I had flat tire took them 5 minutes to take the tire off the car, fixed it and mounted back, it had great experience with them.They also sell new and used tires.

Owner & staff were really friendly and polite. Many auto shops are infamous for being rude so it was nice to have someone speak properly to you. After almost having got robbed at Mavis in coram to have 4 tires replaced with tires i bought separately for $160 + tax, i gave A1 a call and charged me half that. Would deff consider coming back here in the future.

I now no longer worry about my car repairs..They go over & above..good old fashion service, where people still care...

They left electronics for the led turn signal lights hanging below the car they didnt even attach the simple clamp down bedcover tight poor attention to detail

The guy Rick in the body shop started talking to me about how he has a house in Pennsylvania and how everyone in the town hates black people. He told me how after a black family moved in, the community killed them and burned the house down with them in it. Then Rick proceeded to tell me how much he loves that town.Also Id check to see if they actually installed the parts they charged you for.

Excellent service, I went in for 2 used tires and not only did they have 2 in excellent condition for cheap but I was in an out in less then 20 minutes with both tires mounted on my truck. The employees were great and I will definitely be going back.

We had a nail in our tire, they fixed it in about 5 minutes

Took my car to have the radiator replaced received the car back with a loose bumper missing screws in the engine missing brackets on the bumper but I was told they had nothing to do with it. I was charged $675 to have my radiator replaced now I have to pay another $300 to get my bumper fixed. A-1 Auto Collision is a total disappointment.
