Called that day and got an appointment for a state inspection! Friendly staff with quick services. Definitely will be going back.

Poor communication, poor business professionalism. I called Friday 8/6 to see if they could fix my car and explained the situation to the person on the phone. The person asked me to email some photos over to them so they could see what’s up, so I did. After this I was told to go ahead and have it towed over later in the day so there would be room for it, so I did, and I gave my key and info to them upon arrival. I get a call 6 days later on Thursday 8/12 to someone telling me that, actually, they won’t do the work on the car except for the thermostat housing, which still leaves my car inoperable at the moment. I was told this was because they don’t feel “comfortable working on cars that other people worked on” since I had already removed the plastic nose, radiator, and fans myself and had them sitting in the passenger seats. Now, mind you, photos of my car in that exact condition were viewed by them before they agreed to have me tow it over there, AND they waited 6 days to tell me they’re not going to do the work. I’m not at all mad because they don’t want to work on the car after I have, I’m mad because they saw the vehicle prior, agreed to receive it, wasted a week of my time, THEN tell me they don’t want to do it. Now, because of their lack of upfront communication it’s costing me MORE money in the form of a second tow (insurance will only cover the first tow to the shop). It seems like an internal miscommunication between the front and the actual mechanics, but that’s not the customer’s problem. Greg (I think?) was very kind, but it’s incredibly disappointing that this unfolded the way it did. I own my own business, and if I agree to do a job I follow through with the work or I at least go out of my way to help resolve the issue if I can’t. I hope this is not how they typically operate. If it were me, I’d at least offer to have it towed back for all the trouble.

I have a Ram 1509 that I have had the tires balanced 2 times. I took it to 301 and they Road balanced them and the truck feels like a different truck, the ride is great. The people there were awesome as well. I have a new place to get tires and service at now.

I took my vehicle in for an appointment for a state inspection. I know that isnt the most lucrative, but 301 Auto got my vehicle in at the time of my appointment and was very efficient and timely. I appreciated the quick service.

Dropped my car off at 8 am and received a call not long after with needed repairs. My car was ready and picked up the same afternoon. Great customer service. Friendly staff. I feel they are honest about what work you need done which I truly appreciate as a female who doesnt know much about car repairs. They provide fast service at a reasonable price. Great communication: appreciate the ability to send a request online after hours, fast response to request, able to schedule appointment within a couple of days, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good use of email and texting. The big chains no longer schedule appointments for state inspections, I appreciate the ability to do so as I needed to wait with my vehicle. Only complaint is where do I park but I understand the popularity of the business given the quality of service received. My new go to for service.

I had another great visit to 301Auto Repair last week. I made an appointment to have them check my brakes because I heard a slight chirping noise when I backed up and also hear a rattle that seemed to be coming from the rear axel area. My experiences at 301Auto have always been exceptional and this visit was no different from the time Andrea greeted me, to her phone call to let me know my brakes were fine and to let me know the mechanic needed to tighten up my exhaust because it was coming into contact with the axel when I hit a bump. They completed the work right away and I’m very happy with the repairs and everyone there at 301Auto Repair! If you need anything checked, repaired or just have a question about your vehicle I highly recommend that you call them first. It will be the only call you’ll need to make!

Though, were able to reproduce the complaint, they charged a diagnostic for the same complaint that they were never able to diagnose.

They service all my cars. Their price is very fair and they don’t suggest any unnecessary repairs. The staff are easy to work with and talk to when scheduling repairs.

Unsatisfactory service. And was over charged for labor.Mechanic almost dropped my part while installing. The connections (wire and hose) kept the compressor from hitting him and the ground. The same mechanic installed my new parts and broke clips that hold parts in place. If I didnt check the install I would have not known. When I went back i was offered zip ties as a remedy. $500 in labor charges for zipties. Then my truck needed to be re inspect I took it 745am. I called at 130 pm and was told my truck was next. At 4pm I called again and was sent to voice mail 3x. I go to shop and find my truck was in the same parking spot. I asked what happen and was told they wasnt sure what happen. Then a mechanic came out 430pm and took my truck to the back. The reinspection took less than 10 minutes. My truck sat all day for a service that took 10 minutes. They seem uninterested in offering solution to fix my truck. Even after installing my part my air ride system is still sending error code. I took my truck to another shop to find a bad connection on the same part they handled and installed.Their first impression was lousy. Needless to say I will NOT be going back or be recommending them to anyone.

As a longtime Atlee resident, very disappointing to have to write a negative review for 301 Auto Repair. In January, Atlee Auto diagnosed and replaced a timing belt, water pump and tensioner kit on my 2012 Honda Pilot. The situation was unique since the parts I supplied were received as a family gift and labeled as Honda OEM. The sales staff was friendly and upfront that they would complete the service for labor and supply costs but could not provide a parts warranty on parts they did not provide. The scheduled repair was completed by one mechanic in less than two hours and I gladly paid $600 for the service. About a week later, I had to return due to an engine noise in the same area of the timing belt. The salesman informed me that the tensioner I supplied was faulty so at his recommendation, I purchased a new tensioner and belt from them and paid an additional $500 labor for a second repair. The repairs were costly but seemed to be done correctly. I drove the Pilot for about a month and sold the Pilot to another Atlee resident. He owned the Pilot for less than two weeks when the timing belt tensioner failed, causing the engine to be damaged beyond repair. I contacted 301 Auto for assistance and was informed that they would not compensate any amount of their repair or labor, citing that the parts were not warrantied or transferrable, to include the second tensioner purchased, supplied and installed at 301 Auto. I provided compensation to the new owner for an engine replacement and asked 301 Auto for partial compensation of labor costs that I had previously paid to them for the first two repairs. Sadly, 301 Auto is not willing to assist and a simple repair by a local shop has turned into a very costly disappointment.

Came here with my old blue 1993 chevy cheyenne to get an inspection. Day before i had drove 3 places trying to get one done but lady at 301 auto said she can get me in next day at 3pm. I came up and was impressed highly with the sevice and friendlyness. Im definately coming back here.great place to get work done.

As a young woman, it can be hard not to get taken advantage of when dealing with mechanics, but they have always been 100% upfront and honest with me. Ive even shopped around for some recent repairs and 301 Auto always comes back with the best price. Well never go anywhere else!

301 Auto has always looked out for my family and have always done an amazing job! They provide the best service at the best price. It is really more than that though; they treat me like I am someone special. They know me and my kids. They welcome me when I walk in by name. They know where my daughter goes to college and where my son goes to high school. And they also know what I can afford and when I can pay for certain services. They work with me and schedule for what I need to do based on priorities and my budget. I love that they prioritize with me. They are part of my village and I love that.

My first time in they immediately secured their spot as my go to mechanics. I brought my car in for an oil change and also mentioned that I was pretty sure I had a slow air leak from one of my tires that I had tried to have identified by two other mechanics near my old address both mechanics told me there was no puncture (one even showed me the soap bath technique to prove to me that there was no hole) so I had kind of given up on finding the problem. The mechanic immediately identified the leak and patched it but he also went above and beyond and found an entirely different puncture on a different tire and patched that one as well. Great attention to detail and quality work, they have even squeezed me in last minute at the inconvenience to themselves before! Absolutely would recommend, theyre the best!

I had a BAD experience with this place. I do not recommend going there. First they failed to do the simplest of things such as resetting the dash record and putting in the sticker for when the next oil change is due. Then I had to go back to have them redo the front brakes because they were squeaking and not operating properly and they still squeak. But worst of all they damaged my vehicle when working on my car and refused to fix it. Now I have to spend my own money to repair what they broke. Do yourselves a favor and don’t go there.

They demonstrate excellent customer service everytime one of my vehicles needs a repair. Recently, my tire pressure light was blinking sporadically while driving on I95. The tire pressure was good after measuring but the light kept coming on while driving. I stopped by, the day before Thanksgiving, to see if they might be able to check the tires for a nail. They took my keys and checked the tires within 15 minutes (Even though the parking lot was packed with vehicles). I will continue to use them for all of our vehicle needs.

We have been customers for over a decade. I love that this is a family run business. They are always pleasant and we never have had a repair problem or any complaint. Really nice waiting room, coffee, etc.

They forget simple details, like replacing the screw back in my door panel, or replacing my oil change sticker. Also, if theres a fee to look at something since the vehicle is already there, a heads up would be nice. $25 to look at my muffler for a few minutes seems excessive after it already had hundreds of dollars of repairs done.

Went to pick up my vehicle and my keys were locked inside . Had to take an uber home to get my spare.

Wonderful service and super friendly people. My job is completed timely and efficiently each time. Highly recommend

I have been taking my Prius to 301 Auto for several years now and have always been treated well. This week, my Prius died suddenly on me. I was able to get it jump started, but knew I probably needed a new battery, so I drove it to 301 and left the info in the night deposit. I called 1st thing in am and they assured me they could get to it that day, called me back with an estimate for the battery, and I picked my car up on way home from school that day. Everyone there is always so professional, friendly and helpful. I trust them. Working with them is always a pleasure!

They went above the mark. Didnt charge us for things they had every right to charge us for. We felt they were honest. They worked hard to fit us in before the end of the month for both our vehicle inspections, something everyone else in town said wasnt going to happen. I called to make an appointment for my husbands and my cars for an inspection and oil change. They were able to fit me in that same day and were very quick. Prices are reasonable- I prefer quality over cheap- but was pleased with both the workmanship and price.

Had an AC issue, they couldnt find a leak, so refilled with dye. A month later lost AC again, they found and fixed the leak in record time. It cost a lot, but it also required a lot of labor hours. 301 Auto fit the job into their schedule in record time and had the vehicle ready pronto. Great result. AC stopped working again after a short while, so took the car back. 301 Auto found a leaky valve on the low pressure side, so they replaced it, recharged the AC, and covered the repair costs on warranty. Had to go back again - found another leak in a second evaporator - fixed with another high cost but included lots of labor. Outstanding customer service!

301 Auto again saved my day with an unexpected repair. Pot hole destroyed one of my daughters new tires on 19 December 2019, first day home winter college break. I called 301 (who had installed them new 3 weeks earlier) and they said bring car on in, they would work it in. I did, dropped it off and before the end of the day car was ready to pick up. With a new tire covered under warranty. Minor out of pocket cost saving me a few $100.00 from buying another new tire. My college daughter was happy and none of her Christmas plans spoiled. This is again another save the day service for me by the family at 301 Auto. I greatly appreciate the help with my planned and often unplanned repairs this year, there has been many. Absolutely recommend 301 Auto to anyone! Our truck failed inspection for an exhaust leak, something they could have easily charged a lot to repair, but instead recommended us a muffler shop in the air park so as to not break the bank. Took the truck back the next day, got it reinspected, in and out within 15min tops. Great, nice, honest people. Cute puppy dog, too :) well be back in a few weeks for our CEL!

My husband went there to have one of our cars checked for some odd noise coming from the front tire. Before going there, hes been to P.Mazda who told him that rotors need to be changed. But 301 found out that it was just a backing plate rubbing against the rotor. He was very happy with their service and honesty...simple problem, simple solution! Way to go, 301!

I was able to schedule an appointment for an inspection and installation of a broken fender splash guard. I was able to go on my lunch break and they were able to make the inspection as well as the installation within my lunch hour and I was able to get back to work which I really appreciate! I certainly will be bringing our other automobiles in our fleet of vehicles.

My 2005 Dodge Ram needed new shoes and an inspection. I was always using wranglers like the OEM tires, but Id be lucky to get 40k out of them .Andrea, the customer care rep, recommended Michelin, seeing how the Goodyear snobs dont sell their tires except at their stores. Good thing she talked me into trying them...wow, was she right. Its the best road feel Ive ever had on the truck. And 301 stands behind their installs. They even found a leak I had been suspecting but couldnt find. The alignment after the tires were installed was dead on, too. Great Value and great job 301 Auto!
