WELL! The girls here are not nice, when you get your nails done they trash talk everyone and when you leave you are the subject of their trash talk. Not okay! Very unprofessional. The owner has a federal felony for Fraud!

The piecer doesnt do a very good job. They dont use the right size of jeweler so I have to have my piercings redone. She was not very nice and I didnt enjoy my experience.
