Hands Down Best Mechanic Shop Ive been to in my life! I had an accident and had to get some work done through my insurance and from the beginning to the end the process ran so smooth and they went above and beyond to make sure my car ran better than even before my accident. There was some work left unfinished from the insurance claim and they deeply apologized and gave me one of their cars to use for free while they took a few days to finish up the job. On top of all that just because of the small inconvenience they also paid to have a new tire put on to my car. Greg and the DGC auto-body team really treat their customers like family.

I had my front bumper fixed and painted here back in March/April. DGC is awesome, my car came back looking brand new and they even detailed it. Couldn’t be any happier! Also, Mark is so helpful and nice.

DGC did a great job on my car. After hitting a deer on the highway, they fixed every issue with the car and we’re really helpful assisting me through the insurance and rental car processes. I also received my car cleaner than it was when I gave it to them! Very professional, very helpful!

Mark and his team were great. First of all, Mark is extremely personable and made the initial inspection & drop off schedule as easy as could be. Once I went to drop the car off, he called Enterprise for me and had a car waiting for me out front so I was in and out in just a few minutes. Then my enterprise rental was expected to be around two weeks, so when Mark called me a day and a half after initially dropping the car off to tell me my car was ready to be picked up, even the Enterprise staff were surprised at how quickly I returned the rental (which means less money out of my pocket for rental coverage and fees). Absolute best Autobody shop Ive dealt with, and I will be going back next time I need some work done, as well as referring friends & family.

If you have a leased car, GO TO DGC.No one likes dealing with auto repairs, insurance, etc... but DGC made my entire repair experience SO easy AND timely. Both Mark and Greg were super personable, walked me through the repair process, took over getting my car re-estimated for the insurance coverage, AND when I got my car back, they even touched some of my non-related scratches and cleaned the inside to get it in it’s best shape for lease inspection.I can’t recommend these guys enough, and I will definitely be going back to them for all of my vehicle needs...Thank you, DGC!

DGC installed a few aftermarket pieces on my MB CLS550 and did an amazing job getting the fitment right, even when the parts themselves had issues. I am very particular about my car, and wont trust another body shop with it. Mark Sr is a great guy and extremely helpful the whole way through. Listen, nobody is looking forward to going to the autobody, but these guys are great to work with. Super responsive, communicative, and got us back on the road incredibly fast.They are in the Allstate network, so if you have Allstate, if the offending driver does not, we found it beneficial to manage our own claim but that’s a matter of personal preference. No matter what DCG knows their stuff and can guide you through the process.

Mark and the team have done an awesome job repairing a few spots of cosmetic damage on a 2012 E-Class Mercedes with a fairly difficult to match paint scheme. The color blending and body work are both flawless, and the job was done on time. I definitely recommend this shop.

10/10 experience working with DGC Autobody and definitely recommend! My car was parked and hit by a big truck causing damage to the front bumper. I had to get some body work done to my Explorer after a fender bender and Mark and the DGC guys took great car of me. They handled all the insurance paper work and knew i didnt have rental so expedited everything!. was back in my car in 4 business days and car looked good as new! even detailed and cleaned the car for me. One of best thing (outside of their quality of work) is that they kept me posted on the progress - they estimated 6 days but then called to say would most likely be done in 4 and called me to let me know how the progress was going.I highly recommend the guys at DGC.

Exceptional service with great rates!

I brought my car to DGC after it sustained moderate front end damage during an accident. I was able to get my initial appointment within a week and they started working on my car ASAP. They noticed more damage that my auto insurance carrier didnt. They worked directly with my insurance company and were able to get all the work they wanted to do approved. I have a unique colored car and they were able to match the color just perfectly. You cant tell that it was involved in an accident. They even tried to buff out other scratches that werent part of the accident! They detailed my car inside and out before I picked it up.... no one does that! It looked brand new. I had my car back within 10 days, which was super fast considering all the work they put into it. They always treated me with respect and didnt talk down to me, as some auto shops do to women. They kept me updated through the entire process. They took wonderful care of me and my car. THANK YOU, DCG!!

Just got my 2019 Jeep Cherokee back from the shop after being rear ended and when i say these guys go above and beyond i mean it. They do absolute amazing work, finished the car quicker than expected and even washed it inside and out. I got the car back looking better than when i originally purchased it brand new from the dealership. So glad I found DGC, and can highly recommend them for any auto repair work!Brought my 2012 Audi here to replace all four shocks and springs. The main mechanic Deco was able to get my car in on a very short notice and had no issues with me bringing my own parts. They did all the work in just one day! I have now been driving the car for about a month and everything feels great. Also the prices here are very reasonable, especially when compared to a dealer. Over the years I tried many other shops in the Somerville/Medford area, and this one is definitely the best.

DGC did an amazing job on my car for a very reasonable price. Got into an accident a couple months after buying my first car. Once the car got repaired, it looked brand new again. They were also very helpful and very understanding. DGC actually kept my best interests in mind and were completely honest the entire time. They even explained to my how Massachusetts laws are different, since I just moved here. 10/10 would recommend.

Im not from the area and my car was side swiped within two weeks of being here. I had no particular recommendations so I was hoping this place would live up to the pretty good reviews. Literally from the moment I walked in everyone was super helpful, honest, and up front with me. They gave me honest rough estimates on what it would cost me to get the two side doors replaced without insurance, and how long itd take, and offered that they do it a little bit at a time according to what my budget would be. They gave advice about whether it would be worth it to go through insurance, which I did end up doing, and they were SO nice and flexible with everything. They were so easy to work with, super flexible about when I could drop off/pick up my car, and got the work done in about three days less than they estimated (so 6-7 days instead of 10 business days). Also the work done was BEAUTIFUL and my car looks brand new. They also managed to only charge me half of what my deductible was supposed to be. Absolutely wonderful, honest, and flexible people to work with. So happy I chose them.

I randomly found DGC through Google because they were open on a Saturday. Going a little out of my way was amazingly fortunate. Got a quick but comprehensive estimate from the owner within 10 minutes of being there that I was able to take to insurance. Everything DGC promised they followed through with, handling the back-end work with the insurance company. All the work was done quickly within a week. They even knocked out two dents that were on different parts of the car. Meanwhile my roommate who went closer to Davis still hasnt gotten his car back a month later...

I was referred by a friend who also had a pleasant experience with DGC body shop. As a graduate student, I was fairly unfamiliar with the process of repairing my car through my insurance company at a bodyshop. Greg was extremely kind and professional. He pretty much took care from A to Z and made this entire process easy for me. Being involved in an accident was very stressful but fortunately DGC was kind enough to guide me through the chaos. Im very happy with my decision of picking DGC and will definitely come back/refer this place to my friends and family.

D&C is extremely helpful and professional. We tore off a rear fender on our Hyundai and were fearing the worst... a huge bill. They assessed the situation and were able to fix the fender for a small fraction of what we had feared. We appreciated the honesty and the prompt work on our car. It looks great and we highly recommend D&C.

My previous car was used; my current car is old. So Im used to getting cars repaired, and DGC has been the best garage ever. All of them are pleasant to work with. They dont overcharge me. They know what theyre doing and they do great work. I cant recommend them highly enough.

I had a great experience with DGC in April, I was rear ended by someone and DGC made my 2013 WRX look brand new again. Mark worked his butt off making this thing what it was. Perfect paint, perfect body work, the car looked brand new when they were done with it. If you need work done on ANY car, DGC is the place for you.

I had an suprisingly pleasant experience here working with Mark, Mark Jr & Gregg on getting my M4 back on the road. This was the quickest and easiest experience I have ever had dealing with an automotive shop. Works alone can not express the quality of work I received from this shop.

I called just for a quick quote on putting a mirror on and the amount of disrespect and rudeness just from the person who answered the phone call changed up the whole idea of even going. Instead of attitude when a question is misunderstood maybe you guys should train anyone who answers the phone to be nice and patient, clearly this isn’t the shop with the patients for a customer base, I only figured to go because my friend recommended it.
