This store has a little bit of everything a guy (or gal) could use around the home, in the yard or in the shop. I bought an angle grinder there and I am very satisfied with it. And the price I paid for it was really good. I basically use it just for sharpening mower blades so I saw no reason to pay the exorbitant price of a name brand manufacturer.

Good place to get deals. They need more than one cashier though. I went and the cashier moved really slow and had a line to the back of the store.

Online inventory is correct. Staff was helpful and friendly. Plus, they are pet friendly!

Last week purchased a furniture movers dolly with 1,000lb limit (poly); broke in half on the first effort (less than 200lbs). That was one of about ten items we purchased that day, totalling $212. Went back yesterday with the shiny new broken dolly and my receipt. BUT...because the bar code was missing on the receipt, they would not allow a refund OR exchange. (The rcpt had been ripped somewhere and the bar code was no longer attached). The receipt did show the items and the info on the ccard used. The dolly was obviously new and never used, and it had their name all over it!When they would not even let me exchange it, I left the store, leaving todays purchase of over $200 sitting on the counter. They were convenient, their prices were fair, their merchandise quality is generally fair, and their selection is good. Unfortunately, their lack of standing behind their product has lost this customer.

Harbor freight always seem to have the right tools for the job! Super friendly employees and simple store layout makes finding what you need easy and hassle free! If your in need of a tool or a boat load of tools this place is the plan e to get your stuff!

Never buy a shallow well pump from Harbor Freight. I have replaced mine at least four times in the last year & a half. Good thing I got warranty. But now, they say that they will not put my money back on my credit card. They need to hire employees that have a little bet better manners. Just had a rude woman tell me that it is out of her hands? Dont worry, my shopping at this place just stopped. I have a small homestead & bought a many tool ;no problem. But house water pumps, never from Harbor Freight again.

New member to Harbor Freight. Good place to get tools. Somewhat difficult to get assistance and employees don’t appear particularly knowledgeable. Frequent long checkout lines but most is likely due to COVID. I’ll be back but do your research ahead of time or in the store by yourself.

One of my favorite places to get tools! This particular location has friendly workers (mostly), great selection and always great prices. Ive been able to get my business (as well as other hobbies) started thanks to Harbor Freight. Sure, not everything is high quality and might not last for years but I tell you what, Ive spent twice as much at big boxers and had similar problems.

One stop and shop for all of your DIY needs at a great price.

Very poor customer service. Had to return my fourth water pump within a year-and-a-half. Call me to call a number to get customer service. Told him no I just wanted my money back and they refuse to do so. Dont buy nothing from the store if you expect to do a return. We will not be buying water pump from this chain again. I would have eyes you not to buy water pump from here either

Absolutely poor customer service. Called spoke to the manager about a tool box that he said he had quite of a few left. I said can i pay over the phone because i can’t get there till the morning? A great place to buy tools at a low price

Great prices but some of their products are of dubious quality. Bought a 6 inch grinder for $42. Have to start the wheel spinning by hand after putting a wire wheel on. The staff are not very coordinated. A line of 10 people, one check out clerk i think was new, and two other staff 3 feet away messing with some tarps. Not the same experience ive had at other Harbor Freight stores.

Moes employees say, Welcome to Moes! when I walk in. This afternoon at 5:58 pm in Mechanicsville, VA, I was greeted with Were closed! by 2 employees at Harbor Freight when I walked in as they stood by the cash register. Closing time is posted at 6:00 pm. I stayed 4 minutes and was out before a few other customers who had already been in the store left. Two peoples walked in after I did. All I wanted to do, knowing they were about to close, was to check out their toolboxes, nothing more or less. Please allow to ask, What kind of customer service would you call this?. Personally, it truly degraded Harbor Freghts esteem in my mind. Way to go, Harbor Freight.

Recieved a toolbox that was banged up out of the box....after they refused to take a coupon with a discount for that specific toolbox. Then went to return it and....the MANAGER rolled a cart out to the lot for me to unload as if it were my own concern. The same MANAGER that refused the discount coupon. This has been one of the many bad experiences of this place. Then she gave me a refund of the on sale price at the time even though i paid full price after she refused my discount coupon. Poor management, p.o.s manager. Save your time and visit a different harbor freight. Read and believe the negative reviews. This place is a joke thanks to poor management
