Words cant begin to express my gratitude for the guys who took care of me this week while my car was completely dead!! I had my car in one shop and they werent able to do the repairs and Leo took me in immediately and was able to get the repairs done extremely fast, given I was without a car and had work. We will definitely come here again for our 99 Ford F350 diesel truck.The gentleman at the front desk was not only very knowledgeable but thorough. He spent at least 20 minutes on the phone with me going over everything in detail when it was time for the repair. When I declined certain things there was no pressure to do them. Once I picked up the vehicle, I looked over the work carefully and saw that it was done with precision. What more could you want from the garage?Oh, one more interesting detail about this garage. They operate on a first come first serve basis. So there’s no need to make an appointment. Just pull up in front of the shop be prepared to drop your car, and they’ll get to it ASAP. In our case we waited three days to get our car back but there was a lot of work that needed to be done. Interesting system but it seems to work very efficiently.I highly recommend Keith Schultz Garage!

I was impatient at first, but these guys are amazing! Prices are reasonable and they were honest and didn’t try to take money from me. I appreciated their honestly and professionalism and advice!! My check engine light was on and I took it to autozone and it said something about my coolant valve so I took it to these guys and they told me not only something was wrong with my coolant valve, but my battery in my Prius was also going out! They took care of it in a timely manner and I will definitely be coming back for any other car problems (let’s hope not) lol ☺️ I recommend them 10/10 and I was referred to Schulz Garage by a friend! I’m super happy to have my car running again

I dropped off my truck for electrical diagnoses. Confirmed but, not 100% by another Shop. I Called Action Auto ordered a 60$ Electric Modeler to hold for me. I dropped off truck. That night became ill was put in Hosp for 2 days. They went & bought my used part for 60$ from Action installed it. I went back for truck & diagnoses We repaired you owe $1,200 They wouldnt give me my truck threaten trespassing! Sick, Broke I Barrowed the $1,200 Im so sick & tired of getting taken by businesses! Small Claims dont take it!

Fast turnaround. Professional work. Unexpected pricing but, reasonable. I provided an after-market heavy duty clutch which included a required hydraulic assembly and was asked after I dropped off the truck if I wanted it installed. I said yes, it is part of the new clutch, so they adjusted my cost to reflect installing of the assembly which was a slightly higher price than was quoted initially. I had emphasized that this was not a dual-mass clutch and was a heavy duty single mass clutch when I had made the appointment. This may have not been clear when receiving the initial quote. As I said, Unexpected pricing but, reasonable.

They always do a good job. They dont sell me stuff I dont need. Theyre a little expensive but worth it.

Staff very very nice showed us parts and explained very thing honest when told the cost of repairs may be more than the cars worth an no promises it could be more extensive once part was on due to wiring burnt so badly and burning 30 Amp fuse JAKE WAS AWESOME.

Good service and honest

During the Almeda Fire my alternator went out, I live just outside Phoenix so it was pretty scary to not be able to drive to escape the fire. Keith Schulz sent a tow, got my car fixed and back to me within three days. Unfortunately that alternator had a manufacturer defect and I was stuck again, they managed to get me in and get it fixed right away. I was extremely impressed with their service.

Honest mechanics. They dont try to upsell unnecessary repairs. Definitely gained a loyal customer.

Great service and communications. I had used another shop to save money on a major repair a couple years ago which turned into a nightmare. I took it to Keith Schulz several times after that to fix ongoing issues from the other shop. If I would have gone to them in the first place I would have paid more but not unreasonable and most important the job would have been done right the first time which in the end would have saved me money and time in the end. Go see Jake, Chris, and Adam at the desk and they will take care good care of you!

Good honest auto shop. Our AC went out right before a road trip with our kids. They were able to get us in same day, find the repair, and fix within a short period of time. Adam is a trustworthy guy who is on your team. They definitely who earned another loyal customer today.

AMAZING! I will no longer be going anywhere but here and will refer EVERYONE I know here, we had a car emergency and with my husband being the only one working we were freaking out. This auto shop had great communication and a reasonable time frame of diagnosing the vehicle. Unfortunately we were not able to get the vehicle fixed due to customer budget but they were very helpful in providing options. As an out-of-town customer, we are cautious when it comes to auto shops. Keith Schulz was highly recommended by another shop in local area. They are kinda pricey, and they didnt follow directions pertaining to my ignition interlock device.

We worked with Chris and he is great. We broke down on 140 heading up to lake of the woods. Had to have the car towed, initially went to a dealers repair shop but they were 3 weeks out to just look at it. So we towed our VW Routan to Keith Schulz and they worked it in to look at it the same day. Ended up being a blown head gasket. As were out of town from Southern California we appreciated them getting us in on a Monday. They had it repaired and back on the road by Thursday. Fabulous thanks so much.On Saturday we took it to Crater Lake and we heard a strange sound.The following Monday took it in and Adam, who is the general manager, he took a look at and an exhaust shield had came loose making the sound. He took it in right then and there, had it secured and we were on the road in less than 30 minutes.Thank you.Definitely highly recommend Keith Schulz Garage!

I appreciate the honesty and integrity of Keith Schultz employees. When I took in my 05 F-150 I thought it needed serious engine work due to a noise. I left it with the guys at the shop and they were upfront and honest and said that there wasn’t anything wrong with the truck, which I assumed needed a new timing chain.They could have lied and told me I needed $2000 worth of repairs. I appreciate these guys and will take my truck to them in the future to get work done. I recommend this company highly.

I would highly recommend this company. We had a diagnostic done by the manufacturer of our vehicle and given false information. We took it here and they diagnosed the correct problem after addressing what we were told was wrong. Honest, reliable, highly recommend. Will use this company from here on out.

Great shop always where I take my cars never done me wrong

We restretched carpet after Mr Schultz added a fireplace to his home years ago. He refused to pay us. Not because we didnt do a good job, he was mad at Karstan homes for some reason. He told us to just pad our next job. Hmmm? If we are to pad our jobs for the next customer. Wonder how many of his customers he pads up? It wasnt very much money only $90. We were just the little guys. Not the company he was mad at. We did not pad the next bill, we were just ripped off.

I have taken various older American cars and trucks here for over 30 years. They have earned their reputation for competence, reliability and honesty. Example: some years ago, I purchased a used Ford van with a non-functioning air conditioner. The dealer quoted $1600 to replace the entire system. Keith Schultz determined that it only needed charging, for $100 (at that time). It worked perfectly for years. I see all makes and models, foreign and domestic, being serviced there, including classic American cars, like a 38 chevy and a 68 Studebaker. The managing staff explain everything and phone to get approval if costs are likely to exceed original estimates.

This place pulls out all the stop as well as has great customer service and foresight for what customers expect and want In the auto mechanic industry they remain cutting edge. Also, if youre in need of a mechanical problem diagnoses and need an oil change simulationiously sometimes they will do a diagnoses at no extra cost while the oils is being changed depending on how intrusive the problem is and how much time you have. Above and beyond great business. I have used them since I was a teenager as my regular repair service.. as a woman you can expect honest and courteous service with integrity and a comfortable non threatening environment which isnt always the case unfortunately in the auto repair business.

Took my car here as it wouldnt start randomly one morning. They said oh distributor is bad, bought new one. No luck, then its timing must be off. Checked it its perfect. Oh must be crank sensor. So noticed they were guessing on my car so took it to the dealer. 20 minutes later dealer called your car is running fine. Someone messed with the order of the coils so it wasnt firing in the correct order.

On a long car trip, we noted our alternator wasnt charging the battery and stopped in for help. They got the car right in, checked to see if the alternator was bad and determined we didnt need it replaced because what we noted is a programmed economy mode for long trips. The shop charged us a nominal fee for diagnosis and had us back on the road in about an hour. This is an honest shop with well intentioned employees. Highly recommended.

Ive been going to this garage for years now. These guys are great. Im always treated curtiously, but the best part is their honesty. Where the dealer has said my car needed something, they check it out and say its fine. They also didnt charge me for a part that failed a year late, no labor either. One time another garage I was going to couldnt fix a problem in our diesel truck after multiple visits. Luckily Keith Shultz started taking diesels about then and fixed the problem first time. I highly recommend them!

I have taken both my vehicles here. This last time the blower for the air conditioner went out on my car. By the next day they had checked it out and said that it was working great. They tried different things to see if that would change and it didnt. They said sometimes they can glitch but didnt want to charge me a bunch of money for something that wasnt broken. When we picked it up they didnt charge us anything for their time. I would never go to anyone else! I trust Keith Schulz 100%!!

My car needed a tuneup and I was going to take it to where I normally went. However, my brother saw a Keith Schulz commercial on TV, and wanted to take it there. As they worked on it we went across the street to KFC to have something to eat. Soon the cellphone rang and they wanted to speak to my brother. He excused himself and went back to the garage while I stayed at KFC. This took place several times within a four hour span. The last time he returned and said that we needed to rent a car and pick up my car in the morning. When we showed up the next morning he was presented with a bill of over $1,300. (I still have the bill) We were informed that a hose had been ordered, and we must return the next day for them to put it in. The next morning we showed up and in went the new hose as we waited in their waiting room. When we drove away I heard a noise that had never been there before. At once I drove it back into the garage. When they looked it over we were told that this had nothing to do with what they did, and it would be another repair job. I looked at my brother and told him this is ridiculous, and we left Keith Schultz for the last time.At once I took my car to the garage where I normally do business. In front of my brother I asked the mechanic how much I normally pay for a tuneup. He replied its always been around $100. I handed him the bill from Keith Schulz. This reliable mechanic pointed out how they had charged us for a tuneup, however, they charged individually for each part, and they did it several times over by calling it a different name. This is what brought the bill up to where it was. My brother was upset, not at Keith Schulz, but at me for embarrassing him. It was then I remembered him bragging to the man at the Keith Schulz desk and the mechanic of how his charge card was unlimited, and he could spend as much as he pleases. Well, it looks like Keith Schulz took him at his word.
