Took my daughter for her 7th birthday. The gal was nice and explained everything well. She was patient and gave my daughter time when she was hesitant for the second pierce. Overall a great experience

The selection for kids who have thicker ear lobes is limited to 3 earrings. Definitely a bummer for a little girl who was too excited but felt stuck with a choose of 2 different earrings due to the 3rd option not being in stock. The 2 staff that were on had were helpful nice not pushy at all! They were kid friendly and did a great job!

Havent purchase anything lately. But in the past they have been very good. Purchase gold chain. Jewelry store actually told it was less expensive there.

Their internet ad is misleading says they do cartilage piercing we drove over from out of town and they don’t! Also tried calling yet they never answered!

Literally watched the lady have 0 customers for over 10 minutes, when my party joined me and we inquired about ear piercings I was told she was booked solid for the rest of the day cause she was the only piercer and couldnt see me until Thursday (it was a Sunday) 😂 😂 😂 Claires only had 1 staff person and did it in 10 minutes. The same amount of time I previously had watched the piercing pagoda employee as she was sitting on her phone, being idle.
