The manager at this store (karen) has 26yrs in the Paint business and it definitely shows. After having a project ruined by Spectrum Paint costing me over $450 I spent two weeks trying to find a resolution....even went to other Sherwin and Williams store with not a definite way to cover a very larger area of wood without causing blotches. This lady looks at and in seconds determines all had advised me of the wrong product. Her advice on what to do was dead on and I now have a beautifully finished 800 sq ft as the result. Thanks again Karen....your awesome!

They are very customer oriented at this store and carry the special zero voc paint for those sensitive to chemicals.

They have a tough time with the requests for paint that our builder/painter purchased from them and referred us there. Every time Ive been to this location I walk away without the paint I need and unhappy.

Its is Sat Apr 5th, 2014 at 5:45pm. The person in the store to help is such a donkey. I am moving into a work space where the owners will paint the walls the color I want but I found the colors in the brand named Behr. I found out later that the brand choice is Sherwin Williams. I go to the store to do a color match with the sample sheet I got of Behr. I ask the guy at Sherwin Williams if he would match the color. Instead of explaining to me that any paint company can mix most colors, he talks to me in a condescending pseudo professional voice like Im an idiot for not knowing this as if I took a mf painting degree. No wonder why his store is not busy.

If you would drop your prices a little bit. $100.00 a gallon is out of reach for a lot of people.
