I had a horrible experience buying a car here due to lack of communication within the office. I had to come to the dealership a total of 5 times due to lost keys, missing repairs, and lost paperwork. However, the owner was very kind and I trust him as a mechanic. I would go to this location again for repairs, but NEVER to buy a car as the sales person I worked made the entire experience incredibly frustrating.

Absolutely awful experience trying to negotiate a trade-in deal. A-Tech gave an insulting number for my trade-in that was THOUSANDS less than kbb fair market value. They also had no time for negotiation or willingness to work with me to get a deal done. Completely one-sided negotiation with absolutely ZERO empathy or logic. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone trying to trade in a vehicle or to buy a vehicle at all.

What an amazing experience. You don’t need to worry about “pushy car salesman” here. Prices are amazing and cars are priced to sell. The sales guy helped me purchase my first car today and I have no regrets. My car is beautiful, the paperwork was easy and quick, and I feel that I got a great value on a great car. Buying a car isn’t that easy, so leaving a great review is the least I can do to encourage everyone at A-Tech to keep up the good work.

The best mechanic in the region

I am extremely happy with how the entire experience went. Everyone has been extremely nice and very easy to work with. The buying experience was great and the sales guy made my time there enjoyable. He was very nice and upfront with information for any questions I asked about.

Sales guy is wicked pushy! Insisted on running my credit before even allowing me to test drive the vehicle then started adding on all kind of fees and tried to get me to sign off before I even drove it. Mechanic/owner was very nice, even pulled the car inside so I could look at it and not get wet from the rain. I love the car but because of the sales guy Im going to find it elsewhere.

NEVER I REPEAT NEVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE! My husband and I purchased a car December of 2016 and have been in a constant battle with them. We found out the car has had a transmission problem so brought the car back to get repaired... not just once but 3 times! Finally took it to a ford dealership and found out that A Tech didnt even activate the warranty we purchased from them. Therefore we brought it back to them and they told us they dont have anyone certified to do transmission work.... soooo, who has been working on it the past 3 times weve brought it back? They have failed to return our calls.... weve reached out to the owner and nothing..... Please go and buy a car somewhere else. They arent worth the dollars saved. I promise.

I cant even believe the problems coming from this place. There is a lemon law for a reason. But they dont care. Will sell you a vehicle that will not last even the first 30 days! Owner fights with you instead of being mature fixing the problem that should have been fixed before car came off lot!! Very dishonest and untrustworthy. I would not recommend this place for anyone. Does not back his vehicles! Buyer beware!!! ( and it only got a 1 star bc the was the least it could be given. If I have the choice they wouldnt even get the 1!!!!!)

Its probably best to go with a more reputable dealer. Just like Laura, I had issues with a vehicle I purchased here and I went back and forth with these folks for months. Im sure it was a part of the plan for them to give me the run around so I couldnt exercise Lemon Law and return the vehicle. I went against my better judgement and didnt RUN AWAY screaming when the sales guy tried to spray WD-40 on a squeaky belt instead of them just saying they would replace the belt (belt had to be replaced twice). Took it to Ford once and spent close to $800 to repair an issue that was coming up on the check engine light that they chose to ignore. Not to mention that every time I went back to them for one issue or another, which seemed to be seven or eight times, they would fix something new, but never the issue I was coming in for. I just left Ford for a second time yesterday where I spent an additional $450. This wasnt worth my time or money. In the end, I have to get rid of a vehicle I just got 4-5 months ago and take a MAJOR loss. Go to CarMax for people who will stand behind their vehicles, or anywhere else except for here.

Avoid Adailton and this place, lack of total professionalism. I asked for a receipt and a checklist of the service done and as a terrible Brazilian, he just gave a thumbs up and said that the car was baum and there is nothing wrong, he dared to talk about changing the car sticker for 75 dollars, only a fool would do it here, any other place does it for 35. I dont recommend it to anyone.
